Realistic or Modern Washington High School: Student Chronicles

Zori looked up at Regan and smiled widely. "Aww, thanks Regan! Such a nice person!" He said happily, following her out of the class. "It looks like everyone is about to be dismissed for the day so they might be leaving." He said as they walked.

"I am not a nice person" she warned, laughing a little. Regan stopped walking then looked over the courtyard, standing on her toes to see as much as she could. "I can't see them. Do you see anything?" she asked since Zori was taller than her anyway.

Alex chuckled lightly, stumbling again. He stuffed his hands into his pocket and pulled out his keys. They glinted gold, with a few dangling key chains. One being a silver dog tag with Alex's full name engraved, and a purple kitten beside it.

He handed his keys to Solana, leaning against his car.

"I think I'll be able to handle you if you aren't nice." Zori said with a small chuckle as he followed her outside. He craned his neck to look around before pointing. "Over there by I'm guessing Alex's car. Geez, he does not look good at all."

Solana took the keys, unlocking the door. She bit her lip in nervousness as she glanced up at him. She opened the door for him and helped him sit in the front passenger seat. "Slowly Alex, slowly..."

"Solana!" Zori yelled, guiding Regan over to them. "Alex!"

Alex slowly got in his car, he looks up at her. "Wow, I get visitors already?" He joked, clicking his seat belt on. He looked up at Solana, "I wonder if they'll pamper me too." He chuckles, teasing Solana even though he was in pain

Solana smiled weakly at him and his joke. Not really thinking, she reached out, caressing his cheek softly.

"Poor thing..." She mumbled before looking up at her friends. She smiled at them, waving them over.

"There they are." Zori said, smiling.

Regan followed Zori to Alex's car then gasped when she saw the condition Alex was in. "What happened to you?" she asked him. "You okay?" Regan looked at Solana and gave her a small smile.

Alex blushed darkly, her hand against his cold cheek made his heart flutterror heavily, "Oh, yes." He chuckled, "Care for me." He whined softly, puffing out his lower lip. Alex smirked, and leaned against the seat, gazing up at Solana. Even though it hurt to blink due to his swollen cheekbone, she looked beautiful.

Alex snapped back to reality when Regan gasped. "I.. can't really remember.. I remember being grabbed and brought into a large group fight.. I was hit with a rock and then... nothing."

Solana blushed at his whine, pulling away as she looked up at Regan, sending the girl a smile. She looked back down at Alex with a frown before looking up at the other two. "I'm taking him to my house so I can get him patched up." She said. "You are both most certainly welcome to come."

Zori nodded. "Yeah sure. I have my car and I'll drive it over there." He looked down at Regan. "Want to go or would you like for me to drop you off at your house?"

Solana shut the door for Alex before walking to the other side and climbing in. Zori already knew her address so she wouldn't have to worry about having him follow her.

"I wanna go with you guys" Regan said, shifting the bag on her shoulder. Regan didn't really want to go back to her house since it would just make her stressed out even more. She waited for Zori to start walking back to his car.

Zori nodded, turning around. "Alright, come on." He said, glancing back at her as he made his way over to his own car. Unlocking the doors he threw Solana and Alex's bags into the back seat, instructing Regan to do the same before getting into the driver's seat and starting the car up.

Solana pulled out of the parking spot and drove away from the school towards her house.

Alex sighed, closing his eyes. He lett himself drift into an uneasy slumber. His head was sore, and the hurt to open his eyes. He exhaled heavily as he began to fall asleep, exhausted from pain.

Regan threw their bags in the back also, getting in the passenger seat and looking at Zori. "Alex didn't look good at all. A lot of shit happened today" she said with a sigh as she sank back in the seat.

Solana glanced over at Alex with a small frown. She turned back to looking at the street, speeding up just a bit more. It only took her about five minutes to finally reach her small two story home. Pulling the car into the driveway, she parked it, sighing as she looked over at him. Shutting the car off, she opened her door, climbing out before making her way to his, opening it, she began to shake him gently. "Alex... Alex, you have to wake up now."

Zori glanced over at Regan and nodded as he pulled out of the school and onto the main road. "Nope, he sure didn't. He looked really fucked up." He agreed with a nod. "You are also right about that. A lot has happened today. Today has just been a crazy day... Too much happening. I'm going to be knocked out when I go to bed with no problems."

Alex's eyes flutter open, he unbuckles himself and slowly gets out of the car. He leans on her slightly, "after you pamper me and make me pretty again, can I sleep?" He smirked his usual devilish smirk, despite being bruised and still slightly bloody he had charm. "If you don't mind." Alex lives alone with his sister, after their parents moved back to Italy.

Regan nodded her head slowly. She thought how Zori was being a really good friend for helping her out with everything happening today. It was different for Regan because she's never had friends this close before. "Hey, Zori." Regan turned her head to look at him. "This whole money thing with Butch...it's our little secret okay?" Regan didn't want Solana and Alex to know about it or anyone else for that matter.

Solana wrapped her arms around his waist, making a small noise as he leaned against her. She glanced up at him and rolled her eyes as a small blush came to her face at seeing his smirk. Even bruised up he could still pull off that look.

"Yes Alex," She sighed. "I'll fix you up and you can sleep." She said, guiding him to the front door. She unlocked it before helping him inside, leaving it open since she knew Zori would be there soon. "Just have to make it through getting fixed."

Zori had been humming a small tune to himself as he drove, not really thinking anything too serious. He'd enjoyed his day with Regan despite everything that'd happened. "Hm?" He mumbled when she said his name. He glanced at her, listening to her question and nodded his head. "Certainly Regan. It's our secret. No one else can know." He said, shooting her a small smile. He pulled up to the house, pulling into the driveway.

"Thanks" Regan said, smiling back at him. When the car came to a stop she got out and waited for Zori so that they could walk in together. It would have been rude if Regan just walked in by herself, especially since she's never been to Solana's house before. From the outside it looked pretty nice in her opinion. "This is a good looking house" Regan muttered to no on in particular. "So I'm guessing you've been here before?"

Alex sways slightly, "oh, please be gentle with me." He says in a playful voice. He squeezes her shoulder gently, "I am feeling better, Ana." He wasn't as dizzy, and his head wasn't hurting as bad. He hears car doors shut, "sounds like my visitors are here!"

Zori nodded, sending her a small smile as he climbed out the car himself. "It's a nice looking house, yes." He said with a shrug, scratching the back of his neck. "Yeah, I've been here before. I've been here plenty of times. Close family friends. Though the way we act in school, you wouldn't know." He said with a small chuckle, guiding Regan over to the door. He opened it up. "We're here."

Solana looked up, nodding at Zori before turning o look up at Alex when he squeezed her shoulder. "You might be feeling better but I'm still worried about you Alex." Solana said softly. She guided him over to her bathroom, sitting him down on the closed toilet. She bent down, rummaging through the small cabinet to grab the med kit.

Alex sits on the closed toilet, watching Solana, looking up at her. "Wow. .." He mutters, running his fingers through his coal black hair. He gazes up at her, his dark eyes sparkling with something else.

Regan smiled at Solana then looked around at the house. Regan thought it was a nice house and she thought it looked better than her own house. She remembered what Zori said then looked at him finally. "Well, how come you guys never really talk or hang out at school?" she asks Zori curiously.

Solana opens up the med kit, getting the gauze and cotton balls along with the alcohol. She grabs one of her washcloths, wetting it up so she could clean his face off. She turns, stilling as she sees him looking at her.

"What is it?" She asks softly, looking at him. She slowly walks over to him, bending over as she gently cleans his face off.

Zori closes and locks the door behind him before making his way into the kitchen to grab something to eat. If this were any other person it wouldn't be acceptable but he was Zori and he knew the family well. They were accustomed to him and he was allowed to do whatever- including eating up their food. He looked up at her and shrugged. "We hang in different cliques. We're different people..."

Alex stares up at her, "you.. you're just... so pretty." He blushed when he realized he was thinking out loud, he chuckles half heartedly, and looks up at her. He was flushed, but still confident. He didn't become shy often, and when he did it was rare.

"Right." Regan reluctantly followed Zori towards the kitchen but stopped right before she actually entered inside it. "You hang with the athletes and she likes to read." She nodded her head, totally understanding. Regan thought about what clique she belonged to but came up with nothing. She didn't do anything that made her part of a certain clique. "I guess I'm just a loner since I don't really do anything" she shrugged.
