A new life

"Okay," Kevin said as he perfectly executed the charm. 
"I guess so," Kevin said smiling gently. Then looking at her he said, "You will have to play a game then instead."

 

[Sequoia]

Alice grinned. "and what game is that dear fiance?" She asked, leaning into him as Charms class packed up.

 

[kevinhdobson]

"Weight training," Kevin said jokingly to Alice. Smiling he led her to their next class, Care of Magical Creatures.

 

[Sequoia]

Alice stuck out her tongue but let him lead her. "After this, I'm going to the great hall for lunch, care to join me?" She asked as they waited for Hagrid to show up.

 

[kevinhdobson]

"Sure thing," Kevin said as he remembered about Professor Umbridge. Then he said, "Can you speak with members of the other houses about a special club I plan to start."

 

[Sequoia]

Alice looked surprised. "I-I suppose so..I can let Ravenclaw know for sure, Luna and I are going to Hogsmead together tomorrow. I'm sure she'll tell her friends in Gryffindor and then Neville will probably tell ernie in Hufflepuff..." She mused, glad she had connections all over the school.

"We will meet tomorrow in Hog's Head," Kevin said bluntly.

 

[Sequoia]

Alice nodded. "Alright. I can even owl her..." She said, quitting as Hagrid walked out of his house. She gasped when she caught sight of the bruise on his face. She ran up to him. "Hagrid! Are you all right?"

Kevin saw Hagrid and walked up to him. Healing Hagrid, Kevin sighed to himself.

 

[Sequoia]

Alice rounded on Kevin. "Kevin!" She scolded.


Hagrid smiled. " 'S alrigh Ms. Peters, I fell much better!" He patted her shoulder before moving to the group to start the class. Alice followed.

 

[kevinhdobson]

"What's wrong Alice," Kevin asked curiously.

 

[Sequoia]

"You should have asked Hagrid if he wanted that to be healed! Umbrigde will be after him now, wondering how that healed so fast!" Alice said, heatedly.

 

[kevinhdobson]

"He can just say that I did it," Kevin said bluntly as class went on. Smiling he looked at Alice and said, "I will strike fear into her."

 

[Sequoia]

Alice took his hand. "And then she'll make you do detention with that horrid quill of hers! I saw little Denis Creevey the other day, a bleeding hand with the words she made the poor boy write! I had to cuddle him for a good hour before he would stop cry; the little sweetheart. He's such a sweet boy!" Alice fretted, barley listening to Hagrid describe what bowtruckles looked like.

"Nah, all I would have to do is show her my 'other' form," Kevin said chuckling.

 

[Sequoia]

Alice turned her worried eyes to him. "Please be careful! If she expels you...What am I going to do with out you Kevin...?" She said, clearly distraught.

 

[kevinhdobson]

"She can't expel me. She loves my father," Kevin said smiling.

 

[Sequoia]

Alice pecked his cheek. "Don't you Leave me Kevin Dobson!" She lightly threatened. "She could expel me, you know. Then where would you be? Hmm?" She said, frown appearing at the thought of leaving Hogwarts, her second home.

 

[kevinhdobson]

"She can't expel who she can't find," Kevin said smiling gently. Looking at Alice he said, "Just spread the message."

 

[Sequoia]

Alice nodded, smiling at him. The class ended and she moved swiftly to the Great hall, hoping to catch Luna before she sat down at the Ravenclaw table.

After Lunch, Alice headed to double potions with Snape...and Draco.

Kevin sat in double potions and sighed. He was top of their class after Hermione Granger.

 

[Sequoia]

Alice sat next to Draco Malfoy and tried to ignore the rude things he kept whispering in her ear. After a time she couldn't take it anymore and raised her hand.


"Professor, I'm not feeling well. May I be excused." She said, voice wavering from trying to hold back tears. Snape nodded and alice hurriedly packed up before rushing out of the class room and down to her and Kevin's room. there she lay on the bed and broke down, sobbing.

Kevin walked out of potions and heading to his home. Finding Alice he said, "What's the matter, love?"

 

[Sequoia]

"I-I h-hate that ferret!" She wailed, burying her face in the blankets.

"Sorry honey. Say what do you say we do a job i've been offered," Kevin said smiling gently.
