I think I did pretty good on the surprise round to make up for the kind of initiative roll.

I didn't didn't know other people were getting a surprise round but at least I didn't kill anyone before my turn.

I think it's the hawk that goes first on the surprise lol since hawks have +3 dex but considering familiars can't attack that doesn't effect much
