Act 1

Fin Dovah

"Well, I was initially from the Enchanted Forest, but I came here of my own will, to spread the good magic can do." Fendrake extracted blood from Loki. "One moment please."

Fendrake walked to the back of the clinic to some items, some symbolic, resting on a table. He poured a drop on each, and nothing happened, until the very last one. It was a sculpted heart, symbolizing emotion magic. Fendrake poured the last drop onto the heart, and it began to glow.

Fendrake emerged from the back of the shop. "Yes, the magic you have is indeed emotion magic."

Fendrake walked up to his window, where his flower was wilting. "My flower is wilting, and healing it will be your second step to redemption, second to deciding that redemption is what you want." Fendrake walked up to Loki and placed the flower on the table in front of him.

"Now, close your eyes and hold your hand close to the flower, but don't do anything until I say go."

Henry thought back to the moment he was spending time with that dragon. The dragon was a friendly one, of course, but Henry was pretty sure Regina's reaction to finding out he was close to a dragon wouldn't be a good one.

"Nobody is trying to harm me, Mom." Henry said. "But the very reason you think that is because of what you did. You need to promise me that you will never do anything like that again."

@commanderproton

"Deadly Nadders are thought to be one of the most beautiful species of dragon." Astrid commented with a grin. Even Stormfly seemed pleased at the compliment.

Astrid seemed a bit confused about the question of Stormfly's age. They never did find any means of determining a dragon's age. "I'm not sure." She finally answered with a light shrug. "She was already fully grown when I started training her, so..." She simply shrugged again.

"I'm Astrid." She introduced herself before nodding towards the dragon behind her. "This is Stormfly."

Shifting over to make a bit more room for Eragon to sit, she patted the ground next to her to answer his last question. "Stormfly won't hurt you unless you pose a threat to me or her."

Loki again listened closely to Fin's words, the man was very wise and seemed to know a lot about magic. He walked over to the table and placed his hand over the flower closing his eyes, "okay now what? Do you really think I have the potential to learn healing magic?

-------

Emma walked to the kitchen and made herself a cup of tea and talk with Mary Margaret, Emma was finally able to get to know her mother though it was strange since they were the same age. But she would get use to it.

Regina nodded, even though Henry couldnt see it.  "You're right, of course," she said.  "You were the one good thing in my life, and I managed to let all of my problems screw things up with you.  I know it's going to be a long time before you can forgive me.  But, Henry, I promise I will never stop trying to earn that forgiveness."

Fin Dovah

"Yes, you have potential." Fendrake said. "Whether or not you can do it, however, depends on how strongly you feel about redeeming yourself. Healing magic can only be accomplished by those with a good heart, or those with a bad heart that seek to do good."

"Think about everything bad you have done, and apologize to the people you did it to. Remember, a true Sorry means you feel the pulse of other people's pain as well as your own, and saying it means you take a share of it. And so it binds us together, makes us trodden and sodden as one another. Sorry is a lot of things. It's a hole refilled. A debt repaid. Sorry is the wake of misdeed. It's the crippling ripple of consequence. Sorry is sadness, just as knowing is sadness. Sorry is sometimes self-pity. But Sorry, really, is not about you. It's theirs to take or leave. Sorry means you leave yourself open, to embrace or to ridicule or to revenge. Sorry is a question that begs forgiveness, because the metronome of a good heart won't settle until things are set right and true. Sorry doesn't take things back, but it pushes things forward. It bridges the gap. Sorry is a sacrament. It's an offering. A gift."

"Then, when you feel that you are sorry in your heart, think about the flower regrowing, becoming beautiful. Think about how sorry you are, and think about that flower regrowing, then imagine holding a bag as heavy as those feelings. How heavy is the bag? When you have done that, touch the flower, feel the flower as if it were you, then open your eyes."

"Go."

@Chello

"They need to forgive you most of all. It is them that you stole 28 years from, not me. You need to feel their pain, feel their sadness, feel their anger. Sorry is not about you, it is about them. They choose to accept or deny it. All you do is offer that apology to them. Can you do that?"

Loki thought deeply about all the people he harmed, thought about how is actions affected everyone. His mind went to how he nearly caused Asgard to starve, the tricks that nearly killed people. Everything that he had done in his short life came flooding into his mind, he could feel everyone's pain and he could feel himself starting to cry. "I'm sorry, sorry for all the pain I caused. I never want to do anything like that again, I want to change be a better person."  Loki thought in his mind, he then thought of the flower and making it beautiful again.

He then opened his eyes and noticed it slowly started to come back to life, the leaves were turning back to their green leafy colour and the wilted petals vibrant colour could now be seen. Loki smiled, "I did it."

Regina wanted to say she didn't care about anyone else, that Henry was all that mattered.  She'd burn the world for his sake.  And she knew some would never even consider forgiveness.  But now wasn't the time for unpleasant truths.  Henry would learn before long that life, even for them, wasn't a fairy tale.

"I...I can do that," she said.  "The least I can do is apologize."

Belle had been focused on one item, a rather dangerous looking ring that seemed to be sitting a bit a part from the rest of the items on a shelf. It seemed harmless enough at first, but the more you stared at it, the more it felt like you absolutely had to try it on and have it. It was clearly meant for you. Those thoughts seeped into the woman for a moment, but realizing what was happening she shook her head quickly and stepped away.

Footsteps alerted her that she was not alone and she quickly turned around in time to see Rumplestiltskin approaching her. Belle smiled at him, her head slightly leaning into his touch. She had been separated from him for so long that any moment to her was precious to her. "Everything going alright around here? I imagine your day has been more productive than mine."

Eragon sits next to Astrid. He's slightly taken aback by the statement that she doesn't know Stormflys age, because surely she must have been with her since she was a hatchling? He doesn't question it though, because that would show far more knowledge than he wants to. And species of dragon? They'd never really classified them, all dragons are far too unique for being grouped into species. He's not quite sure.

"What brings you here then? I don't think I saw you during the curse." Eragon asks, because other than talking to Stormfly, he can't think of anything else to say to do with the dragon.

Hayes was startled slightly by the man's sudden appearance and looked up at him. He stood to his feet to loom in front of the man and eyed him suspiciously. "You know what I want to do? How vague a thing to say. What exactly do I want to do? Eat? Sleep? Go for a walk?" Hayes felt something off about the man and smirked when he discovered what it was. "You have magic, don't you? Is that how you know what I'm going to do? If so, please enlighten me. Why shouldn't I?" He grinned a vicious grin and his own magic twinkled darkly in his eyes.

"A storm blew us off course." Astrid answered sounding slightly bitter about it. "Then Stormfly broke her wing when we crashed here." With a heavy sigh she leaned back against Stormfly, looking up at the sky.

"So unless there happen to be any ships leaving for the Archipelagos we're stuck here till she heals." There seemed to be an air of worry in here voice. Every day she spent here was another day for the dragon hunters to creep closer to Berk. She could only hope another patrol would spot them, maybe while out looking for her.

"I just hope Berk is still there when I get back..." She murmured to herself, thinking out loud.

Fendrake smiled and handed a crystal ball to Loki from a nearby table. "Now, the third step to redemption is to apologize to those people you thought of face to face. Simply touch the crystal ball and imagine the person in your head and how you feel about them. They will appear in the ball, and you will be able to talk to them. I will go to the back of this clinic and get some work done so you can have some privacy."

Fendrake went to the back of the clinic to get some work done.

"That won't be all you'll do." Henry hung up and pocketed his phone. He left the house and began walking to the town hall. However, before he could get there, he saw a taxi and waved.

"Where to?" The taxi driver asked him when he got in the taxi.

"The town hall."

After a few minutes of driving, the taxi pulled up at the town hall. Henry handed the taxi driver some loose change and went up to his other mother's office.

"Mom, we are going to take a drive and you're going to apologize to everyone you've harmed face to face."

Rumplestiltskin

"I'm not okay until I know you're okay, Belle. What happened to you? Where were you during the curse?"

@Zaryn

Merlin

"If Cora finds out you kidnapped Regina, my visions tell me she will either crush your heart or control you. Now you don't want that, do you? I can help you get your heart and sword in a different manner." Merlin stood up and held out his hand towards Hayes. "Do we have a deal?"

Maurice

The bell of the front of Game of Thorns opened, the bell dinging once the other man entered. Maurice lifted his head from the roses he was tending. While he now remembered who he was, taking care of the shop was something that kept him sane. This world was so much different that The Enchanted Forest. There was much to get used to.

Shaking his head he nodded to the man, about to ask him what he could help him with when he heard his words. “Information? About what?”

Belle

The woman took his hand and gave it a gentle squeeze before releasing it and wrapping her arms around herself. “I’m learning to be okay. I’m sure I’ll work it all out.” Her voice caught for a moment when he asked where she had been. Belle chewed on the inside of her lip, trying to find the easiest way to tell him. He’d be upset, she herself was still upset, but she hadn’t seen Regina yet to question her herself.

“I was in the Hospital in the center of town…in the Psychiatric Ward. I was there the entire time until Jefferson broke me out.” She shifted in place, her head still reeling of what she had been subjected to. She wasn’t ready to talk about that yet and telling him it was all due to Regina would not go over well either.

Loki nodded and looked into the ball, it would take him a while to apologize to each person individually but it had to be done. He started out with those who were not family, he would leave his family for last. If people didn't accept it, that is okay with him at least he did it.

Emma decided that she needed some air, the night was still young and a walk could help clear her mind. So she threw on her red leather jacket and headed out the door and into the streets.

Emma decided to check up on Rumplestiksin, she didn't have a reason then again she didn't need one he was always up to something, she walked into the shop and noticed he was talking with Belle. "Is everything alright?" She asked.

"Yes...I was there, in that same room, for-" Her voice was shaking, it was harder to speak than she thought it would be. "Twenty-eight years." Belle had instinctively held herself tighter, almost a reminder to keep herself in the present and not go back there. The tinkling of the bell of the shop suddenly grounded her, and she turned her head to see Emma. The woman gave her a smile. "Oh yes. Everything is fine Emma. Are you doing okay?" Her entire face and body relaxing, going back to her cheerful mask, making it clear to Rumplestiltskin she did not want to speak of this around anyone else.

Rumplestiltskin patted Belle's back gently to comfort her. "Hello Miss Swan. Can I help you?"

"I am just checking in to make sure everything is okay here, that you're not planning something." Emma responded, she then turned to Belle, "be careful around him. Gold is known to use others for his own gain," she warned.

Rumplestiltskin

"Be careful around him. Gold is known to use others for his own gain." Emma said.

Rumplestiltskin glowered. He would never hurt Belle. "You can leave my shop now, Miss Swan."

Belle's eyes widened at the bluntness of Emma's words. She took a step back, almost protectively in front of Rumplestiltskin. "I think I'll be just fine Emma. Thank you for your concern." She tried to keep a light smile on her face, trying to relax the other woman. Though her words did cause her to wonder just what he had been up to in these long years.

Emma nodded, "alright I am leaving but remember Gold I am watching you." She informed him before turning and walked out of the shop and back onto the streets.

Loki finally managed to apologize to those he wronged, it went faster than he thought. He could feel a great weight lifted though he also felt sadness, he really did hurt a lot of people and for no reason. At the time he thought it would make him feel better and sure it did then but now looking back it was not the way to go, he wiped the few tears from his eyes and sat down feeling emotionally drained.

Regina regarded her son, knowing that immovable-as--mountains tone of voice he'd inherited from both mothers.  "Henry... As long as you realize that simply saying 'I'm sorry' isn't going to undo everything--in fact, that may very last thing some people want to hear from me."

She sighed and shook her head, palms up.  "Fine.  But I reserve the right to defend myself if and when someone turns violent."

Jack looked around the Game Of Thorns flower shop.  "You have a nice place here, Mr French.  Or rather, Sir Maurice.  Do you plan on keeping it in the family when you retire?"

"Trust me, sir. You think I haven't thought of that? You think she didn't already try to control me? I won't allow it. My will was shaken once and it never will be again. There are no strings on me." Hayes said intensely before calming. He took a step forward and pushed the man's hand away. "Let me say this. My sword, and my heart will be returned to me. They will. But, along with them I will have my revenge. Only, then may I rest peacefully. Only then, will I be able to rest at night. Your 'different' way matters not to me. For I must reclaim what is mine with my own hands."
