Got impatient and finished him tonight! Completely opted for a new character. Went against my original plan to make a hunter, considering we have a lot more working for the government than expected. Current ratio is 3 completed (5 in total)Gov : 3 completed (5 in total) Hunted, excluding my character.

- Personality is sort of the same, opted for someone a bit more reserved rather than prideful.

- Powers are toned down dramatically since he originally had complete mind control, instead just has sensory manipulation. Still a possible conflict point, considering he can nullify the abilities of others. Thought to use it as a defense mechanism, to allow him to get away if he is being hunter, or to capture others if he decides to join the hunters. Let me know if anyone has a problem with it, I will make changes.

- History is underwhelming. Others seemed to have taken a more dramatic twist to theirs, so I went for a more normal background.

Edit: Whoops. Made minor edits to the history portion. Was unaware that they had only recently become targets.

Sorry if I wasn't clear about it ?. No longer using Quillon Downs as a character, and Roman Lundell isn't working for thr government. At least not at the moment. Plotting to possibly have him switch sides depending on how the story progresses, but it isn't set in stone.

I’m actually all set as far as characters go. Wouldn’t be opposed to moving it forward it everyone gets characters up early enough.
