You get three "illusory" health levels. Any bashing damage (or lethal damage if your Essence is high enough) checked off in them is also illusory, and disappears when they do.


If you took enough levels of lethal damage to kill you normally, and your Essence isn't high enough, you're dead once the extra health levels wear off.

Sherwood, I stumbled on your character picture for Xandra. It's part of Pieces 6 -Hellcat. I'm sure you already knew that. And I managed to get a copy. It's a hentai, and she really doesn't get any luck. Welcome! I enjoy playing pic-faerie, sharing pictures for everyone to use for later characters.


A lot of the pictures for Pieces6 are nice, just very naughty. That character gets sexed by a lot of marine monsters, and the imagery is surprising to say the least.


And you're right, he can really draw. I wish I could just hover over Shirow's shoulder to pick up tips and ticks on how he manages some of these textures.

Not at all. xarvh announced he was going to be away for a few days. I'm just not posting because it makes things awkward if the game moves along without a character. (at least when there are just the three of us in the scene) I can post if it would be preferred.

Say, how would you feel about adding more to our troupe? I met someone who isn't happy with the chat because his character has 700 xp, but no stories to share. He'll make a starting character just like you all, and he may play his character, 'Duet', an abyssal. Or, something else. He had proposed a character akin to Doctor house, or just a nerdy geek on an epic exalted level.
