Quick question on rule number 4,
it's wording is very odd. So a group of
less than four players cannot post ten posts (ten post consecutively?)
unless there are four post from those outside
of the group between them? So would that be
saying groups of 4 or more may disregard this rule?

but in this case. You would put the honorific
at the end of their last name as it is seen rude
to call someone by their first without permission.
This is normally okay between close friends.

if lee is a teacher, of course, you'd use lee-sensei. but you could use the other honorifics depending on the relationship with the other character. but essentially, you're correct, yes.
