At the Adventurers' Table

Kaerri, as usual, is in the ballpark, but there is no "may" about the Wanderers' training. It's just a matter of time before you train. Not to pressure any of you, but at this moment, the training is tied to the story (so nobody take off into the forest for solo reflections, romantic scenes, etc. for a bit, please! =) ).

Remember that once the training happens, the story is effectively on hold for a couple of weeks in Real Time. Timing is crucial. For example, the last thing I want to happen is, "Hey! It's time to train! Too bad Luna can't talk or cast! Oh, and Bria's still walking around with broken arms! And don't you guys still have a pair of Formorian giants nearby wrecking up Shandra's Evergreen going after Melshaef's Tree? They could come along and interrupt your training any minute!" Training should happen with as little pressure as possible (preferably none at all).

Because of the Wanderers' situation, I am having to bring the training to the Wanderers instead of the other way around. You're nearly there. Just need some folks to post, get poor Jocarl's body buried, and come in out of the rain (all without any other sidetracks like the Wee Jas ambushing you guys and the like).

Again, no pressure. No rush. =)

*Immediately sends Otiorin off on a six-week long soul-quest to find the true meaning of his draconic heritage.*

Captain Hesperus

Well, lets see if Luna's efforts to make peace will work, or flub horribly.

Spent too much time typing and missed the notif for the new post. Oh well. If one approach doesn't get through maybe its opposite will.

If someone mentioned the crown to Glider before this, I missed it.

And Cap'n, if you did goof, don't worry about it - I do it all of the time. All I can recommend is make the best of it? Either way, if you want to fix this for Otiorin somehow, I'm open to suggestions.

Oh, and if that's not the stance you desired for Otiorin (I take it isn't) I can disregard Otiorin's words towards Glider? Would that help?

Heya folks! There is a new post in the Lore of Sharseya section for The Adventurers' Wagon. I have revamped the wagon (made it bigger, of all things). What do you think of it? As always, if you have questions, ask away! =)

Unless you want otherwise, Stewart will finally provide the full tour once you return to the wagon (so they'll know it too).

Thanks to Kaerri for helping me edit (or "polish the wagon," one could say)! =)

No, it's not too late. That's why I hit the pause button - I wanted everyone's vote.

Hey you guuuuys!

@Wolf Rawrrr @Sherwood @Kaerri @Captain Hesperus

1. What do folks think of the Adventurers' Wagon description? Is it enough?

2. Do you guys mind if a do a bit of "railroading" to get you to a destination in the story?

3. Now that your time is your own once again, what would you like to do with it? Options include, be lazy and RP, head straight to Highwind, side-quests focused on a player-character, run a small dungeon for loot and glory, etc. You know, the typical reasons people adventure in the first place. =)

EDIT: Thanks for the like on the Adventurers' Wagon, Wolf! =)

To answer your previous question, I think what I'd like to do falls under "being lazy and RPing". In other words, roleplay a day of travel where nothing actually happens (in the sense of otherworldly invasions and such), so that we can work on some character development and relations between characters. Also gives us a chance to enjoy our new revamped wagon. So far we haven't done much of either except in between encounters.

So unless I'm the only one who wants to do this, let's. Afterwards we can always squeeze in a dungeon or side quest.

It works fine for me from the start, and it's hosted here on RPN so I dunno what gives...

A quick question about the Action Points: I currently have six; when I level up to 8th, do I add the 9 I get for that level to the six I already have or do I start over with just the 9 I get for the new level? If we get to add them to what we have, that comes out to be a butt-load of Action Points, o I understand if we only renew our numbers with the max we get from the level up.

Maybe we should resolve the bedrooms matter here in the OOC, since we've been with the wagons for days now and our characters have settled down already - we just need to remind ourselves and officially write it down. Maybe Dann can put a map legend underneath the image or alternatively I can edit the said image to show for example "Wolf's Bedroom" instead "Bedroom #3" etc.

So yes I think I'll take door number three. If anyone should get the master bedroom I guess it's the leader of the party *woof*

If we are just going to do it that way I guess I'll lay dibs on #7 at the end of the hall.

We're not "just doing it that way". We've been on the road for days, Sherwood. Luna had to have picked a room - like everyone else - it's just that no one bothered to keep track. At least this is my reasoning.
