'Xactly! Plus they're glass cannons. They don't have armor and their alchemical supplies are finite, even 02's limited by ammo constraints. So a good blow to any part of their body and they're down, once they've run out of alchemy supplies, no more healing, no more AoE attacks, and no enhanced elemental attacks. 02's also not a close-range fighter, so once he's ran out of ammo for his bow and pistol, he's useless in a fight.
