Fantasy Anything Goes

Something whizzed passed Aileada's line of sight that ended up knocking him to the ground. After watching Trebuchet toss him down a hole, she smiled at Shinu's request. "Sounds good to me." Her gaze then moved on to Victoria, hoping that she would agree as well. Aileada never had many friends and Victoria was her first female friend. Therefore she wanted to try and keep this friend for as long as possible.

"Ah, Finally with the ol' brat gone, I can finally relax. I bet the Air faction is treatin' him well, Eh?"

Trebcueht spun a circle of rocks aaround his body, walking around, completely oblivious to the floating stones all around him.

Without a word, the young lycan shuffled to the porch and flopped down unceremoniously on the stone and lit a cigarette. First nicotine, then tea, and then he needed to find something to maul. All the pent up animosity was doing quite the number on his nerves, and he desperately needed some way to burn off all that angry energy, preferably without burning down an entire city.

"You're more than welcome to come over," Victoria tells the others. "I can make tea and we can all just calm down." She turns and heads back to her house. She stands next to where Shinu was and looks down at him. She gently nudges him with her foot. "Are you okay?"

He looked up at her with an expression that most closely resembled shellshock, but he smiled and made a thumbs up gesture. With time, and a stable environment, he'd shake this off. More than anything else, he was trying to absorb the fact that Victoria had kissed him, and that Aileada and Hunter considered him to be their friend after all he'd done.

Zodiac ran towards Trebuchet, panting wildly. There was rips and bruises and cuts all along his body. He gave a tackling hug to Trebuchet, which knocked both of them down. Zodiac had a river of black tears streaming from his red eyes.

"The Air kingdom was awful!" He tightened his grip on Trebucheht's waist. "I was threatened to preform in one of their twisted religious dances, they forced me to eat their organic food,I had to wait in a long line just to get inside the walls..." Zodiac suddenly squeezed Trebuchet as hard as he could. "And one woman tried to rape me!" Zodiac comically wept into Trebuchet's shoulder. Trebuchet turned and looked up at the others.

"Aye, don't worry. He's over-exaggeratin'."

Aileada clapped her hands together, "Time to make some tea." Carefully slipping past the two she entered Victoria's house. "Any particular type you guys are in the mood for?" Though they lived in England Aileada had never been a huge fan of tea, nor was she any good at making it, but for them she thought she'd give it another shot.

"I have some tea bags in the cabinet above the stove. That's all I have though. I prefer coffee over tea," Victoria calls to Aileada.

He simply shrugged and took a drag of his cigarette, pondering on several thinks at once. For starters, what in Hell's half-acre had compelled the girl to kiss him? As Zodiac reappeared, he tapped Victoria's shoulder and pointed to the boy, speaking in a flat tone. "You could kill that. That would help." He said as he took another drag and relished his own sarcasm. Even on the edge of a mental breakdown, he always knew exactly what to say and do.

Victoria rolls her eyes. "He will learn a lesson soon enough," she says. She smiles and looks around at the flowers on her deck.

"Got it, I'll make both then."

'Let's just hope making coffee is as simple as putting a bag in hot water too.' She thought as she entered the kitchen. At first glance it was obvious that Victoria was a painter. Bottles of paint, brushes, and canvases laid strewn about on the surface of counters and the kitchen table. Realizing she had become distracted she returned to grabbing the tea bags and searching for whatever was used to make coffee.

Zodiac shook Trebuchet violently.

"Look I'm sorry okay my own mischievous nature gets a hold of me sometimes and I always act like an asshole and I procrastinate and End up falling flat on my face all the time so I build up this huge persona to compensate for all of my mishaps so I can appear successful and proud but deep down I'm a failure and I know that I look like a fucking nightmare and I just want family!"

Trebuchet was surprised at the sudden emotional breakdown Zodiac just had. Zodiac shook him one last time.

"So I'm sorry!"

Zodiac slowly slipped off of Trebuchet's body and curled into a fetal position at his feet.

(sorry for dropping out randomly something came up) Hunter sighed as Aileada walked away to make tea and coffee "I go help her" he said as he walked into the kitchen "well today has been about normal so far, don't you think Aileada?" Asked the blonde as he got the coffee grind out of a cabinet.

An arguement had started just outside of Victorias house. It seemed to consist of multiple guys and one girl, the men looked angry while the girl looked calm.

Arias heart raced. Remind her to never make a bad deal with a gang leader ever again. Sooo she had ripped them off a couple hundred coins, big deal. But to them it was, as thier heated arguement got louder "You said it was 300!" The gang leader cried. "Well then maybe your thick skull should check the price before you buy! ". Aria yelled back "I paid 500!" The leader yelled before pulling out his sword and pointing it at her. A few of the gang members moved behind her, trapping her in a complete circle with weapons.

She needed the gold. She was on the run. Aria's eyes glazed a flurry of purple as the gang leader suddenly caught fire, screaming to death as he desperately tried to get the flames off him him. And with that a clash of magic and swords began outside the house, Aria struck with her sword and magic, desperate to defend herself. The clinging of swords and battle cries could be heard outside.

Trebuchet sat next to Zodiac while he was silently curled up into a ball. He nudged Zodiac every now-and-then, but he would stay still,

"Aye, Get up..."

Shinu smiled at Victoria and was about to nod in agreement when his ears pricked up. He could hear shouting, and there were blades. And a magic user? He growled in frustration as he got to his feet and dusted himself off. At least he'd finally get to let loose and burn off some steam. He threw his head back and let out a tremendous howl, calling the rest of the group, and then departed in a quick trot. Arriving on the scene of what appeared to be a gang of ruffians scrapping with a young lady, he insheathed his knife and howled again, signaling his arrival. Six men attacking one girl? Talented though she might be, the young lycan wanted a fight, and he'd certainly come to the right place.

Victoria gets to her feet and watches the scene from afar. She wasn't going to get involved unless she needed to. She didn't want to get involved, but she was ready just in case.

Aria turned her head sharply as she heard a howl, she saw the guy pull out a knife but that's the only glimpse she got as she fel the searing pain of a sword cut just above her hip, deep enough for stitches. She avoided yelling a sharp cry and gritted her teeth instead, her eyes blazed purple again and this time he flew into a building, collapsing hard against the wall then falling to the floor, she then began sword fighting with another.

Shinu rushed into the fray, quickly dispatching two of the gang members with lethal killing strikes. Elbow here. Now transfer the weight and cut here. Pierce the ribs. Now dodge right. Strike with the left hand. Go for the throat. They had the advantage of strength and range, but he was faster, and he cut down a third with a single strike to the spine. Their leader was down for now, which left the one the girl was dueling with. Advancing from behind, he turned the knife in his hand and delivered a reverse-bladed strike to the side of the neck, tearing effortlessly through flesh as if it were paper.

Zodiac stirred and looked up from his position and spied a fight in an alleyway. Both him and Trebuchet stood up in unison, turned around, and walked away in a strangely synchronized rhythm.

Victoria bites her lip, unsure if she should intervene or not. She didn't like the fact that people were being murdered right in front of her house.

Shinu turned his attention to the newcomer, his face splattered with blood as he twitched his ears and pointed the knife at who he presumed to be the gang leader. His expression said all that needed saying.

'You want him, or shall I do it?'

He began to wonder who this new face was and how she'd come to find the little town. More importantly, would she bring peace, or more trouble? As he waited for a reply, he wiped the blood from his face and licked each finger clean, doing the same with his knife. Better to take what was already spilled than make new wounds, was his thought.

Aria raised her eyebrows in alarm as she looked at the knife in her attackers throat. Then around her. All of them except the leader were dead. The gang leader was badly burned in multiple places. "I'll do it." She responded. The man once again bursted into flames, and she stared at him in silence with a cold stare as his screamed faded to silence. His body blackened by the flames. And dead. She looked at the man. Her face kind. "Thank you. For helping me." She said kindly.
