He is a gentleman to most woman, until he finally gets what he wants, clearing up any evidence that could be used against him. He is also confident and at times reckless, since he has a team of lawyers to keep him out of jail, somewhere he has never been to. He is cunning, able to pull strings to pull himself into any situation, or get himself out of any situation.


Powers: Being very tall, standing fairly straight at 6'10, and having an immense arm reach, he is an expert at hand to hand combat. After much testing, he gave himself a copy of the supersoldier serum he called "Nectar X." This serum grants him superhuman strength that allows him to lift several tons, his maximum 450 tons. He is able to run at a maximum of 95 mph, keeping a full sprint for about 50 minutes at this speed, has superhuman endurance, and has am advanced healing factor, about as fast as Wolverines.


Weapons:


Passed down from generation to generation, Mateo possesses his family's revolver, the "WolfHound."

It is a normal revolver with a much faster reloading capacity than most revolvers, and holds silver fused adamantium bullets.


Mateo can call upon many supervillains, being the leader of the entire underground. He is able to hire powerful assassins and villains, his wealth more than Harry and Desimus. He is the KingPin of the underground. He is the King.


Weaknesses: He can be very cocky, over calculating his advantages and missing a few details. He is always currently under stress, having to run an entire undrtgounrd that is connected through the entirety of the United States.

A depressed ass in the middle of an existential crisis, he grew up thinking that his future was doomed to be bleak and gloomy, as such he doesn't see the point in much of anything. Personality

I'll admit, I've been pretty disconnected from others this past year. Whenever I come back, I always blame Parker Industries for my absence. But is that really true?

Born from two wise-cracking individuals, it would be hard to believe that Perry doesn't have a sense of humor as his parents. Humor being his most prominent trait, Perry uses it to antagonize, flirt, or just normal encounters. In a short summary, Perry uses humor for about anything, and he sure as hell takes pride in it.


Like Peter, Perry is a huge fan with the whole "brave and righteous hero" act, something he uses during most of his freetime. Something distinguishing the two however, is that Perry had never had a traumatic event happen to him to lead him to this, he was simply taught to do this. If not, Perry would just be some guy not taking advantage of the powers given to him.


A decent flirt as well, Perry would often ask people he's worked with on dates, though he tends to not to this to childhood friends. A smart person as well, he started from what Peter left him, and worked off it.
