after a bit of ponderation, I´ve arrived at the conclusion that 3:30 in the morning is no time to review a character that longHowever, I do want to leave you with a few things you need to adjut that I was able to grasp from skimming it:
*The secret system is a system where you PM ME the things you want to hide. That PMing step is the most fundamental one in the process. If ANYTHING is hidden from me, the GM, then I can´t approve it, because I don´t know about it
*I understand you´re a big fan of black star, but I´m afraid that "knowing the human anotomy for assassin yada yada..." BS is not coming into this roleplay. I can approve knowing one, two martial arts if I´m being generous but mastermind zen level ninja techniques or bunching more training than conceivably possible into a 15 year old is not gonna go through me
*while I know you already have the character figured out, I really don´t recommend that level of overdrama in the bakcstory. I´m not gonna prevent a character from being approved for it, but it´s not helping anyone either, least of all you.

No, no specific, you don´t really HAVE to change it either if you don´t want to, but anything you can do to minimize the backstory drama to what shows in the character´s current personality is recommended that you do. The more drama and deaths, the less resources and weaker later moments in the RP will feel and the less tools you will have to create powerful awesome moments.

The maximum range of the beams would be... 45 meters, if that isn't acceptable however, it's 20 meters.
The power of explosions would depend on how much energy has been generated for the exploding energy ball, but would generally just be equivalent to being hit by a large rock at a high speed at whatever body parts are in the radius of the explosion. The power of repulses however, are usually just like being shoved really, really hard or getting punched also really, really hard.
