Birdsie
The God-Emperor of Mankind
[QUOTE="Battle Sister May]
Name: Alesia Saltzpyre
Gender: Female
Age: 24
Race: Human
Class: Witch Huntress
Personality: Alesia is extremely calm and collected, sometimes to the point some can consider her attitude to be rather cold and dismissive. But, behind her mask, she shares a common trait along her fellow hunters, a deep hatred and disdain for chaos, sorcerers, and magic in general, believing it to be a foul tool of corruption.
Backstory: Alesia was born to a blacksmith and a seamstress. She was a healthy girl full of life and laughter, who loved to help her mother, watch her father working metal, and eat winter berry tarts. But of course, as is with such stories, the happy times came to an end. The beastmen came, and laid the little farm village to the ground, killing those who tried to fight, and capturing those who tried to run. The little village knew peace no more, when the creatures settled on their lands, to offer the prisoners to the dark gods and sanctify the earth with innocent blood.
Alesia had witnessed it all. How her father fell in the village's defence, how her mother was tied and... Well, it was horrible, and took a heavy toll on her young mind. Only the children durvived the initial slaughter of their villagemen and loved ones, and they grew thinner by the day, as the horned beasts found their shelters and hiding spots. The little supplies they had were coming to an end, and they were thirsty.
They left under cover of the night, when the beasts were much to busy sacrificing their offerings. They were all that was left, eight children out of twenty, eight villagers out of sixty, ranging from 8 years old to 15.
This was something she would never forget. How cruel people were to the helpless refugees, how the beastmen balled and screeched behind their backs as they ran.
This experience was what made her join the Hunters, so that it would never happen to those under her charge. But if it is that, or her wish for vengeance on what happened to her homestead, she isn't exactly sure.
Appearance:
Weapons\Armor: Standard witch hunter equipment, with sword, and blunderbuss. Light metal armour worn beneath and over her uniform.
Items: A holy book, rations, an iron cross, and a canteen with water.
Known Magic: None.
