"well no one has came to rip out my heart yet" he looked at the god "Why don't you do it" his voice echoed through the man's skull,"why don't you just kill me you know you want to" he said his powers attempting to coax the man into doing Bragi's bidding

Even with his head laying back against the wall, it was clear that his eyebrows were raised in amusement... "That's cute kid. Not even the fates can tell me what to do, your cute little words don't even register. I did say that I was the god of unlikely chance right? Those brilliant things that happen when it really should not have? That's me. I was making a joke by the way... When I asked, what were the chances they did not hear you - They did not. I did not let them." He snickered for a moment. "Your life is fucked, I get it. Most of us are. We have done horrible things, and we might justify it any way we want. You just took a bit too much joy out of it, and the others like to pretend to feel better than you. Heck even I did it. Its difficult. Civility is a relatively new thing... And as you especially should know - Old dogs and new tricks. They don't often fit together. Yea I wanted to Punch your face in... but not doing so... well, It's nice to try and pretend I am improving." He smiled at the boy, and ruffled his hair once more.

A text from William to Hitch.

"If you aren't too busy, whenever you have any time I would much appreciate a meeting with you to discuss a..."business" proposal. As a technology god I suppose you may just prefer such ways of communication such as email, but being a person who prefers parleys of a more civil and traditional manner, I hope you will join me for tea or something similar. -William"

Hitch peered at the phone.

[ Tomorrow - Afternoon tea in Palm Court, the Ritz Hotel, London - Formal dress. Refer to Magnusson]

He sighed and continued his work.

Bragi sighed and reluctantly leaned into the mans touch releasing what sounded like a purr "stupid animal god side effects" he mumbled still leaning into the mans touch "why couldn't i be.." he stopped talking and pulled something out his pocket. it was the ocarina used to control him but he didn't know that" what the heck is this thing" he handed it to the man wondering if he knew what the strange instrument was.

(Sorry, I have to run for a bit - back in a few hours)

"No! Stop Jeremy! I don't want to! No Jeremy! Please stop!"

She yelled as she struggled against the strong boy's grap. He was making unwanted sexual advances against her. He was about to sexually assault her. He was tall, muscular and strong. She was short, skinny and not very strong. This was an attack that she was very unlikely to leave unscathed.
Will had gone out hunting for wild pig, but instead he came across a different sort of swine. He held a gun to her head threatening her. Will sent her a telepathic message. She had an idea now. With careful maneuvering she managed to get him to momentarily turn his gun away from her for brief moment. She smacked at the gun and grabbed it from him. She threatened him with it and he ignored her threats, coming closer. She couldn't muster the courage to shoot. But Will could....

Right through the neck. The lady gets scared as she sees her attacker slump down to the ground, blood spurting from a rather sensitive part of his neck. Arrow sticking out of him as the life leaks out of him. She looks about wildly but catches sight of no one. Will had done his duty. He simply left right after. The police would eventually show up and all would be fixed.

"It seems to be an instrument of sorts. A blowing one at that... Unfortunately I am not very familiar with these things." He took it and waved it next to his ear for a moment. "I can tell however that it is magical. I wonder what it's function could be." Fausto looked at the thing for a few more seconds before handing it back to Bragi. "Perhaps you can try and find out... I am not sure what your chances are of finding someone though... but you can always try your luck." He smiled at Bragi again. By now he was almost a hundred percent certain that the boy was not lying to him. The idea frightened and saddened him a bit. He was going to have a hard future.

(Magical irregular time spell)

Hitch was sitting in his favorite spot, the sun was shining through the window to his left, illuminating the fine China. His tea, which had been waiting for him on the table when he arrived, was still steaming. He took a moment to enjoy the quiet chatter and the warmth of the cup against the tips of his fingers. After taking a deep breath he took out an old copy of a Tale of Two Cities, and started from the front. He had long ago memorized it, but the action of going through the motions itself relaxed him. There he waited for Will.

@Almosegosum

It was nearly time to meet Hitch. The thought of dressing up in such proper, formal, fancy, rich white man's clothes that were impractical was anathema to a Will. But business is business. He was to show up to meet Hitch with the clothes of polite society on. Properly groomed, styled and dressed he discreetly teleported to an unwatched place in the building. Palm court, The Ritz hotel. London England. The Brittish Empire, his constant mortal enemy in the past. They never did pay reparations to my people. I'm in the land of the enemy. He steps out of the shadows looking for someone who looked like they could be helpful.

He was OKAY with a Brittish accent. He's had to integrate into Brittish culture because they had forced him to back during the colonial days.

"Excuse Sir, would you be so kind as to point me in the direction of a 'Magnusson'? Any help would be much appreciated." He said quite charmingly. Ugh. Ew. I hate this fake politeness culture these waschicu have.

Hitch sensed His approach and gave a quiet signal to bring fresh tea. When Will was seated, Hitch peered over the book at him for a moment, appraising his attire, and his obvious discomfort. He softly closed his book and sipped at his tea. "Politeness, etiquette. These are the things we subject ourselves to, in order to enjoy our reserved civility, and the comforts that come with it. Note, I mean not that it is superior in any way, to any other style of living... but rather one that I am accustomed to. One which I enjoy. (He nodded to Will's suit.) I appreciate the effort." Placing down his empty cup, the waiter seemingly having anticipated this -arrived with a fresh pot and a tray of breakfast confectioneries. Hitch directed an open palm to the table, in an obvious display of - enjoy.

Will took a napkin from the table and put it on his lap as he had been instructed by his Brittish etiquette enforcers. He ate very properly, no mess, and excruciatingly slow.

These folks have a thing for bossing people around and telling them how to eat. How fast you can do it, special forks, how to sit. It's all so disgustingly demanding. My people care for one fork for everything. We aren't messy eaters, we use napkins, we're pretty nice in that respect. We don't laugh with food in our mouths like the stereotypes say. But we eat however fast we want. We sit how we want. We talk about whatever topic we want. Politeness is different for us. We have one fork. We put our elbows on the table, boohoo. Yeah we're different, but like, did you DIE though? The first thanksgiving was a DISASTER. The Brittish could do nothing but ask rude questions like how many people we scalped that day and why our skin wasn't painted red and stuff like that. Then everybody else dropped dead from the poisoned drinks they served us.

He drank his tea without caution seeing as he had long before the meeting spelled himself against poisons.

"Allowed me a tiny moment to be very blunt, if you will please." He began.

"I am completely and fully aware of your complete and utter distaste for my very existence" he said. Somehow he managed to say this and sound blunt but also quite polite for such a statement. His words held no anger. No anything but just a simple statement.

Hitch smirked at his general direction, while his eyes were directed to the curiously sunny street outside. "Who said I hate I you? I find what you do foreign, but interesting nonetheless. This does not make you unique in any way though... I find most things interesting to some degree. I guess, one could say, I am therefore equally ambivalent towards everything as well. I do however, doubt we will ever be 'friends'  - partly because I find the sentiment to rather lacking in authenticity, and while we might share some interests, we approach them from entirely different angles." Still looking at the people, Hitch sipped his tea, seemingly deep in thought.

"Interesting mindset you have there. Nay, I never meant hate. Hate is very strong. Considering I have done you no evil, I would think hate would be unwarranted. It's just that MOST gods do find me rather distasteful you see. I had expected you to have their same mindset. They very much dislike me due to my general refusal to act within the mainstream social norms. I have been looked upon as evil by most humans and other gods. They look down upon me for my ruthlessness towards enemies and other such things. And yet they forget their own deplorable actions rather conveniently in order to hypocritically feel justified in condemning my own actions. They say I am evil but forget that the famous Abraham Lincoln was my version of the Christian messiah Jesus Christ. He freed the slaves acting under MY direction. I have done more good actions than any other god I know. All these other folks seem only to care for themselves and even hurt innocent humans at times. And yet these hypocrites still treat me like they do Satan." He explained.

Tea. I don't particularly like the stuff. It is good for the Immunity I'll give it that. But it is bitter and hot. Kind of like me haha. He thought. Though he gave no sign that would betray his thoughts.

About halfway through his speaking, Hitch seemed to flick his eyes towards Will and give him his full attention. The action clearly showed that he was not completely there before. When mentioning the Famous President, Hitch leaned back and smirked slightly. "One can hardly blame them though. How could something ever changing hope to retain what it was, in the prospect of forever? Do you lose yourself in a thousand years? two thousand? A million? And then, even more so... what would you become instead?" Hitch shook his head quietly for a moment, before placing his empty cup down and folding his hands together under his nose. "You wanted to talk business then...?"

@Almosegosum

"Yes indeed. Business." He said with a smile.

"As I have already guessed, you may have grown quite tired of other deities constantly coming to you for information, in order to advance their own selfish and conniving agenda. Seeing as you are a god who deals in information, I suppose you are constantly bombarded with those sorts of hasslings, do I assume this correctly?"

Hitch frowned at Will for a moment... He doubted that he would have aligned with Nox, but he could not be sure. His face relaxed again. "I give information, to some - not all. And when I do, I make sure it aids me in turn. I would have thought you knew me better though... do you think I would suffer the attentions of a fool and their inquiries for any longer than utterly necessary? Nevertheless,  I would hear what you have planned."  Hitch stared at Will from over his folded hands, his face remaining impassive.

@Almosegosum

"Name a price." He said simply.

"What would you like from me? Money? I can get that. I hear you gain power through people on the internet. I can have that arranged. I save lives. People can't be on the internet if they are dead. I have helped the poor and disadvantaged gain acess to the internet before. I find the internet quite a useful tool for getting out of poverty. We have been helping each other out before we even met. We've been allies without even knowing it. Name a price and I plan to meet it. I want to know everything you can tell me about the gods here. Everything you have witnessed before my arrival here on Olympus. There are certain gods I am rather suspicious of, concerning the rumors about them. They seem like they could be dangerous to me and my humans. There's a certain goddess of the void for example, whom I dare not name directly. She's up to something. I don't know what but rumor has it that it is rather manipulative and creepy."

Hitch frowned again. Curious. His concerns where very similar to that of His own. "You can not offer me anything, at least not anything physical. I make hundreds of billions a year through a hundred different businesses and I have to push it all back into governments and charities in order to not destabilize nations and continents. As for people... I think I have more than enough. Every year I grow by factors of ten. The only things I deal in are information, and if not that - power. You can offer me the second I think. My means are often, quite clinical. Hyper effective but often too subtle to leave any long lasting impressions. I would offer you information, in return for a favor - now and then.  If only to get the point across." He was pouring himself another cup, methodically stirring the sugar lumps, in an intricate pattern that was almost impossible to follow, yet was clearly there.

@Almosegosum

Will smirked.

"Power and favors? I think that is manageable at least as far as it has been presented. You certainly wouldn't be lacking for any power with someone such as I. Name any disaster a god could throw at me and most of the times, you will find that I will be able to prevail. Ever heard of Hiroshima? A certain god once was angry at me and threw that disaster my way. After he failed to kill me the first time, he tried again at Nagasaki. I have enough power to survive both of those nuclear blasts. I do hope though, that you won't ask me to do anything to morally iffy. I don't kill for fun, for example. If I kill someone it must be for the greater good, not for fun. I do it when there is no other option. If you had asked me to kill hitler for example, that I would have agreed to. But for fun and no good reason? no way."

Ilim walked. He did a lot of that nowadays it seemed. When he wasn't walking, he was running and when he wasn't running, he was portaling. There was barely any time for actually sitting down and looking at Amanda's progress for himself. A lot of things were happening right now and these things would only increase in frequency as Nox continued with her plan. Whatever that was... There was something... something he remembered... a large, ever-hungering...thing... he was sure Nox was connected to it somehow. Mir would've known. Mir always knew. Davra might have known as well, but she never left her tower.

Ah, but he was walking. It was stimulating, helped him think and there was a lot of thinking as well.

For example, Jamie. Ilim had seen the boy's capabilities as a fighter now. Nox had given him too much, too quickly, like all her other worshippers. But he was Amanda's friend and the thought of having to deal with a child made him queasy. All he could do was watch and wait and it was slowly driving him insane. In a sudden fit of rage he ignited a nearby plant in a pot. He looked at it as it burned, drying out and turning to ash until only scorched earth remained. This was ridiculous. A grown god taking out his aggressions on a defenseless plant. Somewhere in the universe a star went supernova, devouring an entire civilization. From its fragments new stars would be made, and new life would arise.

Ilim sometimes wondered if it wasn't time to leave Earth and return to the universe. Find some other species on the verge of sapience and give them a chance to become more. He had done it before.

But most species he gave the gift of fire died out in some way or another, be it war, pollution, disease or just bad luck. Humans hadn't yet. He had to stay. He had to know where they would go and what limits they could break. Besides, no other gods had ever shown as much interest in a mortal race as they did humans. It was almost a bit concerning.

Yet, he supposed there would be other gods and goddesses out there, ruling over their own worlds and receiving prayers from their own worshippers. It could be nice to go meet them.

But he had promised Munashe. He had promised her to try to understand humans and all their quirks and flaws. He liked to think he understood humans more than most primordials at the very least. Davra would find them too ephemeral and Mir would find them too small. Ilim himself found them too cold, but that didn't hinder any sort of understanding. Nox probably found them too pathetic not to be coddled like incompetent children, or maybe lovably stupid pets.

He would keep trying for Munashe's sake. He had to do that at least. He walked under an arch and out of the corner of his eye a shape shifted, sighed and dissolved.

((Here's some more liquor for Nox's cabinet, @Delacare. I felt I didn't have time to initiate any RP session so I just wrote a thought post. We'll see what happens tomorrow.))

@Almosegosum

Will smirked.

Hitch smiled - "Nothing untoward I assure you... (He grinned even more as the entirety of the worlds nuclear codes flashed through his mind, as well as the locations. He was not lacking for power in that sense... It was the skills and means to kill, or at least subdue gods that eluded him - even after all of his research) I merely require you to, when someone might think it wise to interfere with my goals, which I assure you would never be anything that nefarious in turn - convey to them my ire, should I be unable to inspire it on my own."

Aarus the sea god

Bragi god of poetry and Animals

((imagine his theme song playing as this happens )) The waves crashed onto the beaches of Olympus violently, near the shore a small funnel of water could be seen almost like a mini hurricane was forming but in the center of it stood a man with flowing silver hair, wearing all blue and holding a brilliant gold trident "Long time no see Olympus" the man said before walking forward the hurricane following. Once he reached shore the hurricane opened and allowed him to walk out, as soon as the man stepped out the water fell and the waves calmed themselves "alright lets see what gods we can find" a smirk crawled on his lips as he teleported to a random hall in Olympus begging to walk around. ((Open for interaction ))

Bragi reached to grab the ocarina from the man but as soon as he touched it he received a vision. " Loki use this to control him, with this he will follow your every command but their is a certain song for each command in time you will come to learn these songs" Bragi blinked rapidly and threw the ocarina across the room "i-it can control me" he said looking at the man in fright

Will smirked at the prospect. "Easy enough. I'm not a god of fear but even Yahweh is scared of me." He said with a wicked smile.

"I agree to your request. Unless there is anything else that needs to be said, I should best be on my way before I overstay my welcome here." Wiiliam got up from his seat robotically. Very gracefully and proper. Just like the classic days of polite English classical civility.
