Anna firmly stood her ground as she watched Alexander approach. Her expression was rather deadpan but she was in the middle of a mild panic attack. What will he do? Will he strike? Well, he's already kicking her things aside, that should count for something... Besides! She still has her knife and that scythe might be inefficient at close combat but Anna would rather not find out if that is true or not. As for Matcha, he was happily snoozing in the sun without a care for the world but he did open an eye to stare at Alexander as he came close.

"Ya know, it's rude not to answer someone when they ask you something. In fact, I feel quite cross about that. So cross, that I may toss you off into the water this very instance. After taking anything you have as compensation for the gold you undoubtedly just made the sailors waste with your lackadaisical destruction of their cargo." The moment he said that, Anna instinctively took a step back. For starters, she doesn't like to be close to other people, let alone be manhandled and tossed off the ship. Secondly, she would rather not get wet. Wet clothes are bad and make her cold. Lastly, she had no idea how to gesture being stuck in a box full of oranges properly.

"But that would be ever so cruel. So, I suppose I can give you one last chance. And maybe, maybe, I'll think about forgiving you for these transgression. Who are you, what are you doing on this boat, and what in your absent mind drove you to give us Adventurers name than we already have with your impulsive actions." Anna's was rather surprised that this man was giving her a chance. Not only that but he confirmed that he was an Adventurer too. That makes things a little bit easier but a little bit isn't a lot. She squirmed slightly and opened her mouth to try and explain without cracking.

".... I-I.... um.... I-I escaped f-from that town....." Was all she managed to mutter before she looked away, having a mild panic attack at someone being this close, her hand was twitching towards her dagger but she forced herself to stop or she might be booted off the ship. And no way in hell is she getting off this ship.

He was glad, he was glad Orlando had chosen to trust him, but even more so, he felt dreadful, now that everything is upon his shoulder. Did I say plan? I meant a gamble. Well it's too late to revise now, guess I was already a dead man the moment I stepped into this wretched place.

"Alright!"

He said to pump himself up, to rid himself of fear and doubt, and to prepare himself for what he shall say next. And so, he stood in front of Orlando, shield, just of if his plan fail, only he would perish.

"Orlando, put down your weapons, all of them."

It was dumb, it was ridiculous, it was crazy, but sanity was already out of the window when they thought they could challenge a hero head on. But this was for the best, at least he hopes so. They weren't here for a fight, they are here for answers. Joshua as well, tossed away his bow and his dagger and even his beloved sword that he drew from his inventory and tossed that aside as well. It was necessary for her to know that they are not here to fight, and fighting is the last thing they want. But of course, just this isn't enough, Joshua would not expect it to be so easy. After all, the opposition is an airhead, and even if she isn't one may easily assume that this was some sort of trick. No, Joshua must go one step further, rather, he must do what Joshua does best, to be as loud and obnoxious as possible, to the point that not even the most patient of man could ignore him.

"Oi! Stop it, you dumb broad! We are not here to fight! Stop making up delusions in your head, you air headed bimbo!"

And on top of that, being offensive for a dash of reverse psychology will improve his chances. After all, the opposition is a delusional airhead who makes up scenarios in her head. If one just tell her as it is, she may not believe him and just think that it's a trap. Besides, even one as air headed as she is knows how stupid it is to provoke a super powerful opponent such as herself without a weapon and take enough interest in the strange and unusual sight to not obliterate him in one hit. And maybe if she got offended enough, she'll try to prolong his suffering and sucker punch him in the face a few times instead, that's how it works with Kala anyway.

And now, he prays. He had done all that he can. But really, dying isn't exactly on top of his bucket list. Heck, by all means, it should be at the most bottom. Ah well, death by beautiful warrior lady isn't so bad. Good luck, Orlando, and don't you follow me. I pity the fool who has to take your place. And now that he thinks about it, perhaps he should have striped naked as well to up the shock factor.

Roku stared at a tree for a few moments, the sounds of bird's overheard and the gentle breeze of the wind gave off a calming feeling for most. However, Roku suddenly screamed in agony and bashed her forehead into the tree trunk. "Where am I!!" She pleaded to the heavens lost beyond even her own belief. She stepped backward and felt a small trail of blood fall down from her forehead.

She wiped it away from her sleeve which was then used to wipe away her visible eye from tears. "Its okay Roku, just one foot in front of the other," She said to herself. Roku remembered one thing clearly now though it wasn't so much as a memory rather a debilitating hatred of being alone.

She walked forward through the wooded area in front of her, having chosen not to ride her mount in an effort to build up her own stamina. She grumbled to herself and chewed on her last chunk of hard bread. "Low on food, no more water and zero company besides my own mind... I think I'm going to die..." Not that death matters much in such a world, She said to herself mentally.

With a low sigh she continued onward until the sky darkened, Roku sat next to a makeshift fire, one good use of magic, She thought once more.

Roku stared at the flames rising from the pile of sticks she had gathered to keep warm. She didn't speak for there was no reason to but, similarly she couldn't sleep simply because she lacked another to watch over her. She closed her eyes trying to only briefly rest before she moved on.

However, something came before she was allowed such a moment. Her eyes narrowed, no sound was made but, She felt the lingering wisps of magical energy coming closer to her. She took a deep breath while gripping her staff beside her preparing to defend herself as she had so often already.

What she was met with wasn't what she expected, a woman tall and beautiful, her hair a blonde color similar to that of golden fields, her ears pointed and her eyes slated with the color of emeralds for irises. Roku breathed deeply captivated by the beauty that had come into her small and poorly made camp.

The woman looked around with a faint smile, "It seems you have room for another my child?" She said while Roku nodded her head. The woman sat beside the fire near Roku and made no attempts to appear threatening nor even the least bit capable of combat however, Roku could feel the power that lingered within the woman and it truthfully made her shiver in some fear knowing she stood no chance to win.

The woman smiled softly at Roku, "How much do you remember?" She asked clearly this wasn't a chance meeting but, Roku realized it was probably better to answer than ask a question herself.

She sighed weakly, "Not much yet, I am rather lost as well," She admitted. The woman smiled and placed a hand on top of Roku's head, She gave off a maternal feeling as she smiled at Roku.

She pulled Roku close into a motherly hug, "Do not trouble yourself with such things and let me help you okay?" Roku nodded and closed her eyes as sleep claimed her. The woman watched over Roku as she slept protecting her from whatever may lurk in the night.

The next day the two had set off together, The woman still had not revealed whom she was but, at the same time simply told Roku to consider her as her mother. Roku felt comforted by this and agreed to it and found it easy to be relaxed with her around. As they walked her mother began to attempt to teach Roku her mastery of magic hands. This would allow Roku to be pure magic without the requirement of weaponry to assist her in casting.

Roku struggled that first day as she attempted to learn but, as the two continued to travel together she felt herself learning far faster. Like she was simply relearning something she already knew.

Roku found her memories were unclear of whom this woman was but, chose to simply ignore this problem. The two traveled together and their personalites messed so well they truly could have been mother and daughter. "Mother can you tell me something?" Roku asked during the evening of their first week together. Her mother nodded while cooking up a slab of fish upon a fire, "What is your name?" the question didn't seem to unnerve her mother but, She did hesitate for a brief moment.

"My name is Lana Valentine, I am a hero of legend whom disappeared while the others returned to this land from their final battle, I am your mother in spirit but, Not really her." Roku tilted her head and Lana reached over ruffling Roku's head, "Don't worry about it my child, we shall reunite one day no matter what may happen," Roku smiled warmly at Lana whom returned the gesture.

Roku spent another week with Lana learning all she could however, something happened. There was a loud snap in her mind and when she opened her eyes, Roku found herself alone once more, her eyes staring at the dead fire in front of her. "Was it all a dream?" She asked herself quietly as tears slid down her face.

Roku stood and screamed in terror once more as of she had lost something precious to her. Her hands gestured outward and forest was set ablaze in intense fire, Roku collapsed in that burning forest staring at the flames. Was it truly a dream? Why would the ability her mother tried to teach her still be useable if that was the case?

Her tears continued to fallas the forest burned. She felt alone yet at the same time felt more powerful than She had been before. She stepped outside the burnt down woods and summoned her mount Icey. Her eyes narrowed as she strode on top of it. "come Icey lets try to find the others at Rok's," her voice lingered with an intense level of seriousness as the two rushed off to find their friends or at least the hero whom may provide further answers.

Roku has began to learn Magic hands (Casting magic without incantations or weaponry)

Roku gains 1 personal level point

(( Ugh that was long and probably filled with typos knowing my luck anyway that's what happened with Roku >~> Will be doing another post later on ))

Orlando unsheathed both of his weapons from his belt and placed them on the ground, his starting katana, and his gleam fang wakizashi. He also took his daggers from his inventory and placed them near the pile of weapons as well. When Joshua began to speak to the new hero, Orlando realized that Joshua was going for the loud, obnoxious route with a dash of "we don't want to fight." Hopefully, this would implore her that they did indeed not want to fight, however, based on her previous responses, she might actually respond in a very negative way in all actuality. However, Orlando placed his trust in Joshua so he silently prayed for the best outcome. "You know, praying isn't going to change the outcome, just saying. I'll let this offense slide for now, but if you're in danger, I'll act, with or without your permission because like it or not, we're inhabiting the same body."

(I've been so busy and tired and uuuggh recently, so I haven't been posting sorry.)

Deren entered the lively training room, gliding consciously towards the rack of wooden swords. He carefully lifted a thin pole with a disappointingly plain stick for a crossbar. He jogged over to a training device, a three sectioned pile, with two arms, each as long as a sword and an arm. Each section could be hit and would spin, resulting in the user having to dodge or be hit. Deren lowered, into an agile stance.

Deren thrust his 'sword' at the top section, sending it spinning, then slapped the bottom with the centre of his weapon in the opposition direction. He got into a routine of dodging and accelerating the two sections. He eventually got bored of the monotonous routine and decided to 'tap' the third. Within a few seconds deren was curled up on the floor clutching his stomach. After a few minutes of recovery Deren returned the wooden sword to it's original place, silently cursing about the terrible training device. Deren trotted out of the room and hunted his companions.

Deren soon found the training room with Joshua and Orlando, he looked inquisitively at their oppressor, and them at his partners. "What's happening here?" He asked in a perplexed tone.

When the Bell Tolls, Hero Conflict!

{Divergence found} Rage of Creation - Special Route

@Clockwork Syringe @revior

It was as if time ground to a halt within the arena when the first weapon fell. Her form was immediately frozen, as if no previous movements even existed, locked in a perpetual state of nothingness as not even breathe shook her readied form. The only notification that allowed one to know time freely moved upon her was the fact that her eyes quickly locked onto each armament as they met the floor. It was when the insults breached the air that her figure moved, quickly drawing a spectral arrow from nothingness as her weapon shifted once more into a bow. Her sights were so obviously glued to the individual, a deadly glare that attempted to analyze the situation before her. Fingers resting upon the string showed unrest, the desire to release the bolt of energy through the boy's form was quite evident. "Pick it up." Her voice was cold, attempting to ward off vexation from their stunt. If either were to even reach for their weapons, surely she would shoot them on the spot. All advantage has been cast aside leaving her standing to basically fight alone. It was like a code bound her from firing on them, one that seemingly fitting within Rok's domain.

"
I said, pick it up!" It was too late, vexation was already settling. Even her drawing arm began to waver, an uncontrollable shaking revealing her anger. Even her stern expressions were breaking apart, bearing her fangs as her eyes appeared to glisten. Glisten? That is correct, resting upon her features, were not only a twisted anger and confusion. "Fight me." Why was it that her words, though aggressive, seemed nearly pleading? The way that her eyes yearned for those before her to be an enemy. Could it be that a memory was forcibly invading her mind? Or perhaps the delusion truly was hers alone for wanting such things. "Enough! I don't have time to waste on dogs!" With these words her will finally broke, weapon fading from her grasp. With a hasty snap all spectral weapons within the room dispersed, nothingness taking their place. Before one could break free of the distraction, an arm met her face, quickly brushing away that which was unseen. "Can you just give me that bell? It's scent is far too vile to have wandering around."

The weapons suddenly disappeared with a snap from the hero's fingers as her own disappeared. "Can you just give me that bell? It's scent is far too vile to have wandering around." Orlando reached into his inventory and showed her the bell. Proceed with caution here Orlando don't do anything stupid, the voice spoke. "I will give you the bell. However, my companions and I want to know some things first, thats the reason we summoned you here in the first place. Not to fight, or to rant on meaningless gestures, we want to talk with you about events. My companions and I want to know who is this renegade you're associating us unfairly with and what has she done to perturb you? We've only had a few days of Recollection as we seem to have lost our memories.

Roku rode hard upon her mounts back, her hands occasionally igniting in flames and launching outward to destroy anything that got in her way. She moved with purpose and her face had been etched into a cold look. She arrived at the entrance to Rok's encampment, her heart did a slight skip as she saw her friends finishing up what appeared to be a conflict. However, deeming it unnessceary for her to aid them, She rubbed her visible eye and went to locate another she may know.

She walked into the building and shared merely a glance with Rok whom smiled and allowed her to pass the benefits of what She Still was uncertain of her old station. She moved into the area where Kala had retired for the moment and leaned against the wall blinking a few times. "Not bothering to aid the others?" She said calmly her voice holding a slight tinge of sadness to it. "I'm never traveling alone again it was horrible..." She said shivering in fear as she still remained doubtful if what she dreamed was truly a dream.

@xEmoBunnehx @Kel Vas @Clockwork Syringe @revior

Kala, who had been unaware of what the boys were doing, was still in the bath tub. The water had gone cold by now and her hands and feet were prunes, but she didn't move from the bath At some point the guy had distracted her mind by cleaning herself, but then after that she tried once more to relax within the tub. It was unsuccessful.

Kala's eyes had been closed, so when Roku walked in, she didn't notice until she spoke. It startled her, and from what Roku had said, the boys got themselves in trouble..again. With a heavy sigh, Kala would stand and wrap a towel around herself before getting out and looking to the younger girl. Kala's raven back hair was soaking wet and no longer spiky; her skin was a might more alabaster shade, thanks to the bath, and the dark inky marks on her chest and arm stood out like a beacon.
"What do you mean..'aid'? What have those two done now?" She asked with a heavy sigh as her duo colored eyes looked the young girl over. She appeared unharmed..and looked quite well..but from the tone of her voice she was sad. Was it because they left her? Kala reached out with her free hand and placed it on Roku's shoulder. "You won't have to do it again." She reassured her softly, hoping that she would at least somewhat help the girl.

@Lana Valentine

Roku nodded her head lightly, "I chose to leave and I didn't realize how much I hated being alone," She explained. She however moved closer and hugged Kala lightly for a few seconds.

Roku took a step back and rubbed her eye, "I had this weird dream or something while I was away, it was strange and I feel confused about it." She said before gesturing toward the door. "The boys got into an confrontation with someone I think, that's what it seemed to be from afar but, they seemed to have it handled." She added while moving out of Kala's way to allow her to dress once more.

@xEmoBunnehx

In the brief moment that Roku hugged her, Kala freaked out just a bit. She'd never been hugged..or shown any affection that was physical, so this..this was knew to her. She awkwardly hugged the girl back before she pulled away then nodded. "Being alone does suck sometimes." She said before walked through the small path Roku made so she could get her clothes and bandages that she wore to hide the my scars that littered her body. Kala still didn't know how many scars there were..or what they looked like..or where they may be..but she didn't like to show them off. For Roku, she would be able to see a few here and there. For example the long one on Kala's forearm, a large jagged one across the front of her neck, and a few that poked out on her back as well as legs. Hopefully Roku wouldn't say anything about them..as Kala didn't wish to know.

Kala retrieved her clothes then walked back to the bathroom, giving Roku a small look.
"One moment." She said before shutting the door and beginning to dress. Kala didn't really question why she wore bandages over her arms, legs, hands, feet, and neck as it didn't seem important enough for her to bother with questioning it. She also didn't question her tomboy-ish clothes or why she never wore shoes. It was pointless to wonder such things. Still it took her quite the amount of time to dress in her simple 'wife beater' black tank top, board shorts, bandages, light black jacket, and gas mask on her neck. Kala kind of wished there was a way to cover up the rather huge black mark on her chest, but she wouldn't fuss about it now..her friends had already seen it and her other mark as well as Orlando saw the long scar on her arm. With another heavy sigh, Kala would open the door. "Let's go save the boys..before one of their egos get ahead of them.." She joked, the tiniest of grins beginning to form on her face as she walked past Roku and grabbed the mighty blade, Anguish, and put him in his respective spot on her back.

@Lana Valentine

Death. What does it mean to stare death in the face? Certainly it is not looking into the eyes of a skeleton man in a dark colored bathrobe. For Joshua, it was the several ways he could die being projected in his mind, looping over and over again. His mind could think of nothing else but his own death.

"Pick it up."

Those words, thought curt and cold, was menacing. And it's desire for violence woke Joshua from the dream of his own death. 'Why should I?" or "Make me!" he wanted to say, but he found himself with no courage left to speak and his lips wouldn't even move.

"I said, pick it up!"

Joshua flinched at those words. Anger is clearly felt from the hero before him and the cold sweat began setting in. Even if he had wanted to pick up a weapon to defend himself with, he was completely petrified, like a mouse under a snake's gaze. However, dreadful as the situation may seem, the coming of her next word would mark victory for Joshua and Orlando.

"Fight me."

Faced with only silence and inaction to be her answer, the hero uttered these very words. Yes, it was she who wanted to fight, not them. Those words practically declared them righteous, and tossed any justification she may have out of the window. Those words, filled with a desire for violence yet somehow sorrowful, was the trumpet that announces their victory.

"Enough! I don't have time to waste on dogs!"

And with that, it was over. The hero Kitsara, with a snap of her fingers, made her ethereal weapons vanish as they had came, into thin air.

Joshua's knees crash into the floor, he felt as if he had been standing for eternity, and his legs held no more strength.

"Man... I think I may have soiled myself."

His hand went to check the area around his crotch.

"Nope, false alarm, I'm fine."

And then, in came Orlando, going into his negotiation phase, a good call, as far as Joshua is concern. He was pretty sure Kitsara would just run off if they simply handed her the bell. He'll leave it up to him from here on out.

Roku watched Kala with slightest of interested looks, her eyes glazing over the various pieces of exposed skin. Roku smiled a bit ignoring the fact that her skin was scarred, after all it was nearly impossible for anyone trained in combat to not have a bunch after awhile. That was how she viewed it or at least rationalized how many Kala had upon her.

Roku smiled at Kala giggling slightly at her comment towards the men in their group, "Let's hope so, otherwise we'll have to end up saving them repeatedly from now on," She said this with the lightest touched of sarcasm and her ungloved hands began to glow with magical energy. "It's going to be tough, I still haven't gotten used to this yet..." She said quietly as she attempted to control her powers like she had been taught by the mysterious vision she had received.

Letting out the smallest of sighs at her own inadequacy, She quickly pushed the feelings downward and pulling out her staff seemingly from nowhere, began to head outside to assist the two if they needed it.

@xEmoBunnehx @Kel Vas @revior @Clockwork Syringe @Vulpes

A visible twitch met Kit, the string of anger was tightening once more. However, the hero quickly attempted to subside her emotions, forcing her natural stern expression to greet the two. She held little will to be worked up by their hands alone, they were undeserving of even her annoyance. "A traitor, one that sports a hundred times more loyalty and honor than you." Or, perhaps even with restraint, it would leak through the bite of her tongue. Her eyes were locked on the bell alone, practically ignoring the Adventurer's physical presence. She wanted the bell, that much was obvious, but for what reason? "I'm going to take a guess here, the real thing you want to know about is the ones pursuing your heads. But, that is just me being delusional about the fact that you are lazy, isn't that right? The Order of the Phoenix, you saw their flag back in Prodosia. It's a dormant religion that states the Adventurers will bring the end. But in recent times, fear is growing, resulting in it's accelerated growth." The hero spoke with haste, as if spiting the fact that she was giving any sort of information to these individuals. With quick approach, she walked up to the adventurer holding the bell, leaving little room for resistance as she swiped away the bell. One could not miss how her hand cradled the bell to her chest within a second of it being within her grasp. Maybe it was the fact that the were using the bell as leverage in order to gain their information, that she held further aggression .

Finally would her eyes meet the Adventurers once more, a glare of resentment resting upon them. Though, it was within possibility that this was due to her own shell, making it so difficult for the Adventurers that they could not possibly get a proper reading. She was being unfair to those she forced her own will upon, desiring some sort of relief from the pain inside. They were an escape, in possession of the bell she could properly delude herself. The truth was, that girl she hated, held no allies. And now, even the bell was lost, as the power had been used. Wanting it to rid the world of it's vile stench? These Adventurers already cast away that scent the moment they drained it. It was an object of obsession that Rok guarded for her, from herself. Was this supposed to be some passive kick forward by that giant lughead? So many thoughts echoed within her mind, but she held no expressions for them whilst she cradled that bell."
Don't you bastards go off dying as well. I would not forgive you after what you have wasted." The girl snapped, a questionable meaning residing within. But, before one could attempt to place an inquiry, she fled the room. A single bound from the female easily breaching the walls in order to aid in her retreat.

Deren frowned, his rapier was held firmly in his fist, and although somewhat physically exhausted, Deren had a strong and assertive stance. "Who is she? Are we in a dangerous situation? And finally, can you tell me about everything? I'm completely clueless when it comes to ROK and heroes or whatever. Maybe now isn't the time." Deren bowed his head, there did happen to be a rather angry, powerful lady before them, asking for a fight. He got out of the doorway of the room and closed the door.

Deren looked at the bell, whilst taking note of the faint gold mist in the air. His frown became heavier, where had the group learnt all of this? All Deren had done in his few days was hunt and get a few coins. His stance weakened as he realised that there would not immediately be a fight, at least the woman didn't have any of those magical weapons. Deren's gaze darted between each individual.

@Kel Vas @revior @Clockwork Syringe

From the hero Kitsara, there was still hostility towards the two, towards the Adventurers present. But that is to be expected. Joshua wasn't exactly aiming for being best friends with her. Being in the healthy relationship of "not currently trying to murder them" was good enough.

But in recent times, fear is growing, resulting in it's accelerated growth."

The backhanded insults aside, Joshua was quite grateful for the information. It was rather general and doesn't exactly reveals the secrets of the world, but it's still something he could work with. At least now they know what hey are facing and and come up with counter measures against it. And the fact that it's a growing religion would mean that gathering further information, if one knows where to look, would be rather easy, so long as they hide their identity. After all, aside from above average physical abilities and being able to revive after dying, it should be hard to distinguish Adventurers from Denizens.

By the end, as inevitable as the rising and setting sun, Kitsara took the bell and left. It wasn't a farewell on the best of notes, but perhaps they should just be happy with what they got.

"Well, I think she likes us."

A positive note from Joshua, his head, light from the tension, and his knees wobbling as he struggles to remain standing.

"And be sure to remind me to give Rok a piece of my mind later. I would have liked a clearer warning when given a bell that summons an equivalent of the grim reaper."

The Order of the Phoenix, you saw their flag back in Prodosia. It's a dormant religion that states the Adventurers will bring the end. But in recent times, fear is growing, resulting in it's accelerated growth." That was the information that the group needed, this Order of the Pheonix was the group hunting their heads and was responsible for the deaths of almost 95% of all the adventurers. Orlando had a hunch, perhaps they were the puppeteers that were pulling the strings of what had transpired before. Right before Kitsara left after taking the bell, Orlando shouted, "The same to you! Take care of yourself! and may we meet again under happier circumstances!" Orlando then turned to speak with Joshua after he spoke to Orlando. "Rok probably saw this as another test, similar to back when we faced him with the rest of the group. He had his reasons no doubt and I won't begrudge him for it, although I do agree, the Order of the Pheonix is becoming a problem. Sooner or later we will clash and we must keep this in mind moving forwards. Suddenly the voice flooded Orlando's thoughts as well as if to try to contribute to the conversation.

"I'll be the first one to admit your "comrade" is actually smarter than he looks, I can see why you chose to trust him. Despite his demeanor and how he carries himself, he's a good person to have follow you. Now about the Order of the Pheonix, I would be lying if I didn't say that I knew them for I do. From what I remember, they're a bunch of fanatics who cling to the vestiges of the old world and hate change with a burning passion, like a phoenix. Though, you are right in that we will have to face them eventually, just remember, I won't allow you to do anything incredibly stupid that leads to your death as it would lead to mine as well. Should you need me, just ask and I'll appear. The voice disappeared as quickly as it appeared possessing an aura of mystery. Suddenly, Orlando heard footsteps and turned around to see Roku of all people making her way down into the arena along with Kala who seemed to have rested and recovered.

"Roku! It's good to see you again! I'm so sorry that we left you behind with Sun before he eventually left. I take it that you were able to sort everything out?"

@xEmoBunnehx @revior @Vulpes @Lana Valentine

Roku had caught the tail end of the conversation between Kit and her party members. She rubbed her shoulder and clicked her tongue against the roof of her mouth while mentally rolling the name through her mind. She drew little new information from the emptiness within however.

She looked at Orlando and rubbed the back of her head thinking on how to respond, "More questions then answers but, I have a feeling about some things, the problem is...." She looked around and sighed gently, "The problem is the people whom have the answers are very hush hush about it, like they know and they know that I know they know but, they won't tell me the stuff they know because, of some reason..." Roku said in her vague attempts at explanation.

Roku then placed both her hands behind her head, "I also learned a new ability but, it feels like I already know it? Like I'm relearning something I've forgotten... Its just confusing all around..." Roku's face took on a look of sadness and she kicked the dirt wishing the answers would just come easily to her.

"Well, I'm still going to tell him off. Being tested and being pissed are two different matters."

But really, it's more like he's just going to complain more than anything. He wasn't really that mad, partly because he had saw this coming from what cryptic warnings that was given anyway.

That aside, when following Orlando's gaze, Joshua's face complexion lit up somewhat, seeing that their party is now whole again with the return of Roku.

"Hey, Roku welcome back. You cannot believe the trouble we got into. Man, I'm tellin' ya, these heroes are all about fighting, it's like that's all they know to do..."

And then he saw Kala beside her, and Joshua froze for about a second.

"N-not that it's a bad thing mind you, I'm just sayin'."

He then slowly backs away, the memory of his last blunt force trauma still fresh in the head.

"Very, well Joshua, just be mindful of Rok," Orlando replied. He then turned back to Roku, "The people who know probably don't want to trigger a bad memory with their knowledge of your past. They might be attempting to be courteous to you." With the mention of a new ability and how she may have already known it in the past, Orlando continued. "We lost our memories and we all woke up a week ago with no recollection of the past. Although from what I can gather from the group, the chains that are keeping our pasts locked are starting to break; myself included. I believe that if you keep pushing, you'll figure out what other abilities you may have lost, I follow that myself."

Deren was fuming, he'd just been completely ignored when the person that he'd seen before, who he'd just found out was called Roku, had returned. He simply leaned against the nearest wall and lowered his head, as he returned his sacred rapier back to its sheath by his right hip. He then raised his right hand and inspected his arcane glove, frowning irritably as he searched his mind for what basic knowledge of spells that he had. He had guessed that they were chasing the Order of the Phoenix, and that he'd be helping the party kill them, with no incentive other than a lack of boredom, Deren was heavily questioning his current demeanor; kill whoever they do because I can. On the subject of being controlled, he knew nothing, he was relatively confident that he still had free will, and that he wasn't someone's slave.

Deren whispered, quietly enough for the others to be unable to hear it, "black, create, remain, consume" He grimaced slightly as he said it, he put more anger into the spell than mana, this was how he was venting it. A small, spiraling blob appeared infront of him. Spiraling like a galaxy, with nebulous gaseous shadows gently spewing from it's sides. Deren jumped slightly, as a light grin grew on his face, the blob was tiny, the kind of size of a small coin, but melted into a sphere. Small white stars were visible inside the dark rift. He slowly moved his arm to the wall so he could see what it did. Small splinters were rent from the surface, still tiny fibers, the spell had very little power. Deren imagined what it would be like if he were a master wizard, he could deconstruct people and rip them apart with a spell like that, but he was only Deren. He quickly closed his hand into a fist and the ball diffused into the surrounding air like a shadowy gas. Deren's arms went limp by his sides as he waited for something to happen, refusing to listen to them as they had to him.

From the corner of his eyes, Joshua caught movement, one that is of a bubbly blob of darkness, just floating about, destroying walls. So he walks up to the one that conjured it and pats on his shoulder.

"Don't worry about it, you'll get your chance one day."

He said, mistakenly believed that the boy was upset because he missed out on his chances to test to test out his new fancy spell, all the while with a big stupid smile on his face.

"So don't go around destroyin' other people's walls now you hear. I'm sure you'll get to show off your fancy magical prowess someday, Duran."

He continued speaking, all the while continuing to pat on the boy's back.

"Speaking of which."

He then said, and ran towards Roku, now completely oblivious if the boy tried to say something back.

"Hey Roku, you mind teaching me some magic? It's like everyone here knows how to do it but me. Heck, even the new guy knows how to do it. Won't you teach me, pretty please?"

Roku chewed on her fingernail tip lost in thought for a few moments. After Orlando had spoken, She ripped off the end of the nail in a sudden burst of nervousness and uncertainty, "What if we don't like what we'll remember?" She said to him.

Her eyes remained downward her thoughts perplexed until she was once more addressed by Joshua, "I need to practice my new skill," She said calmly but, her hand erupted into a blaze of flame. She smiled a bit as it extinguished, "You just need to say the words and they must be spoken clearly and with focus,"

Roku took a few steps back and slid on her Arcane gloves, She smiled calmly before pointing at Joshua, "Ice, project, bullet, pirece," A large shard of Ice suddenly formed and flew towards Joshua whilst Roku did a back slide and reached into her bag pulling out her staff. "Combat situations are far better teachers... After all what better motivation is there then to keep breathing?" A set of words began to form around her as she began to prepare a larger more destructive spell.

Orlando was about to reply to Roku about memories that she would not like, but after seeing the color return back to her face amidst a smile, he figured that he should let her have fun instead of sullying the mood. He grinned slightly she and Joshua entered a magical exercise in an attempt to teach Joshua how to use magic. So he figured that he would converse with his other side while the two of them were practicing. Orlando walked over to the wall on a curved portion and then sat with his back against the wall and his legs positioned forwards and began to call out to this new person. ~Hey, I know you're there, come on, speak to me, I want to talk with you.~ No response was given as he soon realized that his other side would only talk when it wanted to talk. Undeterred, but with a worried look on his face, he then pulled out the woodworking project he had been carving in downtime over the past few days, when he had free time that was. The only progress that had been made, however, was that all the bark had been stripped off to reveal the wood beneath. So Orlando began to whittle away with a face of doubt and uncertainty along with an aura of worry surrounding him.
