Max nodded and closed out of her work for the time being "Yeah I could do with some food." She murmured before standing up slowly and waddling out with him towards the kitchen.

Noah came down a little later frowning when she mentioned seeing her parents. He'd met them once and they weren't impressed, so having to see them yet again wouldn't be the best for him at the moment. He shook his head some and gave a small sigh "I'm sorry babe...but I just.....I can't." He admits truthfully before going to sit down feeling a bit woozy.

She nodded and sighed a little. "Just... Would you at least keep on top of the house while I'm gone?" She muttered, "I don't wanna come back to a dump." She muttered, shaking her head a little while she cracked on with making some dinner, finally getting it on the table half an hour later and scoffed when he declined. "Do what you like but you gotta get a grip Noah. I'm not your babysitter." She muttered, shaking her head.

Will followed her and went to make them some ramen, a little scared about doing any cooking without someone else around as well. "I'm sorry by the way.... This isn't how... This isn't how I wanted things to be for us our first year of marriage." He frowned, "Or with Maya still as a .... As a toddler." He frowned, swallowing back tears.

Noah frowned deeply as he watched her "Yeah.....yeah I'll try." He muttered quietly before going back up to bed feeling even worse than before. He was feeling a bit dizzy but frowned deeply when he thought he saw something in the corner of his room.

Max frowned deeply and made his look at her "Hey, hey, uh uh don't do that okay? Everything is going to be okay and this is fine. We're getting through this." She murmured before kissing him lovingly

He frowned and shook his head. “I know we are. I do. But it’s still not what I wanted for you.” He frowned, kissing her back and just held her close for a minute.

Carmen had been trying to shrug off everything that the new girlfriend was sending her until she had gotten to the point of angry with it, finally sitting down and calling nick. “Hey, long time no talk. How are uh, how are things going with you and Nadine?” She asked him, rubbing at her face.

Max nodded keeping her forehead pressed to his "I'm with you, thats all that matters to me." She said quietly before letting him continue to cook "So did we decide on William James?" She asked quietly

Nick smiled some hearing Carmen's voice "Hey its been a minute, good to hear your voice. We're really good actually. I'm thinking about popping the question here soon. How are you doing?" He asked happily

She smiled a little and shook her head. “You’ve taken your sweet time… I’m alright… I uh…. I have a couple questions about Noah’s new girlfriend. I know… I know how that sounds but I just….. she has been sending me some weird ass shit and I don’t… is she good to him?” She asked him. “That’s all I wanna know.”

He nodded and frowned. “You wanna call him William?” He asked her “I didn’t know I could love you more.” He murmured, kissing her head before continuing to make some lunch

Nick frowned deeply when she asked about his new girlfriend. He sighed heavily and shrugged a bit "I mean from what I've seen yeah. He's become a bit of a recluse in our time off." He explained to her. "What kind of shit is she sending you?"

Max smiled widely and nodded "Yeah, I think it would be a great name for him." She said happily before kissing his cheek and letting him continue to make lunch.

She frowned and shook her head. “Just photos of the two of them and a couple reels directed at exes… I met her for a second when I ran into them the other day. That’s it… as long as she’s good to him though I don’t care.”

He finished up and went to sit with her again, handing her a bowl of food. “I can’t wait to get back to work.”

Nick frowned deeply and gave a small nod "Alright, let me know if that keeps up. I don't care if she is good, she shouldn't be harrassing you." He muttered talking to her a little longer before saying goodbye.

Max sat with him and smiled softly "Yeah? I know the guys and the fans miss you like crazy." She said happily before she began to eat.

She didn’t think much of it over the next couple of days as it had all but stopped, until she was settling down for the night cuddled up with Void while she watched some trash tv, happening to glance over at her phone as it rang, tensing a little when she saw it was Noah’s number, picking it up and frowning. “Hello?” She asked confused as to why he’d be calling her now.

He nodded a little, enjoying having a whole day where he was coherent and he was capable but that soon changed to the rest of the weekend with him barely aware of where he was most of the time or who maya was, having to be reminded a couple times and he was left by the end of the weekend frustrated and exhausted, laying in their bed and staring at the wall until he heard max walking up behind him, feeling a hand on his back. “Im so tired of this.” He whispered.

Noah frowned deeply as he layed curled in bed "Carmen they're outside. They're mad because I'm trying to change the world. I don't know why they don't see my vision." He said frantically down the line.

Max came into their room after getting Maya down for a nap. She rubbed his back gently and sighed softly "I know baby, but its been getting better. We have to just stay positive."

He frowned and shook his head "I can't remember our home, our daughter, I'm fuckin' scared babe." He told her quietly, shaking his head again, trying to relax but the more it happened the more worried he got and he was starting to panic more every day about when their son arrived, how things would be for them. He hated that he had put Max under so much stress

The moment she heard him her back was up and she paused her show, standing up, "Noah... Who's outside?" She asked him quietly. This is what she had always been scared of for him. She frowned more and shook her head when she could hear him talking like there was someone there with him, "Noah is Laura there with you?" She asked him slowly, "Can you put her on the phone?" She asked slowly, hoping that he wasn't on his own right now. Nick saying he'd become a recluse since the break all starting to make sense now.

Max nodded and let a few tears fall wishing she could take this from him "I know baby, I'm so sorry, I wish I could take this from you. Maybe we should get a second opinion on whats going on." She said quietly and kissing him gently.

Noah shook his head some as he looked ahead of him "No its just Carmen. Listen I'm gonna save you alright! She'll prove it!" He yelled before looking at his phone when he heard Carmen "Tell them I'm gonna be a savior Carmen. Laura? Huh? No, no she went away.."

She frowned, going to get her shoes on now, "Noah, I'm just gonna go for a drive alright? But you can keep me on the phone... Where are you?" She asked him, ndding to herself when he said he was at home, "That's nice... You cosy in bed or on the couch?' She asked him, just trying to keep him focused on the conversation, frowning when he said no and that he was cold, "Alright, hey, I gotta... Noah? Noah?!" She called but he'd hung up on her and she immediately dialled Nick, "I'm sorry to wake you up, you gotta get over to Noah's. Right fuckin' now. He's lost it. I don't know what is going on but he said he was freezing cold and that they're mad because he's gonna save the world. I'm at least fifteen minutes away, just get someone to get over there. I don't even know if he's at home but he needs help." She told him frantically, trying to get there as soon as possible.

He frowned and shrugged, "I don't know if that's gonna help." He mumbled, just keeping her as close as he could, moving to bury his face into her hair, just sighing quietly and trying to relax to get a nap in. He didn't do so bad when he was getting the right amount of sleep at least.

Nick was up and going as soon as he heard Carmen's worried voice. He got to Noah's frowning when he found him screaming in the front yard. He rushed straight over and tried calming him down but he wasn't wanting to listen to him. He looked over when Carmen got there shaking his head some "Call an ambulance. He needs a hospital."

Max nodded and held him close to her starting to drift off as well with him. She was woken up around an hour later to Maya tugging on her arm. She got up carefully and walked with her frowning though as she felt a sharp pain go through her body "Baby go get Daddy for me please?"

She jumped out the car and headed over to them, calling emergency services and asking for an ambulance, “Oh my god he’s frozen.” She muttered, going back to her car to grab a blanket out the back to try and get him to let her out it around him. He was soaking wet and ice cold and she assumed he’d been in an ice cold shower for too long by the looks of him, “Noah…. Noah look at me.” She coaxed. “I need you to wrap this around your shoulders.” She told him as he was just in his underwear right now.

Will was stood downstairs at the sink when he heard mayas voice and headed up there to go see what was going on. “Hey… you okay?” He asked her as he let maya take him back into their room.

Noah looked at Carmen shivering "They said.....they said they were taking you." He whispered while he let her put the blanket around him "Said....said it was the price I had to pay to be their savior."

Max shook her head some and took deep breaths "No....shit....okay um call my mom or yours, he's coming now." She said while breathing through her contraction.

She frowned and shook her head a little. “Noah it’s okay, I’m right here okay?” She coaxed, looking to nick scared, passing him the phone with emergency services on the way. “Noah where is your girlfriend?” She asked him, trying to guide him back towards his house, scared someone in the neighbourhood would end up hurting hik if he stayed yelling on the front lawn.

Will nodded and frowned, going to make the phone call before going to sit with her again. “I called your mom to meet us there,mine is picking up maya and I’ve called an ambulance to come pick you up.” He told her quietly. “You need anything while we wait?” He asked her, sitting moving to sit behind h34 so she could lean back on him.

Noah frowned deeply as he walked with her towards the house "Huh? She....I don't remember." He said holding her close to him "I think they took her.." he whispered into her ear while looking around in paranoia.

Max shook her head and gave a small smile "No, just stay with me yeah?" She said quietly while squeezing his hand as another contraction hit her.

She nodded slowly, managing to get him into the house but tensed seeing how smashed up the place was. “We are going get you some help okay?” She coaxed but frowned when that set him off again as she could hear sirens approaching finally. “Noah I need you to relax okay? I promise that this is for your own good.”

He nodded and kissed her head, holding her hands gently and smiled over at maya as she wandered back in. “Your baby brother is gonna be here soon.” He murmured.

Noah pulled away and shot her a glare when she said he needed help "What?! No I fucking don't, I'm fine they're the ones that need help!" He yelled starting to get up and run to find something. He grabbed a knife from the kitchen and pointed it at the door when he heard a knock "They're coming Carmen! I won't let you take her!" He screamed

Max smiled and laughed lightly as Maya starting talking to her bump "Yeah thats right baby, he'll be here very soon." She murmured quietly taking a deep breath as another contraction hit her.

He was with it enough to take a couple photos of Maya talking to the bump before trying to be there with Max but he got up once they heard the ambulance arrive and headed down to let them in, glad his mother managed to get there not long after so he didn't have to stay behind with Maya for a little while, able to go with Max. He sat next to her in the ambulance, holding her hand supportively, trying to be present as much as possible but his brain was going in and out of understanding what was going on.

She shook her head and approached him slowly, her hands raised, "Noah, it's okay, they're here to try and help you. Noah you're not very well right now." She tried to coax him, "I'm worried about you. Just humor me... Please." She asked him, "No one here wants to hurt you." She promised, turning to warn people at the door to take it slow when it opened but yelled out as she felt a sharp pain in her hand, looking back to see the knife he had been holding, now sticking out of her hand. "Noah I promise this is for your benefit." She told him, stepping back while between the two medics and Nick they eventually got him restrained. She stood crying as more sirens approached and watched the chaos around her, terrified for him as the adrenaline was wearing off now.

Max gave his hand a squeeze watching him while they took her vitals. She was scared seeing him not all there in the moment. This wasn't how she invisioned having their second child and she was worried he'd full lapse while in the middle of this.

Nick held Carmen thankful that a medic stayed behind the help her out "You okay?" He asked her quietly while he watched them badage her up "I'm gonna head to the hospital, I'll call you if you want."

She nodded slowly. "I'm okay.... No.. I'll be there as soon as I can anyway. I'm not... I don't care what's happened between us right now, I'm not leaving him on his own." She told him seriously, letting them take her to the second ambulance to get stitched up, slowly calming down. "Nick, call his girlfriend. I don't know what's going on with them but I'm worried for her safety right now as well." She called to him and nodded when he gave her a thumbs up.

He followed her out when they arrived and walked with them most of the way until her Mom had caught up, going with them while they got her settled into a room, sitting down on the chair in the corner to try and collect himself, desperately not wanting to miss this or leave her to deal with it without him but he had no control over it anyway.

Laura was up at the hospital as soon as she had gotten off the phone with Nick. Although she had been thinking about ending things, she still felt she needed to be there. She sat on the side of the bed with Noah who was now on fluids and sedated for his own safety.

Max gave a weak smile to her mom when she saw her there and bit her lip hard "Will? Babe you okay?" She asked worriedly seeing that thousand yard gaze he was giving.
