Simon walks over and laughs. "It's pretty outside!"

"I'll be seeing you both later," says Balaa, giving you a lick on the head.

"Bye mommy" Danielle said licking her mom back her normal perk returning some. "How do I make him better?"

"I'll let you decide how, but work on making him stronger, okay?"

"What do you want to do, Danielle?"

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Is it ok if we go hunting for little pidgeys? Simon has type advantage." She asked thinking that would be good for training.

 

[JessieSune]

"Sure. Just make sure you keep the cave within sight, alright?" And with that, Balaa walks into the woods.

"Sounds like fun!" says Simon excitedly. "Let's go!"

Her heart fluttered when her mom left, but she remained calmer than previously, Simon was there and she hung on to that. "O...ok!" She led the way, knowing she was stronger,, but she kept rather close to Simon.

He follows dutifully and excitedly, bouncing around and laughing. It's very cute...if not all that professional.

"Do you see any Pidgey to battle?"

"Not yet." she said Using her eyes and powers to find one small enough for them. "What kind of moves do you know?"

 

[JessieSune]

"Uh...Tackle...Thundershock...Tail Whip...and...I think that's it," he blushes. "Not very good, but I'm trying to learn more!"

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Thundershock is awesome! I wish I could shoot lightning, I don't know any fire type moves yet..." She replied, wishing she had something cool.

 

[JessieSune]

"Don't be so hard on yourself. I'm not very good at Thundershock anyway -- I usually hurt myself when I use it." He blushes. "Besides, you can make yourself run faster just by thinking!"

 

[AmethystRoze]

"Oh well mommy said it's not good to compare anyway." she said in a normal cheery tone. Then her ears twitched. "I think I heard something."

 

[JessieSune]

He perks up, straining his pointy ears to see if he can catch it.

"Oh, I hear it too! What is it, do you think?"

 

[AmethystRoze]

"I don't know mommy hasn't taken me out hunting all that much." She strained her ears and powers.

 

[JessieSune]

Sure enough, it's a Taillow. You can tell before him

"Oh! it's a tailow!" She said excitedly but not loud enough to be heard. She was excited thos were near the bottom of the food chain.

"Tailow? Where?" His ears perk in just about every direction.

"Like forty feet away from us, over there." She indicated. i hope it's weak.

"What do I do?" he asks in a whisper.

 

[AmethystRoze]

I would like you to train him. Her mom's voice rang in her head. "Can you thundershock it?" She asked forgetting about the pain he mentioned earlier

 

[JessieSune]

"Um, I think so...lemme try..."

He aims where he thinks the bird Pokemon should be, and sparks a small bolt of lightning, which also knocks him off his feet.

"Did I hit it?" he asks, a little dizzy looking.

Squawking from a distance seems to answer his question.

"Yeah you hit it!" She says delighted. She walked closer to the bird wondering of she could finish it off.

 

[JessieSune]

No such luck. Tailow is back on its feet, and now its angry. It searches for its attacker, then takes off into the air, preparing a Wing Attack with which to clobber the hapless mouse Pokemon. He hasn't gotten back on his feet yet and is unaware of his danger.

"Quick get up and run!" She half warned half manipulated. She panicked a little, not wanting her friend to get hurt.
