Well, as mentioned in an earlier post of mine, Roxii has a slight Russian accent.

But you are right, i think Khajiit accents are a mix of indian and italian kinda.

and She also had a mixture of Scottish in there seeing as that's basically how nords seem to talk, or at least the ones I've heard or what it sound like to me
