It was your contribution to this roleplay that earned you your position, and what you did after attaining that position was a set of amazing feats, big and small, that saved my ass a few times. Just a note, Dea actually says 'Mister' and 'Miss' when addressing others, just to address her strange lack of actual honorifics. Like, it's not a replacement for '-san', it is the Western Mister/Miss.
