She smiled and just watched him happily, "I don't know what I'd do without you. I'd have to look after myself and that's just not gonna fly." She teased him, letting him plop her down onto the couch "I got a doctor's appointment on Monday by the way, you working or you free to come with me? More blood tests so they said I probably shouldn't drive after considering how I passed out after last time." She told him, making sure she enjoyed her evening with him as much as she possibly could while her head was barely hurting her and eventually ended up in bed with him late into the night, falling asleep curled up close to him.

He hummed quietly, pulling her in close tightly, "love you too beautiful." He murmured, kissing her head a=before drifting off. He got up early to get the diaper bag ready for the morning. they'd only be gone until 12 but he always liked to be prepared just in case. Once the bag was ready he got himself ready and finally went to get Maya up and dressed, trying to keep her settled while he got her ready so that Max could stay sleeping.

Noah gave a nod and smiled at her "I'll be there don't worry about it." He said softly before kissing her gently. He was up early that next morning humming to himself in the shower just going over some of the new lyrics he had written.

Max woke up when he came to tell her they were leaving. She gave a tired smile and pecked his lips "Have fun, call me if you need anything okay? I love you." She murmured before falling back to sleep when he left.

He got to the studio after a little detour to get coffee even though he was already an hour late but he carried Maya in while she babbled away to herself. “The better Ramos has arrived.” He grinned watching Austin jump up to come say hi. “Definitely late cause we had a blowout diaper and not cause I wanted coffee.”

Carmen was getting breakfast sorted for herself and pecked his cheek when he came downstairs. “Morning. You mind grabbing me some tampons while you’re at CVS? I thought I had an extra box but I don’t and I need one.” She told him

Austin rolled his eyes but chuckled as he took Maya into his arms "Dad already using you as a scape goat I see." He said before looking at Will "Max alright? I know you said she had been having some sleeping issues."

Noah nodded as he came down "Yeah of course, same kind as before or do you need the ultra deluxe kind again?" He asked as he pecked her cheek and went to put his shoes on.

She sighed happily and just stared at him for a minute. “God I love you.” She smiled, “the green ones please. Plastic applicator if you can.” She told him, pecking his lips once more before letting him go, taking her breakfast into her work room to start tidying up a little. She waited til she saw his car pull out the drive but went to take a few of the pills she’d picked up before to hopefully keep the pain away for now.

The pharmacist at CVS smiled as he stepped up to the counter and gave his name and address. “Perfect I’ll grab that for you in just a sec, oh, I see here that you have two ongoing prescriptions? They seem to come in on different days, do you want to get them synced up instead so you’re not coming in more often?” She asked him.

He nodded and sat down. “Yeah, moms having a lie in huh Maya? Cause you’ve been keeping her up all night. We’re gonna pick her up for lunch later but I thought I’d bring the stinky butt into the studio,” he smiled, watching his little girl happily and hike she stared at Austin and tried to grab at his hair.

Noah looked at the pharmacist confused for a second while she scanned his other items "Huh? No I should only have the anxiety meds." He explained to her wondering if maybe she just got his name mixed up.

Austin gave a small nod and chuckled a bit "Well we're always glad to have her." He said before yelping when she finally got his hair and tugged hard.

She shook her head. “I have here you have a repeat prescription for OxyContin. And then of course the Zoloft.” She told him frowning. “Your registered person picked up the oxy just a couple days ago.” She told him, frowning when he turned and booked it out of there without picking up anything, just shaking her head and tidied up before continuing with the next person.

He chuckled some as she soon got bored and was reaching for will again, taking her into his arms and got her strapped into the baby carrier so he could have his hand mostly free and get some work done at the same time.

Noah went wide eyed when he heard her and bolted to the car. He rushed home calling Carmen the entire time trying to get ahold of her. He grew worried when he got no response and by the time he got home it was too late. He found her in her work room passed out on the floor and barely breathing "Carmen!!" He yelled trying to look her over before calling 911.

Max was sat at home by the time they got back, her hair freshly dyed and feeling great. She smiled widely as she heard the door open and quickly got up to go greet Will and Maya.

She was in and out for a few minutes, not aware of much except that her nose was bleeding until she eventually stopped breathing and lay still.

He had left the bags in the car considering they were gonna go back out and he was making funny noises to make her laugh while he carried her inside, looking over and smiled. “Oh wow. Look at mommy. Doesn’t she look so pretty?” He smiled, pecking maxs lips. “Looks great beautiful.” He smiled but frowned when Maya just started crying and hid in his shirt.

Max smiled widely as she reached for Maya but her smile faded when she curled away from her "Maya? Its me Mommy, come here baby." She said softly but stopped when Maya burst into tears when Will tried handing her over "What....what....do you think its my hair?" She asked as she looked at Will.

Noah immediately started on CPR once giving his info to 911 right before she had stopped breathing. He continued at it until he heard banging at the door and rushed to let them in "Down the hall first door!" He said frantically.

He chuckled and nodded. “Oh little princess do you not recognise mommy with different hair?” He cooed, kissing her head and just rocked her a little. “Maya it’s mommy.” He smiled. “She’ll work it out babe don’t worry.”

Nick was sat on his couch an hour later when he got a call from Noah, yawning a little but answered. “Hey man, I was meant to call you anyway, Nadine wants to kno- you alright man?” He asked him frowning

Max looked at him and let a few tears fall "Oh no, I've scared her...." she said quietly before shaking her head a bit. She went to get her shoes on and sighed some "You think she'll be okay by later today?"

Noah was shaking as he sat in the waiting room "I need you. Carmen she....she OD'ed and I'm at the hospital....she stopped breathing.." he said in a bit of a panic having to say it all out loud.

He frowned and got up while he was still talking. “Hey, hey I’m on my way. What hospital?” He asked him frowning, waiting til he answered. “Alright. I’ll leave now okay? Sit tight, just breathe alright?” He told him, getting his shoes on, worrying about both of them but more Noah considering nick knew he was likely having flashbacks to his mom now

Will frowned and kissed her cheek. “Oh honey she will be fine.” He told her. It’s just gonna take her a minute. But the good news there is that you get a break and I’ve gotta get up for her nighttime stuff for a couple days probably.” He told her, waiting til she was done and reached for her to come closer, kissing her head while Maya was finally calming down. “Come on. I wanna take my favorite girls out for lunch.” He told her.

Noah looked up when he heard his name called and Nick coming in. He took a shaky breath trying to keep calm but it was becoming difficult as he remembered his mother "Nick....I....fuck I can't loose her." He whispered

Max gave a small smile and kissed his cheek "Lets get going then." She murmured before heading out "So do you like my hair though? I've been wanting it this color for a while."

Nick frowned and sat next to him "You think it was on purpose or an accident? I thought she'd been clean as well?" He frowned, handing Noah a bottle of water he'd picked up on his way in and just rubbed his back "Hey, Noah, breathe, slow down and tell me what happened." He coaxed, hoping it wouldn't be too long before he got an answer.

HE nodded and smiled "I think it's gorgeous. Plus if you're happy I'm happy. However, did you get any wedding planning done? I left my folder on the kitchen table for you to look at, we got stuff to get done." He reminded her. Will had thrown himself into wedding planning the moment Max had told him she was somewhat relaxed on a lot of things, turning into a groomzilla.

Noah took deep breaths and did his best to explain everything. Once he was done he shook his head "I'm so scared I'll loose her too. She had hidden it this time so well." He said quietly

Max giggled some and nodded "Yes I did, I scheduled us some venue walk throughs. There were a few that had a whole package option which seemed nice. A little less stress that way." She said happily.

He nodded “She’s gonna be the best little flower girl.” He smiled, carrying her out to the car and getting her buckled into her car seat. “You ready for your by the way? Still excited?” He asked

“I mean… it’s not like she’s taking the drugs for the sake of getting high. I know people fake pain to get scripts but she is genuinely in pain.” He frowned, waiting with him for hours until they finally called hee name.

“You Noah Davis?” He asked him and nodded a little when he said yes. “You can go see her in a moment. She’s doing okay but she’d had an aneurysm alongside the overdose. She needs to rest. A lot of it.” He told him and had them both follow him to the room they’d put her in to find her awake and a little out of it still.

Max nodded excitedly as they set off once they were all buckled in "Yes I'm very excited. I already have an idea of what I want just hope I can find it." She said happily "And you can't see the dress at all mister."

Noah stood up as soon as he name was called and nodded "An aneurysm? She had a clot the whole time?" He asked as they made their way into her room "Will the doctor be in soon?" He asked while sitting beside her.

She frowned a little and looked over at Noah as he got closer, reaching for his hand, hearing a yes and just lay there watching him. “Im sorry.” She mumbled, not able to meet his gaze.

He frowned a little and shook his head. “Wakey wakey I asked if you were excited for tour.” He chuckled. “Not your dress. I know you’re excited for that one.” He smiled. “You gonna get Carmen up here to go with you? Oh you could ask her about doing your makeup for the day, like, not for free but see if she’d be up for that.”

Noah shook his head and frowned softly "Hey, hey don't be like that." He said quietly before kissing her knuckles gently "Its gonna be okay, alright? Everything is alright." He said quietly

Max laughed some and nodded again "Oh right, yes I am excited for tour. We got her ear protectors right? They fit her head?" She asked before taking his hand in hers "Yeah I thought about asking her about makeup, or maybe she could recommend a friend. Remind me to call her later today."

She frowned a little and squeezed his hand. “They said… they said that they found out what was wrong.” She told him frowning, trying not to cry. “And that they fixed it…. That it’s finally over.” She told him, starting to cry with relief. “That I shouldn’t get the migraines anymore.” She mumbled.

He nodded and yawned a little. “I will do. And yeah, we were practicing with them today, she’s still not happy with them on for a long time but she can do like 45 minutes.” He told her. “She’s really working on that crawling too.”

Noah gave a small nod and wiped at his eyes as well "Yeah....yeah they said the doctor would be in soon to tell us about it. Just relax okay? Get your rest." He said quietly.

Max smiled widely and gave a small nod "Well if she gets fussy with them we can go to the bus." She said happily while looking out the window "Oh is she now? Did you get any videos?"

He shook his head. “No but Austin did.” He smiled, pulling into the lot of their favorite mexcican place.

She frowned and squeezed his hand gently again, “can you come here? Just til I’m asleep?” She asked him quietly, “I didn’t want to scare you.”

Max smiled happily and unbuckled her seat belt once they were parked "Alright I'll have to get him to send me those." She said before getting out on and going to get Maya out of her seat. She gave a small sigh when she pushed away and yelled out again "Baby its me, its mommy I promise."

Noah moved to lay with her and gave a small nod "We'll talk.more about it later okay? For now I want you to rest." He said quietly before kissing the top of her head repeatedly.

Will sighed a little and went to pick her up instead "Maybe she's just having a Dad only phase again anyway." He pointed out, "She's been getting clingier with me anyway the past couple weeks." He reminded her "Come on, let's get you both some food." He told them, taking Max's free hand that wasn't carrying the diaper bag and headed inside.

Nick came and sat down with a couple drinks and some snacks aftwer a little while, handing Noah a water, "You doing okay?" He asked him frowning. The only reason he was still there was to make sure Noah was coping.
