3: We would have somehow, by way of magic, got Mikkish, who is a male, pregnant.

4: David would enter Mikkish's pregnant body, mixing his ghostness with the souless clump of child.

5: After a strangely fast pregnancy cycle, Mikkish...who's belly would be huge by now, would have given birth to a full formed David. Out of his asshole.

We made this shit in a day. The world isn't even close to being done. Oh there's a lot to it, but at best it's held together by duct tape and glue.

If you can make up a good answer, we'll use it.

Worldbuilding is more then lore and enemies, though. I mean there are like just basic questions you have to ask yourself or that others will ask and you have to have the answers ready. Like..what's a somewhat reasonable explanation how they can actually cover up this crazy shit?

Well the thing with the satellites is easy. Many satellites are owned by Maniacles and the ones that aren't can be bribed and kept quiet.

Yeah, have to agree with you. After all, there are computers, cell phones, several ways for people inside of the town to reveal what's happening outside of the town. They can even just leave, at least one person could slip out and reveal to the world what's going on.

Once again it was made in a day.

Anyway...

It starts slow
The Queen rests in thick wooded areas or in sewers, depending on her size. She lets loose the larvae in small manner at first, then over the course of a few months people start vanishing, pets to, little by little inch by inch. Police obviously notice eventually, but given how they are smaller backwater towns the response is fairly limited. At first. By the time they start to realize things are really fucked. It's to late. You have larvae crawling out of sink drains into people, appearing in schools or other high population areas. People try to fight, they try to escape.

A couple might go out, maybe a few, but what do they say? They might be able to broadcast what's going briefly, but it'll be quickly taken down by the major players who hold the resources to do so, survivors are hunted down and either killed or paid to be quiet etc

Something like that.

I think that could work if the concept was refined more.
