Well...I been thinking about a Quirk that is a combination of two that both have strength and speed improving factors.
(BTW, I might vanish for a bit more. Still on vacation.)

Alright but i want to use a defensive/toughing based Quirk (Like Hardening/Steel) with something but it's hard to figure out. I do have an idea for something but it might not fly depending.

Let me tell you guys what goes into a GM post, or a bit of it:
First I re-read every post in the IC starting from the last GM post, to make sure it is all consistent and valid, as well as to regain an overall notion of what's happened to make sure the post is in line with it. Then I go over the respective characters again, once again, to make sure of the consistency, and that my plans apply best to what characters. Then I check my notes on what should happen and consider he current situation of the RP, to make sure I am moving things in a suitable manner and direction.
In other words, unless I have actual access to all these things, making a GM post will be a clunky process, which given the degree of detail that goes into this RP (if ya'll think if much I made you churn into those character sheets I'm sure you'll realize it without problem) is something very risky. After all, an inconsistent GM RP may mean a whole salvo of relatively large posts that suddenly may have to change their major components. As such, while such mistakes may be somewhat unavoidable in the long run, I'd like to minimize their risk.
Issue is, with the internet as I have it, just barely accessing the character sheets is a Herculean effort. Not to mention a gamble as to whether the wifi will actually be operating, something that unfortunately it only tends to do after I'm dead standing. Just the other day I had to rely on my co-GM Just to get basic info on certain quirks to help someone with their own. So while I REALLY want to make a GM post, it's being a bigger struggle even than I expected

Of course, though, regarding my posts test, indidvidual characters moreso than GM posts are really just a matter of having available wifi. Whenever I have it available I can use my laptop, as I really hate using my phone to post stuff

Thanks. I too believe in the potential of this RP. We have some great people gathered here, pretty much it only dies if we let it. That said, I would argue our team keeps the same flaw as in the beggining
