Cassie took his hands. "I can help rebuild you, Connor." She pulled him into a hug. "I love you, Con. 'Kay? Don't forget that. I love you for who you are." She looked him in the eyes and wiped away the tears that were beginning to form on his face. "Put all of your pain into me. I can take it. You want to be angry? Take it out on me. You want to be guilty? Take it out on me. But don't you dare for one second think that you aren't good enough, that you'll never be good enough. Thats my problem. You say you almost killed Aedan? I did kill someone. I killed Massacre. You're afraid?" She looked at him seriously. "You don't have nightmares every night that you'll turn on your friends. You don't have dreams that haunt you, make you afraid to sleep because they feel like some sort of demented prophecy of what you might become. I had a dream that I killed all of you, Finn, you, Terry, Dimitri, my parents, all of the ones that I loved. You want to know what I was doing while I drove shrapnel into your heart and skull, Connor?" She was deadly serious. "I was laughing. Laughing, Connor." She sniffed. "And the whole time... The whole time you were looking at me with these eyes that just had betrayal written all over them." She took a deep, shaky breath. "Don't you think for one second that you can walk out the door without effecting everyone on this team, without hurting several hearts." She got very quiet and sat down on the stool next to him, staring at the counter. "Look. I can't stop you. I can't make you do something that doesn't feel right to you. But I can be your safe place when you want to go somewhere, remember that. If you want to go, you can, but my door is always open, even more so for you.
She stood and looked at her hot chocolate. "Dammit, it went cold." She muttered and then put it in the microwave without saying another word.

After listening to Cassie's speech, he decided to jump in. "Connor.... Look. We all love you man, and I honestly think you are worth a lot more than you think you do." He said as he stood next to connor. "But then again.... I have done things that probably beat Cassie, but that is for another time. Point is.... YOU ARE FAMILY. You hear?" Azazel said as he put his arm around connor. "Don't give us the COLD SHOULDER just because you have some problems. Talk to us... Let us know so we can help you." He said with genuine concern.


"Connor..... Look..... I freaking love you.... In a brotherly way of course. But still. You are one of the best people I know. So you better turn that frown upside down, or I will do it for you." He said in a joking manner. "You two may continue now. I just had to say my piece." He said as he went back into the kitchen to wash his mug out, after finishing his coffee. @sitanomoto @Crono

Sekki smiled before stating, "I could make a first time joke Dood, but you could have heard all of 'em... So Dood what shall my name be? I am not that fond of Sekki..." He offered her yet another cup of hot chocolate, however on side is a bottle of booze and some potato chips. Sekki smiled for a second before saying, "...Ah, so that's why you had a little bit of Phoenix Force in you... Dood.."

Jordan finally stood up after the assault and smoothed his hair back and looked around until he saw Suki still sleeping on the couch. He put his hand on her head and sighed before sitting on the floor next to the couch.

The girl had started heating her hot chocolate when Azazel had jumped in, Connor smiled when he'd said his part. Even catching on to the terrible pun that he'd thrown in, "Thanks Az, it means alot."


Connor slid off the stool and slowly walked up beside Cassie, "I-I'm not going anywhere, alright?" A quick smile hesitant smile crossed his face before he continued, "I don't know what's going to happen or what I'm doing, but...I'll stick around. Who know's maybe take up a hobby or two. But I wont leave you and the others with this mess."

Cassie smiled. "Good." She took a sip of her hot chocolate, and licked her lips. She looked Connor in the eyes but didn't respond to his previous question about the nightmares. She didn't want to. She didn't want to burden him with that, he had enough on his plate as it is. She stared at the whipped cream on her brown, creamy liquid, as of it was telling her secrets of the world.

The emotional tension was still there even after they'd finished speaking. And yet again Cassie was going to let her chocolate get cold, Connor moved closer and reached a hand around her and stuck his finger into the whipped cream. Scooping up a small clump he slipped backwards before she could swat or attack him and stuck the finger in his mouth. "Better drink it while it's still warm."

Helga then came out of the basement room, and was followed by a baby Brachydios. "Uh.... Cass.... Did you know helga had a baby?" Azazel said as he pointed to helga and her young, who was hidden behind her strong, and muscular legs. "But it..... Looks so adorable..." He said as helga walked up to Cassie, and looked at her baby, who appeared to be timid towards everyone. The receptionist smiled warmly. "Mister osbourn is actually at the top floor right now, and I have orders to only let six certain people follow. Your name is on the list. Just use the elevator over there. It will recognize you."


Raikou would arrive to see Lisa, Harry, and Dimitri sitting in a circle of nice couches in a large lounge room. As if he had eyes in the back of his head, Dimitri began talking to Raikou. "The sentry once brought the dead back to life. Personally, my next objective is finding a way to bring my dad back." @Raikou Kaminari @sitanomoto

Mason sat there listening to everything. Calculating the emotions and possible outcomes. he had been sitting on the floor, hand slung over a bent knee that was sticking up. "Connor... Lets see..." Mason got up and looked up for once. "My powers... Do you want to see them to see if i can be trusted...?" Mason asked, hoping they knew what he ment. He shifted uncomfortabley at his own words as well but he knew that he could speak at that time.

Raikou arrivded into the large room seeing Dimitri, the girl he met along with him, as well as Harry Osbourne. As Dimitri spoke to him he wondered it was the sound of the elevator or some sort of extrasensory perception. "I see nothing wrong with that, Cassie Stark did so and no one batted an eye. How do you plan to achieve this?" Raikou replied.

Lisa grinned. "We could always ask Azazel, son of Mephisto." She said. "He was the one who helped bring back Tony and Pepper." She was thinking about the whole separation part and if Cassie and Connor would ever reunite with Dimitri, or if this was good-bye for the last time.

Dimitri stood up. "I found a woman named Miranda Xavier. She is Professor Xavier's daughter if I'm not mistaken. She is going to find Robert Reynolds, the old Sentry, right now, and copy every memory he's had of being the sentry. When she gets back here, she will give me all of that memory, those years of practice and knowledge of his abilities, along with the knowledge of how he brought back the dead."

Azazel pets the little baby as helga looked around, having a wierd feeling about something. She shrugs it off, and felt happy that her young was making friends already. She does indeed trust azazel and Cassie.


Brute's stomach growls, much louder then even he could. He was starving, but showed no signs of it at all.


Bubbles then submerged herself, and resurfaced, since she was cleaning herself like a mop in a bucket of water. The water growing dirtier every time. @sitanomoto

'Do you need my help with anything? I am glad to help in anyone why I can.' Jamie signed. She wanted to feel helpful and useful again. Also, she felt a bit awkward being around Jordan and his child. @LucianGrey7971

Bruce shook his head. "I may not have the Hulk in my veins anymore but I still have the stamina." He turned to face his cousin and her daughter. "Jen! It's been a while! How are things?"

Finn watched Cassie and Connor as well as others walk away. He wanted nothing more than to follow after them but there was only so long you could go before S.H.I.E.L.D tried again. Nevermore rolled her eyes and walked back to her room. She pulled out a raw steak from the fridge, a large one, and tossed it to Brute. "You really need to let me know when you're hungry, Brute. You can't have me starving you." She stroked his snout gently.


Cassie noticed Helga's wariness and she herself tensed, but continued to stroke the baby. "Az, you look really cute in pajamas, you know that?" She said, not looking up from the baby.


Terry was sound asleep next to the tub, completely unaware of Bubbles's antics.


Tony was in his lab and had just finished something up. Pepper walked in. "Anthony Stark, you're supposed to be at a meeting!"


"Hang on, Pep! I'm almost done!" Tony said.


"Tony...." Pepper said, a warning tone in her voice.


"Alright, alright, I'm going." Tony said, calling his suit to him and flying out the window. Pepper sighed.

"As it stands seeing anyone who remains at that Tower would be asking for a confrontation that woukd escalate as fast as Dimitri can run. So we know what you intend to do aboutyour fsther but what else? That can't just be all that is in the works. Maybe we start a team of our oqn and follow through with the ideas the Avengers weren't ready to accept." Raikou said.


"You know a true HQ on the moon. A screening and evaluation for suitable heroes to handle World Class problems. We are already in a Tower with better security that people just can't walk in to. Maybe we should also discuss any prospective members for the new team."

Azazel blushed as he scratched his head. "Uh... You sure? Because I think you are the cute one here." Azazel said awkwardly as he nervously giggled, since no one complimented him in such a way before.


Bubbles sighed out of frustration, but had an idea. She lowered her head into the water, and elevated it to the rim of the tub. She then shot a small squirt of warm water from her mouth, and submerged her head within the water.

Connor cleared his throat a bit, turning to face Mason. The blonde raised an eyebrow and smirked, "Powers aren't what decide trustworthiness. Just that the individual can control them, and how that person chooses to wield them." Though Mason's words in the heated discussion earlier did worry him a little, he also knew a thing or two about having one's powers intertwined with their emotions.
