Its probably a different one as I only thought of it during December 2015 and I haven't done anything to do with him online till now, I also decided to do a quick-ish picture of him a few minutes ago. (take note that it is a hand-drawn picture from an ipad)

To be honest, when i wanted to make this OC, I literally went for what was in my mind at the time and wow... It really does resemble Eustace from Courage...

Firstly, I will say that we already have Papyrus (Altough, it seems that he is not really active, due to the roleplay here). Secondly, I would say that you could've fixed your application, include some more detail and paragraph roleplay post. Plus, it would be better if you take one of the Canon characters which the best suits you.

Look at the roster in the OVERVIEW section. Any character that isn't listed as taken (or, for minor characters like Napstablook or Gryffroot, at all) is not taken.
