I think at least those working with the government should know each other. If not, then at least be aware that there are other powered humans on their side.

I agree with SentinelSevn
Since the ones who work for the government are meant to be a team all assigned to the same mission of locking down anyone else like them, it makes sense they all know each other. Of course, that doesn't mean any of them actually get along. But they would know each other.

And as for the good ones. You'd expect them to at least sometimes see each other around town. Maybe some know each other. After all its a small world, and an even small cit they all just happen to be in.
