Now that you brought this up:
How do characters handle spirits? I mean, Ess 5+ Exalts oughta be Small Gods in their own right. How do the courts or other spirits deal with them?
It would be interesting if a Solar of considerable power could gain access into Yu-Shan to attend to a Spirit...
Seriously though, has anyone EVER played a game for characters past Ess 5? How did you handle the raw power of the chars? I mean, we are currently at Ess 5 and about 350xp average and we are pretty much engines of shiny utter destruction!
Sorry about the 10 years, that was a typo...
So, I've been wondering: Exalted has been aroud for a while and I am sure many of you (either In or out of Character) may have wondered
"Hey Mr. Owl, what happens past Ess 5?"
I;ve been actually thinking that Exalted might need a book (official or fanmade) that portrays powerful exalted of...
Two Lintha Ships sail towards our own. No sails whatsoever on them, my inquisitive Twilight sends his bound Hekata to stall them.
2 Huge beasts that obviously dragged the ships popm out and eat them.
Twilight: Shiiiiiit.
Dawn: My turn.
So the Dawn mounts his flying horsie-unicorn and...
So, let's recap:
A cast consisting of an imperfect Circle (mixed celestails mostly), let's say 3. They are alla conflicting personalities, each with his own agenda. Probably a Solar, a Lunar and a Sidereal. Thus, every side has its say. We have a moirally gray conflict.
A secondary main...
Actually, every idea in the anime sources of exalted has or will be soon covered by another anime in a wider or better fashion. My point is, what would you like to see in it?
I think that the anime would kick ass if it shifted among the views of all exalts, not JUST Solars.
No, this isn't a thread about which anime should i watch to understand exalted, or which anime is more exalted than the others out there.
It's about this: let's say that WW decides to make an anime on exalted. What would you like to see in it? (features, events, characters, plot whatever)...
I was thinking that, since 2e emphasizes so much on cinematic battles, maybe we could all chip in with ideas on cinematic battles and a few mechanics suggestions on making them work, for all the STs out there who want to give their battles some flair!
So, here's the deal:
My character works incognito for the Guild in Halta. He is a Twilight Solar and has grown quite powerful. His style is kinda gangsta and he mostly deals in drugs and owns his own nightclub.
I'm looking for a badass exalted rapper name.
Help
I wish the S&S system crawls into some really dark hole at the edge of the univaerse and dies...
I mean it's so damn stupid. You can't get the whole picture, the WW boys deny its inapplicability and space is wasted on forums just to get a glipmse of it.
All the points are logical enough, but could anything be actually completed in the area of scientific innovation WITHOUT Autocthon;s intyervention? The way I see it, Creation is fuckeds whether he comes back or not. I mean, he comes up, all hell breaks loose. He stays away and the world is left...
Hm, then how about customizing it? I never said ridding of essence techniques, but advancing in a scientific level, for example by advances in machinery, the use of complex engines that could be used as factories. Jakk's ideas are nice but they are more like looking at RY 2525, while I try to...
What I was actually talking about is if, in your opinion, can MagiTech be actually not overcome, but evolve into something else. Apparently, its exclusive availability to the Exalts has led it to a standpoint. The secrets of the First Age wonders (at least according to what we've seen up to now...
So I was thinking, after noticing that Exalted has actually made a whole-hearted attempt to breathe life into a fantasy world (unlike the eternal Medieval happy fields of Forgotten Realms):
Does technology advance? Can it actually advance into something else? Apparently the TRhaumaturgical...
A shadowland isn't a global Realm of the dead. It will contain th dead of the designated area but not everyone who dies. But what about the cycles of Reincarnartion. Van it actually ber incorporated and how?
Stillborn, the Charm is cool but it is not exactly the key. See, I want to create a...
So I'm back with one more plan to shake the Pillars of Heaven, born of a lonely and cold afternoon...
Anyway, so here's the deal: Our Circle has gone through the Labyrinth and encountered all the horrors there. My Twilight, who recently came in posession of Solar Circle Sorcery (and will soon...
Three miles of railroad steel, depending on gauge and strength, would weigh around 528,000 lbs. Â I think I would require a bit more than three successes on a Wyld-Shaping Roll, just for the mass alone. Â Even if you get it, how are you going to move it from the Wyld to where you want to build...
