Noah frowned a bit and followed her to the room "I love you Carmen...I'm gonna eat but I'm gonna come back and I want to talk more." He said softly giving her forehead a kiss.

Max smiled happily and took a quick photo of them before going to the kitchen to get dinner out.

He smiled as he held Maya to him, just watching her in awe a little until max called that dinner was ready and he picked hee up, taking her to the kitchen as she started waking up. “Hey princess.” He smiled as she just flopped against him all grumpy. “Oh Maya is it hard being you?” He asked, chuckling quietly when she just nodded.

She nodded and sighed a little, squeezing his arm gently and watched him go downstairs while she went to get ready for bed, laying down once she’d done all her skincare, Void curled up next to her.

Max laughed lightly as she got their drinks set out after the plates "Oh little grumpy pants, its gonna be a late night isn't it?" She murmured as Will got her sat in her high chair.

Noah came back to her once he had eaten and sighed softly as he layed beside her "You're everything to me you know that? And I love you more than anything."

He smiled a little and got her set up with her bib and everything, finally sitting down and just frowned at the table for a minute, having to catch his breath just from holding her and walking around. “You still able to take me to the follow up tomorrow?” He asked hee yawning a little.

She frowned a little and watched him. “Why do I feel like there is a but coming?” She asked him quietly, reaching for his hand and scooting a little closer.

Max nodded and gave his hand a small squeeze "Yeah I already got my schedule carved out around it." She said with a small hint of worry in her voice "You okay?"

Noah shook his head some "No but, I just want you to know that. I'll do everything I can to make this happen for us."

She sighed quietly and just snuggled in next to him. “I just feel like everything we’ve ever tried to do has been an uphill struggle and I’m so tired.” She frowned, burying her face into his hoodie.

He nodded slowly. “Yeah I’m just… just a little worn out.” He told her quietly, eating quietly with her, just starting to feel like he’d overdone it a bit today and stood at the end of dinner to head up to their room. He only made it as far as the kitchen doorway and had to lean on the doorframe for support, “I don’t feel right.” He mumbled, really having to work hard to get any air in but before she’d had a chance to react he was on the floor and not breathing.

Noah gave a heavy sigh and nodded a bit "I am too....its been difficult and I don't understand either why we can't seem to catch a break. But I know I don't want anyone else by my side through this." He murmured softly

Max rushed to his side as soon as he fell. She quickly dialed 911 and got him turned over to start CPR. The ambulance got there in record time and she quickly let them in to get to him.

She frowned and just rubbed at her face a little, biting her tongue from causing another argument but she was tired of trying to lean on him and ending up comforting him by the end. “Are we going to the house party tomorrow night? I got a seminar to go to tomorrow bud I was thinking if you just go ahead and I’ll meet you there soon as I can.” She told him, changing the subject.

As soon as they had him breathing they were rushing him down there, keeping her waiting for almost three hours before anyone came to talk to her, letting her into his room while he was still out, not coming around until late into the night, slowly opening his eyes and looking around confused. The last thing he remembered was getting Maya into her high chair.

Max held Will's hand while Maya slept against her. She let a few tears fall and let out a sigh of relief when she saw his eyes open "Hey.....hey its okay, you're gonna be okay."

Noah gave a small nod and kissed the top of her head "Yeah that sounds good. You want anything?" He asked softly

He frowned a little, watching hee confused while he tried to move and found he couldn’t. He could feel everything but there was no strength in him at all right now, just frowning at her some and passes out again, his nurse coming to check up on him and smiled gently at the wife. “They’re gonna take him for some tests first thing in the morning so if you wake up and he’s not in here don’t panic.” She assured her.

She shook her head and frowned. “No, I’ll just bring a couple drinks with me and keep them hidden in my bag so they don’t get drunk by someone else.” She told him, yawning. “I just… I don’t wanna get stuck talking to Mike and Lana. That’s all.” She mumbled, yawning again and eventually drifted off curled up to him.

Max gave a small nod and sighed softly "He just woke up for a moment." She said softly not taking her eyes off of him. By the next morning she was sat in the room with his mother just watching as Maya played on the little pallet they had made on the floor.

Noah sighed softly but nodded some "I'll try to make sure that doesn't happen." He murmured before starting to fall asleep. By the next evening he was at the old house already a few drinks in when Carmen arrived. He gave her a wide smile as she came in and went straight over "Hey beautiful, how was your day?"

She sighed a little and shook her head. “Not great. You look like you’ve been having a good time.” She smiked, pecking his lips. “Let me go say hi to Jesse and Dani. I’ll be right back.” She promised, let him continue chatting with someone she didn’t recognise, heading to go find Jesse and his girlfriend to say hi, frowning when she was stood in the kitchen and she clocked that she could overhear two strange girls talking about Noah, not thinking much of it but listened in anyway, expecting the usual hopes of him being single but when she caught what they were actually saying she felt her stomach drop, heading back round to the front of the house and just looked at him for a moment then headed out the front door, slamming it behind her.

They brought will back after an hour and a half of tests and left him to rest. He’d woken up that morning for a few minutes again but now was waking up and staring over at his wife, a lot more with it than he’d been up h til now. “Hey…. What… where are we?” He asked her confused, seeing his mom sat there as well and hearing Maya nearby somewhere.

Noah was chatting with Jesse when she came into the room. He gave her a small smile but frowned when she just stormed out. He gave Jesse a bit of a confused look before he excused himself and made his way out to try and get to her "Carmen! Babe wait up!" He called as she stormed to her car.

Max gave a heavy sigh "Hey handsome, we're at the hospital. You fell last night after dinner." She explained quietly giving his hand a small squeeze.

She finally turned to face him when he was right behind her and held her finger up. “Don’t. Do not get any closer to me or you are going to get smacked…. How fucking dare you!” She spat at him. “Why do half the fucking people in there know about the problems we’re having?!” She snapped at him. “People I’ve never met before!” She yelled, not caring now that people milling on the lawn were starting to look.

He frowned and looked around a little. “Did I fall hard?” He asked quietly seeing how much they were monitoring him. “Do we have to stay?” He mumbled, frowning again and looking over at her.

Noah frowned deeply as he listened to her "What? I don't know Carmen, I haven't spoken to anyone other than Jesse and Nick right now!" He explained trying to think over everything and why people would know their problems.

Max gave a small nod "Yeah you did, they want us to stay while they run tests." She explained quietly before reaching for Maya "Come here baby, come see Daddy."

He frowned a little and looked over at her while Maya reached for him, "Why are they... Wait... Is it.... I don't know." He frowned, starting to pass out again, not understanding what was going on at all.

His Mom frowned a little and shook her head "You need to tell him what's happened. It'll only confuse him more if you keep beating around the bush." She told her sighing a little, moving to smooth his hair back and redo his ponytail for him.

Carmen glared at him "Really?! No one?! Then why the fuck did I hear two random girls who by the way don't look like they belong in that house, why did I hear them talking about us not having a chance at having kids if we aren't even having sexd at the minute?!" She screamed at him. "I'm going home. Don't expect me to still be there by the time you get back. I'm done." She spat at him, getting in her car to take off.

Max sighed heavily and gave a small nod "Yeah...." she said quietly letting a few tears fall "I'm terrified. He'd been doing so well.." she said quietly.

Noah frowned deeply and went a bit wide eyed when she said she was done "Carmen! Babe please wait!" He yelled as he followed her to the car. He stopped in his tracks though when she smacked him around the face watching as she drove off and left him standing there.

She got home and immediately started chucking stuff into a bag, sobbing the whole time until she had to sit down on their bed and calm down for a minute before she could continue, taking her ring off and placing it on his side. She wanted to be gone before he got there but she heard the door opening while she was still packing her suitcase, just shaking her head as his familiar footsteps came up the stairs "Don't.... Just don't. Because I am so done with being there for you no matter what. Being the one to ground you while you're the most miserable bastard to be around. But then I need you to do the same for me and it's just been radio silence..... I've had enough Noah." She told him quietly, not turning to face him.

She shook her head and frowned "Once these things start it just.... He's just so young still." She frowned, looking to Maya as she kept wriggling to get closer to him, hearing her call for him and sighed "I just hope for her sake if no one else's that he will be alright." She frowned.

Noah went straight home after her once he told Jesse he was leaving. He made his way to their room and gulped seeing all her clothes in the suitcase "What are you talking about?! I've done everything I can to be here for you! I'm trying to get you to talk about it, and I don't know what else I'm supposed to say!" He explained running a hand over his face.

Max nodded and sighed heavily as she kept Maya back "Her and our other one..." she said quietly letting a few more tears fall "I told him right before dinner.....he was so excited."

She glared at him and shook her head "How fuckin' dense can you get Noah?! You have told strangers about the problems we are having! How can you... I could have given up on you a long time ago and I didn't.... I had to sort my own fucking drug problem out without your support cause you were so wrapped up in yourself you couldn't see it! You have told strangers on the internet that I won't have sex with you right now and of course we won't have kids if I don't start putting out!" She spat at him. "You wanna see what someone sent me a little bit ago? I ignore most of your fans messages. but I'm glad I opened up this one to see exactly how you talked about me on your stream the other night!" She snapped at him, "So I'm fucking done." She told him, shoving the phone at him so he could see the clip of himself on stream talking about their relationship for all these people to see

Will was coming around again a little later and frowning at the three of them "You both look... Very serious.... Right now." He mumbled, trying to reach for Max's handand struggling to breathe a little "I don't.... Think I... Just fell." He mumbled

Noah looked at the phone seeing his drunken state talking about everything. He frowned deeply and looked at Carmen with heart broken eyes. He handed the phone back and took a deep breath before nodding his head "Alright then...I guess this is it." He said quietly "Because nothing I say or do is going to fix this."

Max shook her head some and gave his hand a squeeze "No darling you didn't.....you had another stroke." She said quietly letting a few tears fall as she told him.

He frowned and just watched her a little, "I love you." He mumbled, still trying to squeeze her hand back but just not able to move much. "I don't.... I wanna go home." He slurred really struggling to cope with everything that had happened, "Hurts to breathe." He told her frowning.

She shook her head and finally looked at him devastated. "I wish you'd cheated on me instead." She told him as calmly as she could, zipping up her suitcases and taking them out to her car, coming back in and getting Void in his carrier as well then made her way back out to her car without another word.

Max looked at his mother and nodded a bit "Its going to baby....your chest was bruised from the CPR. I'll call in a nurse okay?" She said quietly before pressing the call button a couple times.

Noah sat on the bed once he heard the door shut and finally broke down. He sat there for hours before finally calling Nick to tell him what happened. "Hey....she uh....she left." He said quietly while he stared at the floor.

His mom frowned and took Maya, leaving the room when he started crying, leaving them to some peace and quiet so they weren't overwhelming him right now.

He frowned and just gripped at her hands as best he could "I don't... I don't understand." He told her "I was doing okay." He told her quietly, his nurse coming to check on him and overhearing their conversation 'We're gonna get you home as soon as we can Mr. Ramos. We just want to make sure that we get you back to healthy as can be.' She assured him while she checked him over, nodding to his wife.

Carmen got to her studio, planning to use the upstairs office space as a little room to sleep in for the next few days until she got something sorted out, not yet feeling the weight of the whole thing hit her. The five years they'd been together over just like that

Max stood at home rubbing her bump gently as she looked everything over to make sure it was perfect for Will. He was finally able to come home and she was so happy to have him back. She knew Maya was too, and now she hoped they could relax a bit. She especially needed to with her pregnancy. Her blood pressure levels had been a bit elevated the last time she was at the doctors and they wanted her to monitor it everyday and try to stay as relaxed as she could.

Noah stood outside the coffee shop sipping his drink quietly while he waited for his new girlfriend to come out. He'd rebounded quickly after Carmen had left, he liked the girl sure but he didn't love her and he didn't see a future. He was a wreck mentally and physically. He missed Carmen dearly and realized how badly he'd fucked up, but he was too chicken to reach out and tell her that.
