Make the Quirk itself chemical themed and have how the teacher uses it be the alcoholically themed part. Maybe they can like, change the chemical composition of their sweat or something? Like a more versetile version of Bakugou's Quirk but without the ignition ability and whatever resistence to explosions that he obviously has.

Shindou isn't doing anything at the moment. He'd probably be scared of Itami.

He's an OK dude when he doesn't have a reason to be an ass. Quiet and self-loathing types annoy him though, so who knows how things would go.

Itami isn't perceptive enough to tell the difference between the two. The moment people start insulting themselves he starts wanting to punch them.
