"Alice, the reason why I asked you to do it was because my gut told me that you were. I want the child yes," Kevin said looking at her gently.

Alice's face broke out into a wide smile and she launched her self at Kevin, peppering his face with kisses. "I love you!"

Kevin fell back onto the bed. Kissing Alice gently he said, "Now to tell your father."

 

[Sequoia]

"I'll send him a letter!" She started to head towards the owlry.


"Daddy, I'm bringing Kevin over for the winter hols...we have some exciting news. Don't hex him. We got engaged and I'm pregnant. Give Jamie my love.

She signed the letter with a flourish and tied it to the leg of her great horned owl, Astro. The owl pecked her finger affectionally before flying off.

Kevin smiled gently as he looked at his beloved tenderly. Then he said, "We should go to the church I go to."

 

[Sequoia]

Alice turned to him, wrapping her scarf tighter. "Hmm? What for?"

 

[kevinhdobson]

"To give them the news. They have been there for me the last ten years," Kevin said smiling gently.

 

[Sequoia]

She smiled at him. "Of course Darling." Hey eyes grew wide when she looked over his shoulder and seemed to shrink back. It was Malfoy.

"Malfoy, leave her alone or you will have to deal with me," Kevin said glaring at him. Malfoy glared back but ran off when Kevin's left hand seemed to emit electricity.

 

[Sequoia]

Alice stood behind him, shaking. "You didn't hear what he said to me..." She whispered.

"You can tell me later," Kevin said glaring at watching Malfoy leave. Then looking at her tenderly he added, "I threatened him with Chidori."

 

[Sequoia]

Alice was still looking down. "Lets just got to your Church. Please."

 

[kevinhdobson]

"That will have to wait until Sunday," Kevin said sighing to himself. It was a full three days away.

 

[Sequoia]

Alice nodded. Then turned and walked back to school, without waiting for him.

Kevin walked behind her and said, "Are you upset?"

 

[Sequoia]

She shook her head. "Just hungry." She looked at him, eyes brimming with tears before she burst into sobs.

"Come on, i'll make you something to eat," Kevin said picking her up and going to the London house.

 

[Sequoia]

She curled into his chest and sniffled. "I'm sorry...i'm just too emotional. It's the hormones...."

 

[kevinhdobson]

"I understand, what would you like to eat," Kevin asked curiously.

 

[Sequoia]

"Umm...I think tea is fine." She smiled.

 

[kevinhdobson]

"Ok, what kind of tea then," Kevin asked as he carried her to their home.

 

[Sequoia]

"I have some Herbal rose somewhere, I'd like that please." She softly kissed the underside of his jaw.

"Sure thing love," Kevin said as he put her down on the bed. Going to the kitchen he put the tea kettle on. Thinking to himself he said, "The Dobson family lives on."

 

[Sequoia]

Alice smiled and flopped back on the bed. She put her hands on her flat belly and grinned. "Hey little blip. Me and Daddy are so glad we found out about you." She said.

Kevin pulled out some chocolate cake as the tea kettle went off. Setting the tea cups up and placing the tea bags in them, he headed to their bedroom carrying the tray.
