Aides let off a soft smile, bringing his mind back to chinese food. "I'm all for it. Let's go get the dang wi-fi password then we order food when we get back to the room. By the way, do we officially start classes today?" Aides wondered. There was a lack of faculty and staff around that's for sure.

"I doubt it," he replied, looking around the grounds, "I feel like today, maybe even tomorrow as well, are all "situating days" or something."


Miles had left his schedule back in the room, so he couldn't check what classes he even had. Rolling his shoulders, the brunet continued on, hands in his pockets. "Part of me is worried," he said, "that the teachers are gonna make us do bonding exercises with everyone else." With a look over, he smiled softly. "I'm not a big fan of people sometimes, if that comes as a surprise.."

-Valentina walk and try to find her room and as she walk she find the school a little bit too silent and smile- a best way to meditate -she said with a chuckle until she find room 8- a here i am -she said as she open the room and look around as she close the door- hhmm it would be better if i just left my things here for a while and just take the key with me -she wonder as she did... she even left her samurai sword and lock the door- might as well tour my self..never get lost -she said to herself and walk around the school- i really wonder if i could meet some friends here...

Kain had put his stuff away and had left the dorms after a few minutes time. It was about mid day still plenty of time left he could do with some training. He had memorized the schools map, and made his way towards academies training yard. His sword stayed at his side a katana sheathed in a celestial gold scabbard. He walked with a high form of grace, that which told of experience with authority and power. His eyes were cold only looking forward slowly he made his way not particularly paying attention to others.

Finding her dorm was a simple task; neatly putting everything away was an even easier one, considering how few possessions she had. Her mother had always taught her to pack light, as she needed to move around and pack up quickly during a hunt; so that's exactly what Selena had accomplished. The interior of the building itself held little interest, if anything it only made her feel claustrophobic. Even though there wasn't much outside, either, she preferred it.


Out of habit, her footsteps were almost completely silent as she walked. The girl looked around, trying to take in all of the sights, and decide where a fun place to hang out might be.

-Valentina sigh maybe her brother cant hear her- ... ... ... ... -she felt a little bit sad about it and walk away from the battle area and look around on were to go instead she then thought about going to the cafeteria since she haven't eaten yet, she then smile but accidentaly budge on someone making her fall into the ground- awe silly me -she said to herself and laugh as she look at the girl- hey sorry about that -she said with a smile-

She fell? Who fell? Falling isn't something that this little Huntress does, ever. Her balance game was on point; same with her reaction time. Hell, in the end, the random stranger who tried to run her over barely grazed her. All it took was one little step to the side, and Serena avoided the fate of a klutz. Although, she did raise an eyebrow at the other's lack of awareness. Even though the daughter of Artemis was small, and looked a bit younger than she actually was, that didn't mean that she was completely invisible.


Tilting her head to the side slightly, the blonde looked up at the other. "Uh... You're good? No harm no foul?" Why was she even apologizing? It wasn't like some outside force had attempted to make her look like more of a klutz than her maker had originally meant.

Okay, holy Zeus. The stiff properness was a bit too much, she felt like she was going to suffocate. How someone could be formal without choking on their own words was beyond her. It might've just been her own weird nature talking, but she was pretty sure that there was no point in doing so. Unless you were talking to one of the Gods, of course. Then formalness might be a good tool if you don't want to get vaporized on the spot. Even so, Serena was still a bit weirded out by the fact that she was being talked to in a way that was more proper then "ay yo, what's up?"





Smiling like a little goofball, she offered a little wave. "I'm Serena, nice to meet'ya."

-Valentina smile as she receive a respond to the girl not always someone can talk to her not even that one time she escape her home just to try and play with the humans but ending up grounded she then sigh and think of a way to treat the girl in her stubborn way when she accidentaly budge her-


-she can feel that this girl Serena isn't fond of her but surely its just her wrong thought of everyone since she isn't that great at meeting everyone except her family- so um Serena wanna hang out -she ask as she close both of her eyes and make a wide smile-

Normally, she would immediately give an answer. Serena didn't like keeping people waiting, but this was a bit different. She wasn't sure how she felt about the elder just yet. She was used to the wild and exciting crowds, not the uh...prim and proper; which is what her first impression of Valentia had been. And, if her first impression had been an accurate representation of who this person was, then the Huntress really didn't want anything to do with her. The girl preferred people that she could run around with and just plain be loud. She didn't necessarily hate anyone different than that ideal. It was just like a situation if she had met a boy instead; she had a hard time developing any form of respect for them.


But, there was always the chance that her first impression had been wrong. After all, part of it had been Valentia attempting to flatten her like a pancake, and epically failing at it in the process. So, after thinking it over for a couple of seconds, Serena managed to come up with a somewhat harshly blunt answer. "Until I find a reason to not want to? Sure!"

She raised an eyebrow at the other's comment. Artemis had always taught her to either ignore any boys who called her cute, or to string them up on a tree. Although, the girl wasn't so sure what she should do if a female said something like that. Did the same rules apply? Or should she just accept the compliment and move on with her life? Choosing to go with the latter option, Serena shrugged it off. "Thanks, I think?" Hello social situations, good to see that you're still confusing.


At the mention of the school realm of food, the blonde practically jumped out of her skin. She hadn't eaten much while she was tracking her mother's stag, so hunger was indeed a thing at the moment. The real test would be whether or not the school actually provided non-artificial food, though. Smiling, she nodded at Valentia's request. "Mhm! Let's go!"





Not even waiting to see if the other was a following, Serena darted in the direction of the cafeteria with the grace and speed of a deer.

Also, I really hate to nag but 1) Doubt an Ares kid could beat an Artemis kid in a footrace. 2) Could you at least type complete words? Its really bugging my literate OCD (or whatever you call it). You can stick with script, but at least do that and put some "quotations" around the words when your character is speaking. Its hard to tell what's an action and what's not.

I'm going off of the parents, not the kids. Ares is war, which is more physical strength. Artemis is more hunting, and besides there's an entire myth around her holding a racinf competition where if someone beats her, they get to marry her. And no one ever has, except for when a guy kept throwing golden apples into the road to slow her down; which worked since she stopped to pick up each one.


And if we're to be minicking the parents, then it would only make sense. (*is myth nerd*)

It didn't take Valentia too long to catch up, which actually made the younger really happy. It was good to know that her new potential friend wasn't as slow as most of the human population. She barely had to wait at the entrance before the other arrived. Still, even a little bit of waiting made Serena a little frustrated. Food was on the mind, and food shall continue to stay there until decided otherwise either by her filled stomach or by her own stubbornness. She wasn't all that picky with her food, overall. But Hades help everyone if she wasn't at least skeptical about meat. Blame the years of hunting and eating whatever she caught instead of hotdogs and spam.


"Come ooooooon!" Selena whined, even though the other was right behind her. She was hungry, shush.
