Realistic or Modern Under The Stars (Camping Adventure)

"You think I want the police in my face? They will kill me on site. Don't worry, I brought enough assault weapons for the entire camp. You know, technically, the police would kill you too. At this point, you count as aiding me..."

"You're right, I hadn't thought of it." Candace shook her head, "It's too late to go back now. And all I wanted was some time away from school... Now I'm more stressed than ever..."

"Well you have to get rid of you stress somehow. In any way. If you let the anxiety pool up, your aim will go to s***, which means you will too."

"Don't let anxiety pool up in the first place." Leon said, still having a hard time getting his thoughts through. " Don't focus on your anxiety when you're aiming. We need to focus on what's important here. Survival and making sure that WE'RE not the hunted."

Leo nodded.

"Exactly."

There was a loud rustling in the tree nearby. Leo exited the tent through the giant hole he ripped in it.

Leo looked up to the tree to see not a mutant, but a strange looking woman that appeared to be in her early 20's. She was wearing tattered old clothes that she had undoubtedly been wearing for years in a row.

"Hello?"

Who the h***was she?

(bye)

(Bye)

Leon saw the woman, and examined. Hopefully no one bad, hopefully someone who could help.

"Who are you?" Leon called to her.

She just sat there, staring at them, occasionally tilting her head.

Leo pulled out his rifle and shot out the branch beneath her. She fell with it, falling 7 feet and landing with an 'oof'.

"Want to try that again?"

She quickly stood up, jerking her head around like a terrified dog.

"Are... are you... mentally right?"

She glared at him and said in a sort of strange voice,"I'm human too, you know, stop treating me like an animal."

Then, she collapsed.

Leo turned to Leon.

"What the h*** was that?"

"I'm not so sure. She could just be some humanoid mutant."

He glanced at her limp body.

"The only question is, do we bring her into camp and risk killing everybody, or do we leave her for dead in the cold?"

"Well, since there are more of us than her, it would be stupid of her to attack us, and she might be able to help us survive, so I say we take her to camp."

((Gotta go now, bye))

Leo turned to him and tossed him an A-15 assault rifle.

"Try not to do anything stupid. The camp is going to need as many people as we can get if were going to survive this."

(wow I missed a lot)

Max climbs out of her tent somehow having missed all of the commotion of the day before. She makes herself a bowl of cereal for breakfast and sits down on a tarp she had previously laid on the ground.

Leo walked over too max, tossed her a Kalashnikov sub-machine gun.

"Take it, and shoot anything with more than two eyes, or two legs."

Max moved away from gun and glared at Leo. "What the Hell! I am not taking anything from you, especially a gun. You're crazy" She got up and back away from him. She didn't trust him after everything he had said to her and had no idea why he was giving her a gun.

"Why don't you trust me? Is it because you still have the delusion that I said my name was Mark or something?"

He shook his head.

"You really don't get it, do you? There are MUTANTS. EVERYWHERE. So unless you stop acting like a little prick because you think I said the wrong name, and just take the gun, you will F***ING DIE."

He threw the gun at her, a little harder than last time.

"Don't f*** things up for the rest of us."

Max continues glaring at him and again moves away from the gun. "I didn't make it up. Sam, Mark, Leo, Twin Brothers. All Lies. I don't know who you are, or what game you are playing at, but I don't trust you. Even if there were mutants out to kill us all I still wouldn't trust you, but that is probably just another lie."

"Hmm. Believe what you want. Remember that deer you ate last night? And how it had two necks? Are you oblivious or f***ing blind?"

He turned around.

"But I can't force you to believe me, if I could we wouldn't be having this conversation. Just... go into the forest and see for yourself. But take the d*** gun with you. If I hadn't, I wouldn't be here to pester the s*** out of you."

Max's hands ball into fists at his statement "You are completely insane. Just stop lying. You gave me a piece of meat on a plate, which I now regret accepting from you."
