I was thinking maybe Joker's outfit from Persona 5, Dante from DMC, Raven from Guilty Gear xrd, Zato-1 from Guilty Gear xrd, Spike Speigel, Kamina, Simon. I don't have a damn clue honestly

Joker would be really funny if he runs into Vertigo (As he'll be dressed as Iwai as soon as I can think of where to put him). But all of them have the potential to be hilarious if your character is one of the ones who gets hypnotized.

If I get hypnotized I'll most likely parody the character I was dressed as. For example, if I dressed as Joker, I wouldn't talk outside the occasion grunt. I hope do get hypnotized, sounds like fun

I'm just waiting a day or so to see if anyone wants to step up to the plate. Simj seemed the most enthusiastic about it so I figured I'd give him a chance to weigh in. Otherwise I'll have Toki go in that vampire outfit since that's the most fitting for holloween.

From what I tell you pick whether you get hypnotized or not once the inspector comes in, some just have more resistance. I imagine its some wide area quirk. I'll either have to have Kaoru have an unstable personality or not be hypnotized due to Hatsune Miku having a changeable personality.
