Kanin focused and changed back into a human sitting on Nox's lap "t-thank you w-what was that, i don't like that i want it to stop" his voice echoed when he said stop and the limo came to a halt showing the driver had heard his command "w-why did we stop i thought we were going to the restaurant" his voice echoed again and the driver started driving. he curled up more into Nox's lap "w-whats happening to me"


Lyker cringed when he heard Nox's voice "great she was watching, stalker" he mumbled and rolled over placing a arm over will's stomach "that was fun" he said simply curling onto the man more

Nox stepped out of the limo with Bragi in tow. She never let go of his hand. They walked into the bistro and we're given a private table on the second floor.

Bragi sat at the table fidgeting with sleeve "c-can i have water" his voice echoed and the waiter took off at full sprint and returned with a pitcher of water "t-thank you" he looked at Nox helplessly as he wiped his tears "s-so you can teach me to use my powers so things like.." he pointed at the waiter "that don't happen and me changing into a cat doesn't happen" he asked her pulling a pair of glasses out his pocket and putting them on moving his hair away from his eyes, he usually wore contacts but he completely forgot about them. "c-can you tell me more about who i am?"

"I must tell you truthfully that I don't know everything about your past. I was...absent during much of your youth, but I do know the actions that led to your current predicament. A few thousand years ago, you used your powers to convince a god to kill another god.  He was banished. You committed a couple other "distasteful" actions and became bound to the banished god as a fox. Recently, you were released and tried to cause problems again and was again subdued, violently. This lead to your amnesia. Now, here you are with me." Nox picked up her glass and sipped her wine.

"Why are you screaming?" Hitch walked over to her, watching her for only a moment before flicking his wrist, sending her into a sleep. He peered at the phone, now pinned under her face to the desk. "First let's work on calling up your powers intentionally. Call that waiter over here and make him dance. So not address him directly, though." She motioned to the waiter standing next to the cute waiter playing googly eyes with Bragi. She had a sneaking suspicion of which waiter would actually end up walking over.

he focused and his eyes turned slightly green "Dance" he commanded his voice echoing through the waiters brain as she started dancing on the cute waiter "oh hell no, pour water on your self and act like a fish" his voice echoed again and the and the man did as he commanded pouring a pitcher of water over his head and then flopping on the ground like a fish out of water" Bragi laughed "um excuse me waiter" he said raising his hand and the cute waiter started to walk over "was that good enough Nox?" he asked hoping he had done good

"You made that waiter dance then flop around like a fish while calling for the waiter that took your fancy, using mundane means." Nox waved the cute waiter away.


"Bragi I told you that gods are power. When you exert your will, it isn't some magic spell being cast, it is just that, your will being manifested. If you cannot control yourself, how could you hope to control the way you affect others? Now, release that waiter."

Bragi looked at her sniffling and then turned to the man "go do your job down stairs" his voice echoed and the waiter quickly ran down the stairs, Bragi gave a small smile and ate the rest of his food like a starved animal "w-whats next Nox" he asked ready to try and master his powers and put them to use

Hitch looked at the screen, before sighing. Perhaps it would just be faster to just speak to her in person. He teleported to her, his eyes closed as he began to talk, ignoring the chatter that was going on when he showed up. "What do you want Nox? I can not re-create memories, I would have to have been inside of them in order to have a copy, and at the moment I only have the memories of three gods... none of which I am particularly fond..." Hitch opened his eyes and looked at the scene in front of him. Was that... the fox? Hitch scowled at the boy before looking over at Nox. "What is going on here Nox? I'd have thought you would have better taste than to associate with those so obviously... lesser than. Especially one so beastly."

"Let's work on your impulse control next. Finish your salad, so we can leave. We need to go somewhere more... provocative for your next lesson." Nox was about to say more when Hitch barged in.

"Surprisingly bold words coming from a former mortal. Sit down." She snapped at him, as the waiter pulled out a chair for him.


"I didn't call you to hear your opinion on anything. I called to ask if you had Bragi's memories on file. I will be taking responsibility for him, and, unlike his good-for-nothing father, I will be teaching him to respect the world he lives in. Now, is Bragi one of the three Gods' memories you have copies of, or not?"

"I don't know what you're talking about. I didn't do anything. You're the one who got rid of the monster and shot fire and made shadow arrows and, saved me. All I did was hide, like I always do." Jamie looked down at his clasped hands, then looked up sadly, cue puppy dog eyes.

There was one thing Amanda still believed. Jamie was a horrible liar. 


"Wait, you don't remember all those shadow things you did? Huh, I don't know how to make shadow arrows or such. I'm just a beginner in all this. I wouldn't even have been able to banish that thing like I did if I didn't have this book." She put the dictionary in her backpack. "We really have to talk about this."


Meanwhile in Ilim's pool chamber, two angels watched nervously. The third was calm.


"Should we have told him?", asked Ocula. She was a Watcher, and her kind has served the gods for 600 million years. She was made only a few hours ago.


"It'll be fine. Our lord was busy and he is kind, he'll understand that we didn't want to bother him. Besides, they managed.", said Barthus. He is a Stoker, and his kind has served Ilim as shock troops since the Divine Wars, thirty thousand years ago. He was one of the first made.


"Yes, but will he see it as failure to not have told him? He said to tell him whenever something interesting happened. Our lord does not accept failure among his servants.", said Aradocus. He is a Spark, and his kind is the oldest type of angel in the universe, being conceived a mere thousand years after the Dawn of Time. He is comparably young, only ten million years old.


"We'll tell him now.", said Barthus. "He'll be happy now that we know what the boy can do."


Ilim entered. 


"What news?", he asks.


"A demon attacked your ward, milord. But she fought it off and banished it with the help of Nox's ward.", said Ocula.


"I know, I sent it.", he admitted.


"WHAT?", the angels were shocked.


"I need her strong. Something is coming and the whole universe is shivering in anticipation. The demon was a quick way to get her a dictionary, which she needs."


"Milord, if I may. You are not usually this pragmatic.", said Aradocus.


"Perhaps I am afraid as well. Rest assured, I would have saved her if it came close to killing her. But Nox's ward is a good fighter. I can't deny that. Keep up the good work. I have a demon to remove."


Ilim left.


"See, you were worrying for nothing.", said Barthus.


"Yes, but now I am worrying for Our Lord.", said Aradocus.


The others agreed.

Bragi stared at his salad slowly eating it trying not to get in the conversation, the god and the goddess scared him, they knew how to use their powers and he didn't "h-hi" he said towards Hitch with a small wave then went back to eating the salad slowly

"That'd be £24, except children must be accompanied by an adult. Where's yours?"


Amanda froze and her smile died. Well, that was a sad end to their journey.


((His loss to Nox shook him a great deal. He doesn't know what she's planning or if it's even connected to his prophetic jitters. At first he just wanted Amanda to reach her fullest potential, now he thinks that might be necessary in order to save the world. BTW, goddamn this RP making me look up the gate prices for entry into the Tower of London.))

Jamie stepped out from behind Amanda so that the guy could see him.


"Hey Louis, can we go in and see the birds, please?" He asked timidly and smiled cutely.


"Well, if it isn't little Jamie! I haven't seen you in a few weeks. The birds missed you, Bluejay. Go on in." Louis leaned over the counter and ruffled Jamie's hair.


"Th-thanks. Come on Mandy." Jamie took her hand and dragged her past the gate, in through a restricted area door.
