The power of explosions would depend on how much energy has been generated for the exploding energy ball, but would generally just be equivalent to being hit by a large rock at a high speed at whatever body parts are in the radius of the explosion. The power of repulses however, are usually just like being shoved really, really hard or getting punched also really, really hard.

I´ll put the range at 25 meters, if that´s ok

So anyone who could tank a rock or a really hard punch could withstand the pushing effects and explosions?
