Alice immediately had a look of disappointment on her face. Did a all of these feelings for him mean nothing, since he was gay? Slowly a smile appeared upon her face, hiding the disappointment. "Ah, I see. Good job announcing it Santios, proud of you. I know it can be hard." She said, her voice not once wavering in sadness.

If looks could kill, Arden would have been transported to hell and be tortured by Satan himself. Sadly, she was still there, looking as if she did nothing wrong. Then again, she was just a kid. Santios looks over at Alice, and he shakes his head.


"No no! Alice, I am not gay. Don't listen to Arden. Fine, I'll spill the beans. Arden asked if you and I were lovers... And I confessed that I have feelings for you. I really like you. That's what you missed, that's all."

Just by stepping into the room, she could already sense the tension that consumed its atmopshere, making the thought of joining her fellow assassins a rather bitterweet for her. That is, if she actually cared to try reading the mood. No matter, she would think, I should not pry into business that I am not part of. It could be rude from her part, not to mention expendable.And thus, she simply made her way across the kitchen, paying no mind to the interactions taking place there. Should she greet them...? No, it woulld most likely go unnoticed. So why bother? Taking an apple from a bowl, she muched it silently while leaning on the wall. Simply pretend that I don't exist, she thought once again as her eyes wandered absent-mindlessly across the room.

"Yes, yes...take advantage of my hospitality and kindness" Kyou said with an amused wink and walked out of the room, closing the door behind him. He had a hunch as to who she might be, and if he was right it would turn out that he had her to thank for a scar on his chest. Kyou pushed the thought out of his head, he had no intentions of getting revenge even if she happened to be that person, though it would be hilariously ironic if it turned out to be the same person. Kyou chuckled to himself as he walked down to get Haru some food.

Alice's eyes grew along with her smile. Was this a dream? "Oh, really? Well I guess she was correct, because I like you too!" She said cheerfully, making a heart with her hands and placing it over her heart. Oh this is wonderful! I've bagged myself the perfect man! She thought gleefully, walking up to Santios and wrapping her arms around him in a warm embrace.

Oh oh, love affairs were at work here, huh? How mildly interesting. So this was the reason of all the tension that she had felt the moment she had entered the kitchen. As the "lovers", if one could call them that already, joined in an embraced, Belladonna had the good sense of leaving the room. After all, she could lack many aspects of human emotions but tact was not exactly one of them. Taking two more apples from the bowl, she quietly left the room, her cheeks full as if she were a hamster trying to gather as much substance as she could inside her mouth. Nonchalanty, she made her way across the hallways, her mind flooded of what to do. Read? Find a sparring partner? Count the cracks on the walls?

Santios looks at Arden, not knowing if she was a demon, or cupid. He couldn't decide since he was so happy with how it went. He hugs Alice, smiling gleefully. Suddenly, he sees the new girl, and he nods to her.


"Hello! The rebel army told me about you. I am the Vice Leader, Santios. Our leader Sin, is just right here if you want to join."





Suddenly, a deadly realization hit him. Sin heard his confession to Alice, and he wouldnt hear the end of this from him.

Even from her back, one could easily see her body stiffen ever so lightly as she was finally noticed. Belladonna slowly turned around, still at the door that lead her out of the room. Her arms clutched the apples he had stolen from the kitchen, in a position one could only describe as tense, wary. Red orbs reflected the image of the Vice Leader. Silence. She was completely silent for a brief moment, merely staring at the man who had acknowledged her presence....he had, didn't he...? "...Y-You saw me?" About her? Join? What was talking about? She was at loss. She...she thought she was part of this organization already...? Was she not? Had she missed a step? Otherwise, why would he had "seen" her?

Haru took this opportunity to check her wounds. He'd done nicely to stop the bleeding and close up her wounds but she knew she still shouldn't move too much. This surely was troublesome. She waited for him to arrive with her food, if he really was getting some for her.

Sin hadn't payed much attention to what was going on around the dinner table, just eating away at his boar he noticed another few new people pop up in appearances. Looking to Arden for the majority of the time as she spoke of Santios being gay; If it weren't for Sin having food already in his mouth he would have backed Arden up just for the fun of it all. After eating the rest of his meal and chugging down the water beside him Sin got up from his seat taking a slight bow "Thankyou for the meal..I'm going outside" Sin continued to the door which lead off to the secret path leading to the forest.

"Th-thanks." she said as he entered the room once again. She hadn't expected him to bring that much food. Haru ate the food in silence as she pondered on things. He did say a while ago that eating would help reduce the effects of the drug. After a while, she turned to him and reached out her plate, a gesturing of offering food. It didn't feel right to be the only one eating here. "Tell me what your name is again." she asked. She wasn't quite sure if he said it earlier. Her mind was fuzzy due to the drug.

Tremki eventually reached the building where all the guards had been told to meet up. Barging through the door of the building Tremki quickly took a look around and sniffing the air. Eventually he caught up Megumi's scent which he followed all the way to the room she and the Guard Over watch had a meeting.





Kicking down the door making a large shuttering sound to make his presence known he tilted his head with a long wide grin on his face "Are you Miss Megumi-san?!" he said with a loud chaotic chuckle. He was curious of the woman as she seemed young and inexperienced in many ways, however Tremki had more history with Megumi's family than she would know however for the time being; Kept this to himself.

"Nice try~ I never mentioned my name, and you never mentioned yours~" Kyou said with a warm smile. "No thanks, eating right now would be painful for me~" he said and took a drink of his alcohol. "But since you're pretty clever, my name is Kyou Oshida...I've been called the Spider of Night Raid because of...well you know...on account of the wires. So, what is your name?"

Santios sighs as he watches Sin leave. He looks at Alice, still smiling warmly.


"Sorry if I embarrassed you. You can blame that on Arden."

Alexander hears the crash, and he wakes up from his slumber as Azlie hoots loudly.





"God, that was so loud. Can I not even sleep? And where the hell are the guards?'

Alice eventually broke their hug, wrapped her arms around his neck, and moved around to his back so that he could talk to Belladonnna properly. Pressing her cheek against his, his closed her eyes and spoke softly. "Santios, that girl is Belladonna, and she is already apart of our organization." She said to him, smiling.

Megumi nearly jumped in surprise when Tremki had kicked open the door and made his presence known. Luckily she calmed herself down in almost an instant and turned to face th boy. "Yes, I am her." She said firmly, standing up straight. "Do you need something? We are about to start a meeting..."

It was a hot and boring day for the sleepy bandit, Laying under a nice big tree and surrounded by the wildlife some people had walked by and often mistook the man for being homeless and had just kept walking along. 'I wonder what this..'night raid' wants' he pondered to himself as he looked back to the Capital as part of the great city lied in ruins from the last attack...'I wish I could have been there to seen it...And so I could smash the empire into the dirt..





Opening his eyes to see two large men towering over him while laying on the ground "Eh?" Tristan was unable to see at the time, the glare coming from the sun obscuring his vision Tristan brought up his hand above his eyes in attempt to shade himself to see who he was talking to. Once getting his bearings he realized that the two men were guards.





"Now I know you..." One of the men said. Another man adding in not long after "We should teach this criminal scum a lesson!." both men seem to agree with each other on the situation.


Raising his head up, he made eye contact with them and gave off a confident grin. He didn't care if he had become wanted again upon his re-visit to this place Tristan had only one thing on his mind at the time and that was to hunt down this group of assassins and see what they're really worth. Standing up the guards took a step back and unsheathed their weapons, both of them were just the average guard and carried only a blade.


The two men didn't hesitate at all; Without even trying to calm the situation they attacked relentlessly, throwing several strikes attempting to take down the man "No one will care if you're gone..Do you understand what that means?" one of the men exclaimed throwing several more strikes at Tristan.


Avoiding most of the strikes, Tristan had still been cut by one of the blades swinging across him and slicing his right shoulder. A distasteful look appeared on his face as he extended his right arm towards the man "Do you really want to fight me? When you could be rebuilding your city??" he asked both of the guards.


Both of the guards nodded in sequence and didn't seem to say anymore, and attempted to finish Tristan off quickly, both charging Tristan at once one went to lunge his sword in hopes off impaling Tristan while the other came in from the side and tried slicing his back.


With a slight blur, Tristan leaped up and crashed back down with both legs on top of the man lunging his blade at him, The man was crushed under the force and he was left on the ground unable to move. The other guard which had aimed for his back came back at him with wild strikes "YOU BASTARD, I'LL KILL YOU FOR THIS!!!!" the guard went on a furious rage as he relentlessly slashed.


Tristan didn't show any expressions, in fact he seemed rather bored with the useless attacks coming towards him, avoiding them all with a few ducks of the head and taking quick steps back the guard fighting him was clearly out of his league as within a moments notice, Tristan booted the man in the head and using the force of his foot on his face, forcing the guards head to another nearby tree followed by another palm to his back into the tree, cracking the guards head twice he went down and stayed down.


Cracking his knuckles it seemed they both had enough, well they were both dead. Returning back to his tree he had went to rest again.


(The forest he's in is the one which is outside the base in case anyone wants to interact with him.)

Tremki chuckled and returned Megumi's statements with a slight wave "Oh it is such a pleasure to meet you, I remember your father OH how great a man he was~" he glided around the room and hardly stuck to the ground, as if some monkey he instead hung off anything he could find in the room and made his seat on a nearby bench table, his sitting posture was often seen as slightly odd however Tremki was set on the idea by sitting this way it had helped him think clearer. (Ever watched Death note? Remember how L sits? Yeah.)

Belladonna could not help herself from letting a sigh escape her lips as the tension dominating her body would slowly vanish. So she was part of them. Good, good. For a second there, she had been...terrified? Nervous? What could be the right word to describe it? She was not sure... Anyhow, she had to thank the Vice Leader's lover, if that was the case, for that. She nodded her head lightly, clumsily thanking the fellow assassin for her input as well. But now what...? This felt awkward now. Should she just stand there waiting for them to say something else or leave them to their lovey-dovey atmosphere? She felt at loss once again.

Santios sighs as he bows apologetically to Belladonna.


"I'm sorry Belladonna. I don't know how I forgot about you, I am so sorry. So much paper work, so many new people, I almost forgot Sin's name last week. I truly apologize."





He feels her warmth of her arms on his neck, and her soft cheek pressing against his own.

Vice Leader, you're too honest! The thought popped in her mind instantly, as if a flash of clarity had came through. Ah, somehow it left her somehwat uncomfortable to have him apologize. It was his fault, not at all. She always had been a very "transparent" person to begin with, if something she should be the one to apologize. "Ah, no, it's my fault..." She paused, pondering over her words. "There is no need for the Vice-Leader to apologize to me. Though, I appreciate your words." Was that alright? She hoped so for once... Ah, and there they were, being lovey-dovey again. I...I feel embarrassed. She felt as if she was watching something that she shouldn't, even it was quite beautiful. Belladonna's eyes darted downwards as a result.

"No no no! Its my fault. I have to pay attention and keep tabs in everyone. That is my job, and me not doing my job, well its my fault. So don't worry Belladonna. It's my fault."

Tristan woke up and was shocked to find that he actually fell asleep and it had been night already, looking up to the moon gazing it's light down on the forest. At the time to Tristan, it seemed bigger than it has ever been and glared at it for a few moments. Snapping back to what is reality, Tristan quickly used his hands to support himself and flipped himself back up onto his feet. Looking back up to the sky he adjusted himself to his surroundings, being on the outskirts of what looked like a dense forest his only choices were to head towards the mountains or to return to the Capital. Choosing towards the mountains Tristan could hardly imagine that Night Raid would hide themselves within the city especially after the invasion. The only sensible place to think would be away from the Capital yet close enough to keep tabs on.


Making up his mind finally Tristan ventured off into the forest, searching for over an hour he noticed the form of the mountains was rather odd off in the distance, it seemed to have a small gap and although it wasn't clear he felt he heard voices off in the distance. 'Probably not the best idea to go head on..' looking around the place, it seemed there were still blood stains on the ground which made it safe to presume there was a fight that had occurred earlier during the day. Tristan came up with the idea of setting a contraption simply made by sticks, vines, stone and anything else of use he could find around him. Setting it up across the tree he purposely set it off in order to make a large sound 'Now whoever is hiding around here should know where I am now..Just gotta hide and wait, when I encounter them I'll see how tough they are until I think it's safe to presume it's them.' Tristan realized his plan was flawed and he had risked his own death..But if it meant finding out the group was legit he had thought it worth it.

"It's fine, Vice Leader, really." Belladonna shook her head softly at Santios. Ah, maybe she should just leave, now he was just making it worse. He seemed to be quite stubborn regarding this whole ordeal so perhaps it was best to leave this as it is and move on. "N-No, I didn't..." Failing to understand Alice's pun, she cursed herself as a stutter was given away, even with her expression devoid of any clear emotions. This was ridiculous. So much for having people "see" her... "In any case, I thank you for your welcoming words. I shall leave you to your affairs and trouble you no more." She graced them with a polite bow before exiting the room in a brisk pace. Her feet lead her outside, where she let out a long sigh. What a lousy introduction from her part, no doubt. No doubt she had only made it worse... But before she could continue berating herself from this, her body shook abruptly, inducing her into a state of shock. Something...did something...just now--?!
