Leo knew that they would eventually stop talking and scatter; these weren't particularly smart people. Now, all he had to do was pick them off, one by one, starting with Candace. He would save Leon for later, we was pretty tough. Leo curved around the forest to right outside of Candace's tent.


"Hey!", he called out.

Candace stayed awake in her own tent, her eyes teary. She was reading a book to try and block her thoughts of Leo. "Go away Leo!" She told him bitterly when she heard him call

Leon trotted over to Candace's tent.


"What are you doing here?" Leon asked Leo angrily.

 

[Sametheon]

Hmm. Stubborn as usual, those he supposed that was the only thing keeping her alive right now. He pulled out his knife and ripped a big hole in the side before barreling into her tent, his gun aimed at Leon the whole time.

"What the f**k!!!" Candace jumped up, dodging to the side. She screamed as loud as her voice would will, dropping her book

Leon barged into Candace's tent, knowing Leo was in. He took out his knife and stabbed Leo to the back of the neck harshly sinking the blade deep, shook the knife, then pulled it out quick then hopped back.

(did you not see that I had my gun aimed at you the entire time? also im not going juggernaut or anything, this is just a part of the plan, so im just going to ignore that^)

"Look, everybody, just calm the f*** down, okay!"

Candace noticed the gun and leaned back, breathing heavily. F**k, F**k, F**k! She thought worriedly. She took a deep breath, "Leo. Leo what's happening?"

 

[Sametheon]

"JUST CALM...DOWN..."


He sighed.


"Okay... okay. Now just listen to me, we are all f***ed if we don't work together. The only reason I pretended not to know what the body was was that there was no way for me to say that at the time without looking like a psychopath."

Leon was tense and ready, his knife drawn just in case.

"Then, alla y'all started attacking me for no F***ing reason, h*** was I s'pposed to do?"

Candace was shocked, angry, and confused all at the same time. "Leo. Be straight with us eh?" She took a deep breath, "Please for the love of god, put down the gun."

 

[Sametheon]

"Not unless you put down your weapons too, I don't want to get stabbed in the neck or anything."

Leon very slowly started to put his knife back in his sheath, still glaring into Leo's eyes like a fierce lion.

 

[Sametheon]

"Okay... okay."


Leo slung his rifle over his head.


"Look, I was hunting, okay? I know, against regulation, but who gives a f*** at this point? I came across that... thing. It immediately tried to kill me, and I panicked. I shot it in the chest."

"I was taking her back to camp to explain in the morning, when suddenly, I was thrown into a conversation with a prodding woman, an over violent guy, and some random dude that kept trying to kiss Candace."

Candace took a deep breath, and tried to come to her senses. "We've seen some pretty f***ed up s**t here okay? And there's gonna be more. Who knows when or where they'll come from." She glanced around, "Shouldn't we tell a ranger or something?"
