I get intermittent memory loss every now and then. Not as bad as a case of psychogenic amnesia, but certain things escape my memories every now and then. So I have to revisit and re-read certain details.

just been using it as a derogatory term for any race that is typically allied with Lucrezia. So, anything not t a human, elf, or dwarf.

That said, Roland and Arryn probably wouldn't consider Marcus and Daniel shadowspawn because they're allied with the light.

and I believe the same races have been referred to as "shadowkin" by someone more sympathetic to the cause.

SOo, it's a politically and socially charged term that shifts meanimg a lot depending on who's using it in what context.

The way Ive been using it, yeah. I mean, Marcus would probably still he considered Shadowspawn by the wider community of the lands of light. Its very likely he would've been called that. A lot. By many. Roland and Arryn wouldn't call Marcus that, though, and its likely no one would call Marcus that if Roland was present or they knew he was Roland's personal friend. Wouldn't want to piss off the prince, after all.
