Actually it's the unknown item's workings and the potential plane-hopping that gets me, but yeah, soul anchors are scary too :)

Kaerri has been sick this week, and I don't feel up to posting Bren tonight, so I'll likely get to it tomorrow instead. In the meantime, this guy is the warrior from earlier? The one that probably could have taken all of us if he hadn't fought the mind-control thingie?

Hey, Cap'n! Here's a few tunes that I hope will blast away the night shift blues and take you away to cheerier places. Or so I hope! Come and listen to this when you want your mind far and away. =)

The Lonely Mountain Band is, for me at least, a sure bridge to that wonderful place I call "Fantasy." John (or "Galenhir") from Lord of the Rings Online has made his life from music and fantasy. This is from his third album, "Songs of the Dwarves." I hear this and my work life fades into dust replaced by hammers, anvils, golden strings, and faraway dreams. =)

Since I've gone this far, I have to finish it up with Rush - "Where's My Thing?" I listen to this instrumental and it's SEEYA! Plus, it's a terrific tune to drive to. Finally, I've created some really fun RP scenes in the past listening to Rush. Favorite Band Evar! 8D

Oh, and @Captain Hesperus? If you like, let me know (perhaps via Conversation?) that you're working night shifts and I'll hold off on posting until you're able (like I do with Wolf). Would that help?

@Wolf Rawrrr Good Wolf, whatever words Leonard might choose are unique to Leonard (no one else can provide them). So, if Leonard has something to say, don't hold back, even if it's just repeated information or the shared feeling of "Hey, I'm new too!" or "You're not the only one learning the ropes, friend!" Above all, don't underestimate the power of a good word; you never know what "moar-good" it might grow into down the road. Know what I mean, bud? =)


I'll hold off on the story until you're able to post? You mentioned you'd post yesterday, but I think we all know how Real Life can get in the way of that. =)

I don't even want to think about my cats getting into a coffee cup. That is just scary.
 
Just a quick question; how long until we reach the city? I have a strong desire to get my training going for level 8.
 
We've got another week to Highwind, but the GM may have interim plans for training purposes. (I haven't asked him about the training, but I do know we're a week out still because I did ask him that the other day.)
