Even if anybody was Benji is by far the best archer at Casterly Rock right now. So I think its safe to say he'd win that tournament pretty damn easy.

His armor is inferior to Westerosi since he doesn't have plate mail. Imagine the above picture, but with the lamellar covering quite a bit more, and the face mask he has on.
