Alice's eyes seemed to light up at the mention strawberry pie. Oh how she loved pie. "Oh, thank you so much!" She said happily, pushing herself off of the wall and heading towards the kitchen. The beautiful aroma of fresh pie filled her nose, making her mouth water in anticipation. Pulling open the oven, she swiftly pulled her servings out and rushed it over to the table. Immediately she began on the dinner, hoping to get it down fast. I don't know how he does it, but Santios can really cook!

"Thanks santios but please can someone get the wheelchair I'm kind of stuck here without it" he hated being helpless especially when it was his own stupid fault it's been the same ever since he was little he always end refused help whether it be with the neighborhood bullies or chopping wood for the fire pit he wouldn't take any offer of help he was too prideful for his own good and one day his stubbornness and pride were gonna get himself killed

"Because you look like you needed help~"Kyou said and pushed off the wall and looked over at her with a soft smile. "Do I need any other reason than that? I'd leave you to your own devices but...you're still recovering. So you're stuck with me for a while~" Kyou saw how she was gripping her weapon "...If you would like...I could stand FURTHER away..."

Santios watches as Alice raced off to the kitchen, and he chuckles again. He looks over at Arden, and he shakes his head as if he was confused.


"Guess I was just thinking too much about it."





He laughs as he turns back to Takume, and he starts to break out the wheelchair. He slowly helps the boy into the wheelchair, and pushes him to the kitchen. He stops the wheelchair next to Sin, and he goes back into the kitchen. A minute later he serves Takume his food, and then sits back down.

Placing the tray of cake crumbs in the sink, Arden walked over back to her previous seat next to Sin. She blinked twice at Takune before looked over to Santio, "Are you two lovers?" Asking rather bluntly due to how they acted towards each other. Too much affection, it almost made Arden gag but luckily Santios seemed too distracted with his girlfriend to pay attention to her previous lie. "Takune, do you have a girlfriend too?" She blinked twice again, tilting her head just so slightly. Arden wasn't very much aware of it being impolite to ask of such relationships of others she had just met.

Titania walked past Sin and the other assassins and sat down on a couch without a word. She looked at her gauntlets, making sure the firing mechanisms were working properly. She looked up at the other assassins and merely nodded to acknowledge their presence

Santios looks over at Arden, and listens to her comment. His eyes widen, and his cheeks blush as he stutters.


"I...uh...wha..."





Santios didn't know how to react, and that definitely threw him off. He noticed a few hints that Alice liked him, but Santios was never really good at noticing these types of things. And secretly, Santios had feelings for Alice as well. However, he was so embarrassed, that he stood there, his cheeks more red than the apple that he was clenching so tight, it exploded in his hand. He notices Titania, but was too embarrassed to even make a move.

Looking down at the crushed apple in his hand and back up at Santios who's cheeks were brighter than roses, it seemed that Arden hit the tip of the iceberg. "Or not?" Questioning his actions due to the fact that she didn't quite understand why he was embarrassed. Things such as crushes and falling for someone never came to her for there was no one to like, or rather she just simply had not experienced those emotions yet.

Santios blushes even more as the juice of the apple begins to drip down onto the floor. He hears Arden again, and he shakes his head.


"W..what no I do.. I mean! Ahh!"





He buries his face into his hands, not being able to look at any of them, too embarrassed. How the hell was Alice going to react? Santios definitely let the cat out of the bag. More as if he dropped the cat right out. He takes a step back and falls back, his backside hitting the floor. His entire face was red, his hair covering his eyes as he looks down at the floor, too embarrassed too look up at anyone.

Fortunately for Santios, Alice was in another room eating, lost in the taste and smell of the strawberry pie. It was wonderful, the pie. It was like heaven incarnated itself in the form of a edible goody. She savored every bite, falling in love with it all over again. Unfortunately for Santios, she had finished when he fell on the ground. She stared at him for a few seconds before cracking up. "What the hell happened?"

Santios looks up at Alice, his face still as red as a rose. He shakes his head.


"W..mwhat! Nothing nothing. I'm okay."





He shakily gets up, secretly relieved that Alice wasn't in the room. He smiles up at her, doing his best to calm down his blushing.





"How was the strawberry pie? Hopefully it was good."





His hands were still shaking a little as he started to recover. She didn't hear him, that was way too close.

"Oh, nothing? That's a believable answer." Alice teased, winking at him before leaning against the wall. When Santios mentioned the pie, her mouth began to water again. If the pizza felt as good as it tasted, she'd be making the most lewd face ever. "I have no words to describe that pie." She said, a big grin on her face. "It tasted great."

Santios smiles, his cheeks blushing again as she teases him for his answer. He looks over at Arden, a realization popping into his head. The child could just easily tell Alice what was going on. Santios does his best to hide his nervousness as he tries to quickly change the subject.


"Anyways, I'm glad that you are all here. Congrats on everyone's efforts. We succefully took three of the Teigu that belong to the Empires Army. That means three less powerful weapons in their arsenal."

Once again, Santios got off easy as the girl didn't notice his blush. She was somewhat oblivious to people's body language and signs, and she didn't think she'd ever be good at noticing it. "I guess we are Imperial Armed and dangerous!" Alice cheered, clapping her hands together and keeping her smile on.

Help her? She couldn't help but chuckle sarcastically. It's every man for themselves out there and who knows what he really had in mind. That's what she learned and that's what she was taught. This man was twisting the lessons she knew. Although his smile and his lowered guard made him look sincere. She shook her head, trying to remove such thoughts from her mind.


"You're a mystery to me." she said straightforwardly. "I don't mind your company, I guess, but only until I recover. If I do catch you planning something against me, however, don't expect me to be so thankful." she said as she placed her katana beside her. "So since I'm stuck with you, what exactly are you planning to do while I'm recovering?"

"Well, I have no plans except to wait." she said but she quickly stopped herself with the last word. She almost divulged her profession. If he was the type that hated those that killed people in his side, then he might kill her. For now she'd keep her identity a secret. "If you're going to drink, might I at least ask for some food?" she requested, feeling her stomach grumble. She wasn't sure how long she had been out cold. "Preferably meat."

Takume was still angry at himself this wheelchair is humiliating... He ate his food quietly until he Arden asked him about his love life he shook his head "nope just me, myself, and I. I wouldn't too much mind a girlfriend though." He continued eating watching santios make a fool out of himself takume almost choked on his food from laughing at him. He noticed the change of subject. "No but really santos why don't you tell the nice lady what happened" takume teased him

Staying silent and only staring at Santios when he made a fool of himself, Arden looked over to Alice when she walked into the room. It seemed that her presents only made Santios even more flustered, was it a secret? Why? It wasn't as if they didn't already act like a couple. Once Takume spoke about his love life, Arden nodded to his respond. That wasn't too difficult for Takume, why should it be difficult for Santios? As the subject changed to Imperial Arms then back to the previous topic, Arden was simply confused with all the commotion.

Santios again turns red at Takumes words, all his work of trying to calm himself down being undone in a flash. He gulps as his hands twitch. It wasn't as if Santios was trying to make himself look bad. He was just really bad at these types of things. He looks at at Takume.

Despite the fact that Arden was the one to placed Santios in this particular situation, she didn't feel obligated to help him but ended up 'helping' anyways. "Santios made the confession that he love..." Arden paused for the dramatic affect, taking a deep breath in and letting it out before she continued to speak, "..men, he loves men. Santios is gay. Thank you for telling us, we appreciate and still accept you." Arden spoke rather calmly, monotoned, but calmly. "Also, do you have tea?" Acting as if she hadn't done anything wrong.

Santios's hands start to shake as he clasps them together. He takes a few deep breathes as he feels Alice getting closer.


"Huh.? Oh yeah, Arden was.. Just wondering if we were lovers, with how we act towards each ot- WOAH IM NOT GAY!"





Santios looked at Arden with a mixture of "THATS WHAT YOU CALL HELP?!" and "great now Alice is gonna think I'm gay." He looks at Alice, waving his hands in front of him.





"Wait wait no I'm not gay! I did not say that!"
