Tbh I hate thinking too far ahead into the story cause then it gets boring for me already knowing the story will progress. But in general, I do think the caves are the next logical step in the journey.

Personally, on Xaman'Ek's to do list: Gather herbs. Find out where the hell our scouts were to prevent this attack so close to the city. Figure out the logistics of how we're going to wage war against spiders without stable short-range weapons.

Our enemies aren't just spiders, right?
Cause I was thinking there would be like other giant insects like giant centipedes to fight in the future. Maybe even other terrestrial invertebrates like giant evil worms, being as they are earth-shapers.
