Sin reloaded his normal flintlock with gunpowder and began searching the dead bodies on the ground for some kind of information that would tell them of what they were after; And if they were really a group sent for information. That was until a loud rawr was heard in the distance he locked his sites onto where the sound came from, his head seeming to snap and look over to where the danger beast was. Without a second to waste Sin dropped whatever he was looking into and got both flintlocks ready as he rushed in and met up with Takume who seemed to be distracting them at the time being.


Once coming into view of the danger beast Sin casually scratched his head "For a bunch of bozo's...This is impressive." he stated as he glared up to the Danger beast, spinning his teigu in his finger his grin grew wider the longer he stared at the beast "Things might actually get interesting." he looked at the others who seemed to back up the leader and the danger beast. "So, am I gonna' be playing bait for the danger beast while you guys take care of the rest of em'?" he asked looking back over to the others as he got both of his weapons ready.

Santios nods he twirls around and slashes a man clean in half.


"We can't let them survive. If the guards found out where we live from these bandits, then we will be in a lot of trouble."





A plump bandit runs up from behind Santios, and goes to plunge hisbsoear into the young mans back. Unfortunately for the bandit, Santios's blade was already through the mans neck. He picks up the corpse and dings it into two more bandits, knocking them both down as he jumps up and slits both of their necks. He marks a rock with his sword, and he snaps Hus finger, making the rock lose its gravity. He grabs the rock, and flings it at the beast. With another snap, the rock plummets down towards the dragon.

Kyou didn't notice that Haru had fell unconscious until he had landed far away from where Tremki was. He landed and almost dropped her and made a great effort to set her on the ground gently. "Well look at that, someone's all tuckered out~ Well, I guess first thing's first..." Kyou picked Haru up and started walking to a certain hotel "There better be alcohol waiting for me..."

Sin looked towards Santios with an eyebrow raised "I guess that would be the safest thing to do.." he was interrupted when he noticed that Santios attacked the Danger Beast before him; Sighing with an agitated expression "Didn't I just say I was gonna play bait? He's MINE to fight!" he shouted out to Santios.


Rushing in towards the dragon he leaped up above the bandits which rushed at him, flipping over slowly he landed some what awkwardly on the dragon before getting a grip and kicking himself off the dragon, aiming his Teigu towards the dragon once the rock came down in furious force making the dragon crash down "It's time to burn.." firing his teigu a large cannon like blast fired towards the dragon creating a large gaping hole from his head to his neck. Landing back down on the ground and shooting a bandit that was close to him another large bandit rushed at him with a mace, bringing the mace down towards Sin he seemed to be counting "3.." swiftly moving to the side and avoiding the mace "4" the bandit became enraged at his counting "What are you doing fool!?! Don't just toy with me like that!" lifting his mace to his side and swinging it around towards Sin, and like before was able to avoid it with ease hopping on top of the mans large mace the man lifted him in attempt to throw him off his feet however, it gave Sin the opportunity for a perfect shot as he didn't want anyone else to get caught in his blast, firing his teigu again it created a bright light which Sin was obscured in for a moment, all that was left of the bandit was a large hole in the ground and Sin standing above it dusting his coat off before reloading his normal flintlock again.

Haru's eyes fluttered open, her vision slowly focusing at the bright light right above her face. It didn't take long before memories from the previous events came resurfacing onto her mind. She abruptly sat up, ignoring the throbbing, but lessened, pain in her body and despite its protests, she stayed in her position. She lost consciousness while being carried by a stranger! Who knows what he could have done to her. She checked herself but it seemed she was rather patched up instead. Next, she searched for her weapons but it wasn't near her. She looked around the place. They were in some kind of... inn or sorts... but where was that guy that brought her here?

Kyou walked through the door of the room Haru was in, a bit inebriated, but still all there and better yet, with food. "Well then, how's my patient? It took a bit of doing and coin to figure out what you were drugged with~" Kyou sat a plate and a mug down next to her before he came to a realization. "Ah, right! Sorry about your weapon," Kyou flicked his wrist and the wired that fastened Haru's sword to his back slithered to life and deposited the sword next to her "Turns out people are a lot less willing to bother you or spit in your drinks when you have a large, easily identifiable weapon on you~ It also keeps people from asking stupid inane prodding questions like 'why was the girl you brought unconscious and covered in blood,' or 'why do you need thread and no needle?' Ah, but I'm getting off track, you should be fine once you eat, it seems the drug was nothing more than a paralytic, a strong one, but that just made it more identifiable...All you need to do is eat and drink plenty..it'll dilute the effects of the drug~"


Kyou leaned against the opposite wall and sighed a bit "Sorry if you're in any pain...I tied thread to a wire and...let's leave it at that...the good news is you're not dying tonight, I'M not dying tonight, and I totally didn't have to kill anyone! Well...anyone important...WELL...anyone worth talking about~" He spoke about all this with a smile across his face, even though she had all but shown him that she had an Imperial Arm, he made no mention of it or attempted to get any information out of her. Kyou shifted just a bit, favoring his left ribs, which at this point were probably bruised to the point where a normal person shouldn't be moving around. He never did deal with pain like other people he noted for a quick second before shifting his attention back to Haru

Takume was taking on three of the demon henchmen as one carried the leader off into the woods attempting an escape one of the the three fighting takume charged at him all four demons were big brutes. attacking ,takume spun around bringing his sword sideways to decapitate the demon but was stopped by his sword he brought his sword around and knocked the demon's sword down and jumped over top of them cutting him down the back blood covering takume he had his head down in a dark glare "you have officially pissed me off...time to finish this" he ran acting like he was going to strike from above and at the last minuet ducked down cutting both of them in half at the waist and ran after the leader no more playing nice... Takume thought to himself as he raced through the woods he caught up to the leader and jumped up and kicked him off the demon while driving his sword into the demon's head pulling the corpse down as he landed. He pulled the sword out of the demon. "I'm going to have some fun with you..." He started to slowly walk towards the leader who was crawling away backwards on his butt. Minutes latter you could hear agonized screams come from the direction of takume and the leader

As everyone else was taking care of the danger beast or the demons and henchmen, Arden played around with the extra bandits that sin left a trail of as he dodged to get to the dragon. Let's see if they live up to their appearances. Whistling to get their attention from Sin, they all turned her way but only seven of the eight charged at her while the eighth tried to attack Sin from the back with a spear. "Oh that just won't do." Arden used her wind blades to cut all the men in half, their dissembles body parts all slid off slowly as they all stood in shock in when she attacked.


Jumping on top of a head which began to slide off when she used it as a kickstart in order to get to the man with the spear. Landing on his shoulders, he was rather confused but Arden bent back and flipped him onto his back. Swiftly getting off before she touched the ground with him, she turned around where he laid and stepped on his neck in which he began chocking. He grabbed her leg trying to remove it but she only stepped harder, "You'll get a slow death because you didn't pay attention to lil old me. Girls need attention too mister." Speaking almost in a mocking tone as she watched his face turn a blood shot color, smirking under her mask as the life from his eyes began to drain.


Once he'd finally stop struggling and died, Arden closed her fan to puncture into his head from the side, "Just in case". Looking around it seemed that all the bandits were dealed with, the only things left with the Danger Beast and the Leader who seemed to be heard of not too later. Scratch that, looks like it's only the Danger Beast left.

His escape was a successful maneuvers, but a risky one at that. Atsuya could be seen as a rocket spiralling in midair from a distance, but don't judge he often strugglesto keep himself balanced in when using his Trump Card. "Woah! Ok...i'm good. Damn that was close." He said looking down for any sight of Sin or any other Night Raid members. "They shouldn't be too far...i'll find them one way or another." He opened his hands and the flames increased in size and speed, sending Atsuya at a pace of 180mphs within seconds.

"Damn...what did we miss?" He asked Yu who was clenched onto his shoulder while he steped over pieces of rubble lying on the pavement."They could have waited, but they didn't. Now 38% of the Captial property is destroyed." He shook his head in disappointment and sighed in sight of the damage. Yu had leaped off him and stopped Tatsuya in his tracks. "Is someone nearby?" He asked just a bit confused, but curious to who it might be. Yu's ruby gem began to shimmer gently as he switched his body over in different directions four times before pointing upwards. Tatsuya looked up and in shock to notice someone flying above him in fast flames. His eyes widened at the resemblance to his father's old Teigu before he pasted, and the rumor of his brother's whereabouts was relaying itself over in his head. "A-Atsuya?" Yu flew over and pressed his hands against Tatsuya's chest to catch his attention. "I'm fine Yu...it's just...nevermind that. We should track him down." Yu did a backflip in midair in response before both of them took off in the same direction as the flames.

Takume was torturing the leader skinning him alive little my little first his feet and legs climbing up to his chest then his arms neck scalping his head and finally his face and left him to bleed out. as he was walking back he appeared a bloody mess and went to take on the danger beast running up its tail and cutting into its wings grounding it "you!" He cut a slice into its wing "will not" he cut another slice into the other wing "hurt!" He sliced at it's back and ran up its neck he stabbed his sword into the beast's skull killing it. "my friends!" His sword turned back to his regular iron sword and his armor faded away he collapsed to a knee using the sword to hold himself up so he didn't faint from exhaustion

Santios watches as the Danger Beast falls. He shrugs as he pulls out a small knife, and he starts to skin the dead beast.


"Hmmm. Wasn't even that strong of a danger beast. It wouldn't make a string Imperial Arms. Oh well."





He puts his sword away as he walks over to Sin, whistling a happy tune as he starts to walk back to the base.

Alice was currently back at their hideout, going through the various areas to check if anything important was stolen such as names, family, any images of faces etc. Fortunately for the group, nothing of the sorts was stolen from them, just a little bit of money and the location of where they were. Hopefully Santios and the others managed to stop them. She thought to herself as she finished her routine, taking a seat by the entrance.

Seeing as they all had been dealt with Sin scratched his head before holstering both of his flintlocks, agreeing with Santios on his comment "Right? We better get rid of the bodies before anyone else just happens to stumble upon us." he looked across the forest field as numerous bodies laid dead on the ground. As everyone started heading back to base Sin followed and made his way next to Arden with a slight smile "I like the way you fight, where did you get taught, And I've always loved a girl who doesn't mind getting dirty" he seemed to have a joking tone in his voice while speaking and giving a bunch of hand gestures trotting along back down the path which lead them towards their base.

Hands bloodied with both the blood of the bandits and of her own, she looked over her shoulder when Sin had praised her on her fighting skills. Removing her mask to the side of her head so he wouldn't just be staring at a fox mask, Arden continued to walk down the path back to the base with Sin walking next to her. "Thank you. You could say I'm self taught." Partially talking about the fight style, everything else was training from geisha dance and picked up from the governor's cruel way of punishing the other girls including herself. "You're.. not too bad yourself.." Glancing from the corner of her eyes to stare at Sin but not looking directly. ".. How do you suppose we dispose of the bodies?" Continuing to speak so they wouldn't simply be walking in silence, at this point Arden just needed to get her mind off her numbed hand that still firmly gripped onto her fans. I need to clean that.. Due to her hands dripping blood of the bandits, it would be assumed that it wasn't her own. No matter how shallow of a wound, if you continuously move it, it will get worse.

Santios opens the door to the base, walking inside. He walks down the building hall, checking to make sure nothing was damaged. Walking into the kitchen, he checks the time. Seems as though it was dinner time. Santios smiles to himself, and starts to cook.


Down at the Empire Guard Base, a large chariot was bring pulled to the entrance. Without even asking, the gate guards opened the fates, and the chariot goes in. Once at the outside of the building, a large figure steps out, and waits outside for the Guard Captain.

Sin smiled at Arden at her comment "Thanks." looking back to the bodies he sighed and looked back to Arden "Y'know what, someone else can do that cause I'm not." he stated as they walked down the path. He noticed that Arden took off her mask and when she wasn't looking Sin got a good glare from the corner of his eye 'Why are they always cute..Makes my job so much harder..' he thought to himself letting out a sigh as they arrived towards the base. Sin charged through the door and waved to everyone there "Nice for you all to stay behind, Someone still needs to go back and make sure the bodies are taken care of." walking to the kitchen taking out an apple Sin took a bite from it before walking back outside in the training grounds. He didn't plan on training at all but he enjoyed the view when sitting on top of the wall and looking out to the sea; Which he did again thinking about the times he spent sailing a ship across the ocean.

Alice watched as Santios entered the base, and gave him a small wave. She was a little mad when she was ignored by him, but her anger quickly went away, as it wasn't that big of a deal. Right now she was debating if she should follow Santios or wait for the others to return. On one hand, she got to sit down and do nothing, which was very nice, or she got to be with Santios and most likely help him cook, which she hated. In the end Alice decided to stay behind and wait for the others to return.

Megumi was already on her way towards the gate the moment she was told the Overwatcher had arrived. She was a little angry as her little rest had to be interrupted so soon, but if she didn't get down there now she would never rest again. All she had time to do was change out of her war-torn clothes into a nicer uniform. When she arrived she could see the tall figure of the Overwatcher, and became very nervous. Megumi couldn't tell if this would be a good thing or a bad one.


"Good evening Mr. Holdis." She said to the man, standing up straight and saluting to him. "Sorry for any wait I caused you."

As Sin left her to do something she didn't bother asking, she walked in the base where she caught a glance at Alice. Creeping up slowly, but not intentional, up to Alice from behind, Arden spoke in a soft monotoned voice. "Alice.. Where's the bathroom?" Blinking twice at her, her head tilted to the side as she waited on a response.

Taking felt dizzy and a sharp pain in in his hand he looked at it revealing a puncture wound he was poisoned or drugged one of the two he was to out of it to figure out which he collapsed sideways laying on the ground and watching the stars go blurred one of the bandits laughed at him as they held up an empty vial caughing up blood "if we die so do you assassin..." He said before collapsing in his final embrace of death poison definately poison "come...back...sin..." He passed out lying on the ground next to his sword still alive and in need of an antidote it was a weak poison so he had some time but not forever

Alexander looks down at Megumi, his owl Alzie hooting as it also looked at her. He moves His golden hair out of the way. He nods as Megumi salutes him, and he lazily salutes back.


"So, you're the captain of the guards here. Sheesh, we finally got another woman to be the captain. I guess you already know me. General Alexander Holdis, your new Overwatcher, blah blah blah. You guys have a kitchen? I'm hungry."





Santios starts finishing up dinner, and he sighs as he wipes his brow. For some reason, the day was unnaturally hot. Santios was never a man of heat. He always liked the cold, which surprised many. He finishes dinner, and he rings the dinner bell.

Alice couldn't help but let out a squeak of surprise when Arden came up from behind. She was lost in thought and didn't hear get approaching. Blushing in embarrassment, she calmed herself down and turned in her chair to face Arden. "The bathrooms? The world is your bathroom!" She said with a grin, shaking her head slightly. "I'm kidding. Enter the base and take a right. Last few doors down." She said, standing up from her seat. "And hey, have you seen Takune? He hasn't come back yet..."

Megumi was a little taken back by Alexander's strange and surprising behavior. How could someone of that rank act like that? She shook that from her mind and nodded to the man. "Yes, we do have a kitchen Sir. Would you like me to escort you there?"

Theria rolls off of Ikuma with a smile and started to put her clothes on. "That was fun." She giggled looking his body over again. Theria wondered when the rest of the guards would get back and how much time she had managed to waist. Thantos was still asleep a few feet away from them sleeping soundly.

"Yeah, that would be fantastic. The chariot food was just a bunch of crap. By the way, you have a big ol' crack in your gate. Make sure that's fixed. And also, your gate guards let me in without checking me. Sure, the chariot is pretty well known, but I could've been an impostor."





Alexander walks into the door, accidentally hitting his head on the frame. He grumbles as he walks inside, the owl still hooting like an idiot.

Megumi frowned slightly at his criticism. Not that she didn't like it, just that she was disappointed that she wasn't able to catch that herself. "My apologies Sir, I'll have that fixed as quick as I can." She said as they walked, letting out a quiet sigh. Suddenly she heard a loud thump at the door, and she immediately turned to see what it was. It seems that Alexander had hit his head on the door. "Sir, are you ok?" She asked, taking a few steps towards him to inspect his head.

Sin heard the dinner bell ring, walking to the dinner table Sin was one of the first to take a seat and wait for dinner eagerly "Santios, what have you made this time? I want doubles..." he said with a stern glare towards the direction Santios was about to come from. Rolling up his sleeves so that they wouldn't get dirty when he started eating, he had both his knife & fork at the ready.
