Futuristic Agent of Maniacles OOC and Characters

Hmmmmm I was mulling on superheroics world/RPG more. We could always be an up and coming hero team who is put in task of protecting a smaller city that has been seeing a spike in crime.

Interesting. Please continue

The game could take place in a semi-large fictional city that's seeing a high rate of crime and villian activity. A territory between two competing factions in particular. Also the arrival of a new threat that's wild card. The larger and sponsored hero teams have their hands tied with the more larger and bigger player threats.

So a veteran hero is given a team made up of the most promising trainee graduates, inexperinced heroes, lone wolf heroes who are looking for a change or were forced into a team dynamic.

Then I suppose the game's start would be based around the players/heroes scuttling and managing the threat.

Location: Crash City (liable to change name)

The Golden Alliance - T.G.A: The largest and only officially functioning hero force in the USA. It has many branches, resources, and people at its disposable. In this hypothetical game YOU the players would be a very small piece of it. Stationed in Crash City, operating out of a refurbished motel or perhaps warehouse. Your job will be simple. It is to heavily reduce the overall crime in the city, imprison/take down some of the main baddies who run things. You, however, may have run into more then you bargained for.

The Style - The main pushers of drugs, prostitutes, firearms, and what not. The group is mostly made of up of mostly nonpowered people who either teenagers or young adults. A few older members, but not many. Almost all their members come from the types of backrounds you expected. Hard lives made by hard living, where not many gave them a chance. They found solace in each other. In their fearless leader. That leader is Dandy Jack.

A supervillain in the 'Red' threat level category. He's known for dressing in frilly 17th/18th century garbs, domino masks, and white wigs. An annoying almost Hyena like laugh. He's no fool, though. Golden Alliance records show he's been operation for over two years and keeping ahead of the police. He also has a powerful emotion manipulation ability, that makes you painfully aware of your own flaws, but blocks paths to self improvement/learning from your mistakes/errors when you're in his range.

Order of Eden - A cult with a few sects in the midwest that have been active for a near decade. The main one of which has just made their newest home in Crash City. A lot of them are fanatics that believe powers a sign of the next step in human progression, that God has chosen the powered for a purpose, and desires more of them to populate the Earth. They treat the nonpowered like shit, but do allow them into their ranks. They do this for two reads.

1: Breeding

2: Fodder

I will still make a badass morally ambiguous character that does NOT wear spandex damnit

"Cult of Eden" reminds me of Far Cry 5 and 6.

I could see the Cult looking at Mr. Adaptation like the next Jesus, specifically because he keeps coming back from, what should be, total death.

Fuck, I was gonna use Squall as a base but then I realized I could make a Deadpool joke with Vincent

Alright, you all will look for clues in the house, I will have a memory to unlock for certain rooms. And some rooms will hold obscure hints to Kotsu's past.
