Fantasy Under Lock and Key

Eh... I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to take a pass. It's not because your character's not interesting, or well done (both of which are points I need to bring up, since Ghett is both of those things), it's that it makes no sense as to why Baerous would have a Giant as his pair.
He's a thief, see, and wouldn't very much want to have some hulking beast at his back, since he favours secrecy above all things that aren't money. Simply because secrecy lets him acquire more and more cash. You get it?

It just wouldn't make sense for a thief to have a hulking partner like Ghett. I'm sorry, but I can't accept your offer, even though as I type this, I'm thinking out the hilarious interactions they could have. :(

I hope you aren't offended, @Alphaius, because that wasn't my plan. I just can't see Baerous with something that isn't (at least in SOME way) conspicuous. As I said before, it just wouldn't make any sense. But hey, next time someone makes a Human character, I don't doubt you'll be enslaved! Aaand that sound terrible. Haha, sorry 'bout that. (Don't lose hope, by the way. Chances are I'll make a second Human character, along with a Monster [not enslaved] to boot. I don't know when, but some time after I get my stuff in check.)
Want to be paired with a winged cat? xD

Personality

Genesis is not quite the kind hearted prince everyone used to portray him as when he was a child. He had seemed to have lost any and all emotions of mercy and kindness and tends to turn a cold shoulder towards anyone he might not like or find useful right off the bat. many blame his tough childhood for his merciless actions, sarcastic gestures and cruel demeanor while others just accuse him for he way he is. He simply ignores those who are below him and doesn't think twice about telling someone no if that is what he means. No one has found out what makes Genesis laugh of smile for he is no one to be easily impressed or joked with, but it is fairly simple to find out what triggers his hostile and dangerous side.

Background

The child whose blood runs royal red and spirit burns as bright as a Phoenix. The only child born to the lovely couple Emmaus (e-MAY-us) previous king of Irradel and father to the soul heir and Anastasia (ana-STAY-shia) former queen of Irradel and mother to the soul of to the King's throne. Young Prince Genesis, a handsome red haired and eyed boy with a kind heart and love for all living beings within the kingdom as loyal and trustworthy subjects. Though his naive mind had not yet grasped the astonishing new way to live for humans and mythical, and most sights of violence turned towards a mythical creature had slipped his mind as if nothing had happened. His birthday was coming up soon and Gen hadn't stopped asking his father for a pet for his gift. Emmaus was intrigued with his son's request and responded that he will have to think about it. This only had Genesis more excited than before.

The sun slipped over the horizon and birds could be heard singing from the window seal in Genesis' bedroom. His thirteenth birthday was today! Gen quickly leaped from his bed and grabbed a towel, washcloth and laid out his cloths for the day on his bed as he rushed off to the bathroom and closed the door behind him. After cleaning himself he swiftly dried himself off and began to pull his cloths, shoes and placed a necklace with a large Amber around his neck. He clasped the gem gently, it was a gift from his father on his twelfth birthday last year and he wore it everyday since for good luck.

He opened the door and came across one of his servants standing near his doorway, but did not stop to converse with her. "Good morning Miss Jewel." he stated as he rushed down the stairs with Miss Jewel walking behind him, though struggling to keep up with the boy's hyperactivity. He reached the bottom of the stairs and looked to the throne room were he could hear his father speaking to some men. "Father?" Gen called hoping his father would hear him. Emmaus had stopped talking and acknowledged his son as he ran towards him and leaped into his arm to be spun around once or twice.

"How have you been son?" He asked as he walked up the stairs leading to his throne chair and sat down in it, placing Genesis on his lap. "I have been good father, but I would be even better if I get that certain thing I had been hoping to get this year." He replied, hoping his father would catch his drift and respond with the right answer. "Hm? Oh really Hahaha, well now what was that 'certain thing' you were hoping for Genesis?" He asked, placing his hand on Gen's head. "Father I wanted a pet this year I told you that yesterday. Did you forget because of-" He paused to look back to the group of men setting up then looked back to his father and whispered in his ear. "Old age?" Emmaus chuckled at his son's curiosity and remarked in a known-it-all tone. "Oh Genesis, fifty-two is not technically old age." He stood up and began to do jumping jacks, but was forced to stop once his back bone popped loudly. "You see? I am practically in my prime-GWAAAH! Ok maybe no as fresh, but I am not old hehe." Genesis had smiled and laughed at his father's funny demonstration to prove he is still young and helped him stand up straight. "Thank's son, now how's about we get something to eat? Your mother should be up soon." He took his son's hand as they both began to walk out of the throne room and to the dining hall.

An hour past, Genesis, Emmaus and Anastasia had just finished breakfast and returned to the throne room. The lights were lit brightly and the red ribbons hung graciously from the window seals and the buffet table was set with yummy foods which centered a perfectly dressed chocolate layer cake. The entire room from corner to corner was decorated with matching colors and degsign. "Wow it's amazing!" Gen stated as he spun around twice to catch a glimpse of his surroundings. "It's all for you Genesis." The two exchanged sincere smiles in silence until hearing a sharp exhale from his mother, Anastasia. He had not said a word all morning, but she did occasionally show a few emotions every now and then. "Isn't it amazing mother?" Gen asked as he walked in front of her and gently picked up her sleeve from her robe. She gave him a smile and gently placed her hand on his shoulder. "Yes dear it's truly magnificent and I want you to have a great time today." She spoke in a calm, soothing, motherly tone. Gen nodded "Yes ma'am." His mother had departed early and his father had stepped closer to Gen. "I'll be leaving soon to see about your 'certain thing'." He shot a wink to the boy and it made him jump in excitement. "Really?! This will be a great day."

Emmaus nodded, "I give you my word." Gen raised an eyebrow and leaned forward a bit holding out his hand. "Promise?" "Yes, I Promise." He hugged Gen and let him run about within the throne hall until his little heart's content and he departed the room.

The sun was hung within the west, signaling it was getting close to the end of the day. Genesis had spent his entire afternoon running throughout the castle while first playing a game of hide and seek with Miss Jewel and then playing Scavenger which was him basically trying to find as many party decorations throughout the castle within a certain time limit. So far he has found ten to fifteen in every main location, the throne room, dining hall, corridor, and the outdoor garden. He later relaxed on his father's large throne chair and waited for him to return. Ten minutes past and Genesis had heard a group horses nearing the castle. He hopped out of the chair and ran to the nearest window to see a his father, and a group of men on horseback and three abnormally large cages which were covered in a big red cloths being hauled to the other side of the castle. "My present? Ah-my pet!" Filled with excitement he darted out of the throne and made his way towards the entrance gate where his father awaited him. "Welcome back father!" He shouted opening the gate so Emmaus could come inside. "Ah hello my boy, sorry it took so long we had a little accident and had to visit the doctor." He stated trying to conceal his bandaged arm from behind his robe. "Oh you're hurt, are you ok? Should I get Nurse Adelaide and Miss Jewel?"

Emmaus jumped a little. "Oh no no my boy let's not get those two invovled in my personal issues. They can occasionally go over board somethings, but let's keep that between us alright?" He said jokingly. He laughed a little but began to tug on his father's arm repeatedly. "So what pet did you get me? Tell me tell me tell me!" "Woah woah slow down Genesis that's my hurt arm heh. I don't want to spoil the surprise...could you perhaps wait until later." Genesis gave a pouty face and squeezed on his arm. "I waited too long already. Please?" Emmaus looked down to Gen and couldn't resist his little face. "Oh-alright, a quick peak! Follow my to the outdoor garden." "I know where it is follow me!" He took off leaving his father to jog slowly behind him. "Wait up son, you know i'm not exactly in my prime-I mean-not in my best shape." The man called out, somewhat out of breath.

"Wow father come look!" Gen shouted out from the garden his tone filled with joy. Gen had been looking at the two cages his father had brought back as they were uncovered. One cage had a large, slim, but mucular creature on the inside while the other cage which was alot bigger contained had a Phoenix in it, it was somewhat teeming with rage and fear as it's wings attempted to flap within it's captivity though it was upset and scaried, it had a certain air about it that made Genesis feel tranquil. Lost within it's magnificence and overwhelmed with the urge to pet it Genesis was silently at war with himself on whether he should heed his father's words to only look or go just beyond the point and comfort the mystical bird. "I think..." Genesis whispered as he extended one hand outward, slowly before continuing his statement. "I think you're the one." He spoke a bit louder for the bird to hear and it seemed to understand when he talked. It settled down and lowered it's head once Genesis' hand was through the cage and reaching closer to gently stroke it's beak, but his father had finally reached the spot where Genesis and the creatures were. "Oh Genesis, you just couldn't help yourself could you?" He thought while watching his son tendly rub the Phoenix's beak. He was a natural at containing the excitment and welling rage of this rare wild beast. He walked closer to his son and placed one hand on his shoulder and kneeled down. "Oh-sorry father I know you said only take a peak, but-" He was cut off short by his father. "No no Genesis don't you see what you have done? Your have a natural born gift to calm and sooth-I mean just look at what you have done to lead this unique beast to tranquility and the only beast known to be tamed by royalty for decades. Son you are destined for greatness. You have already made me so proud." He smiled and brought his son in close to hug him and he hugged back. "Dad...you have already made this a great birthday."

Many days had past when Genesis would go back to the garden and visit his Phoenix and present it with gifts like hand knitted accessories made by Miss Jewel, despite the bird couldn't wear any of them, but simple stared them down as the boy placed them in the cage. He would occasionally come by and talk to it by telling stories about his day or family heritage stories his father would always tell him at bedtime, it never made a sound, but seemed to enjoy the boys company despite his odd gifts. One day some of Genesis' closest friends had come from their homelands far to meet up with Gen for a "play date". His friends also came from a higher social class though only one was a princess.
The Alexandria Twins from the northern region "Galathan",Princess Bella Argentenum from the southwest region "Lucarium", and Rex Prometheus and Skylos "Dominus" Prometheus from the eastern region, "Lusic". "Geez Genesis that must have been a lively party."One of the twins commented as the other gave a thumbs up with a grin before adding. "Yeah your lucky to be the only child, all of that just for yourself."Genesis just smiled sincerely and nodded to them both.

"You must have had a great-"

Alright, enough of this spill it Gene...

"Um...Rex I wasn't done speaking..."

"C'mon tell us what your dad got you as your gift. We know he let you see it early."

"Alright ok hang on I gotta ask father."

Gene and his friends all walked in a bunch until they got closer to Genesis' father who was strolling through the hallway after leaving the dining hall. "Hello father my friends and I were wondering if we could see my pet?"
Wait...he got you a pet?!Rex whispered in shock and awe and showing a little sign of jealousy. "Well I don't know..." He though as he stroked his chin and began a thinking expression. "Oh please father we just wanna take a look." "Haha oh ok I suppose I could let you just be careful alright?" They all replied "Yes'sir" and ran off towards the outdoor garden and made their way towards the cages. The particular spot that imprisoned the Phoenix was brightly illuminated with red and orange lights and the bird was sound asleep.

"Oh my gods, he got you a Phoenix?!" "No way." "No fair is more like it..." "What about these other two cages?" Rex commented while pointing to the other shadowed cages, filling everyone else around with curiosity as big as the sea. "Oh father gave me a choice between three different creatures, but I picked the Phoenix. I'll see about these other two." Genesis replied. He had taking a few steps closer to the cage on the far end and looked deep within it's darkness. Nothing looked to be there until Genesis stuck his hand into the cage and at the last minute noticed a bright ruby red color flash from the darkness.

"Come on out I won't hurt yo-" The creature within the cage had extended it's red claws and had taking a big swipe at Gen's hand, taking off his skin on the back of his hand, causing a large spill of blood to waste upon the inside of the cage. Bella had screamed and fell back to Rex while the twin stepped closer to catch Genesis who was in so much pain and paranoia he couldn't even bring himself to scream, or speak, but all he could do was hold his bleeding hand and attempt to control his stream of tears. Skylos had ran out of the garden and back to the throne room where he addressed the king about his son's accident and later notified the servants and medic to follow the two back to the garden. "Oh my son what happened? Where is he?"
Over here sir. Skylos said leading the king and the two females behind him to the scene. Once Emmaus had gotten close enough he knelt down next to Gen and lifted up his arm to reveal his badly wounded hand. "Oh my-who did this?!" He bellowed looking to the other children standing around as they pointed to the cage that had a paw with large sharp claws hanging out from the bars. It had revealed it's red shining gem. "Someone had already made this beast his or her slave...but who would conquer this creature just to harm my son?" He thought to himself, having many ideas as to who it was he decided to remain silent, not wanting to alarm the kids on such a big deal base on this situation. Emmaus looked to the servant and medic and they seemed to have a very clear understanding of what has happened. He gestured the two to take Genesis away while he rounded up the kids and taken them back to the throne room.

Miss Jewel and Nurse Adelaide had taken Genesis to his room and sat him down on his bed while they dressed his wounds. "Ow ow ow-it burns!" Gen whined still letting tears run down his cheeks.
No need to be afraid dear prince you pain will ease very soon I promise." The nurse spoke in a motherly tone as she pulled a bandage wrap and began to wrap it around his hand. What were you doing messing with the other mythic-ah I mean other pets?" Ms.Jewel asked as she picked up a safety pin and stuck it in a secure spot after the nurse had wrapped it. "Rex was wondering what was in that cage and I didn't know either so I wanted to bring it out. Did I do something wrong?" After hearing the prince's explanation they looked to each other, feeling the exact same amount of sympathy and compassion for the boy wanting to impress his friends. "Oh Prince I wish there was an adult with you all to watch and make sure no harm was to come to you I feel as though we are to blame for- Ms.Jewel had stopped to look to the bedroom door as it opened slowly, but forcefully as Queen Anastasia walked in with a innocent, sweet look on her face. She looked to the servant girl and asked her to lock the door behind her and stay in with them. Without hesitation Ms.Jewel did as she was told and returned to her spot next to the nurse and Genesis, the three could tell that something wasn't right due to his mother's strange behavior and they were quite wary of her abusive side. Anastasia began to walk towards Adelaide and placed her hand into her robe pocket and swiftly brought it back out holding a large piece of metal holding it with seemingly professionalism and expertise, this made the room grown tense and without first warning...

Screams from Ms.Jewel could be heard throughout the hall, but it was quickly hushed by a odd splat sound. This alerted the nearby guards and forced them to react quickly. Breaking the door open and witnessing the homicide with blood splatters on the floor on the bodies of Ms.Jewel and Nurse Adelaide and a little on the cheek of Genesis. One of the guards couldn't hold in his lunch as the odor from the room waft towards them both. The queen had little Gen up against a corner holding his face close to hers as she whispered to him addressed in a calm tone, her eyes teeming with insanity. She spoke nonsense such as "Such a beautiful child you are, but beauty comes with a large price. You know that don't you?..." She asked, but seeing Gen all shook up and greatly frightened made her loose it. "DON'T YOU!?" She shouted as she grabbed his face with her hand letting her nails pinch his soft skin for a moment. "Y-yes!" Gen whimpered beginning to well up with more tears and letting them fall to the floor. "Don't cry, don't don't cry deary...who's mommy's most beloved mistake? You are-yes you are." She replied in a calm, but crazed manner as she pulled him close but quickly pushes him away. Gen had never been so afraid in his life, he was traumatized and tremendously shook with terror as he continuously cried.

The guards couldn't take the madness display any longer and quickly removed Genesis from his maniac mother the cause had already delivered it's effect onto Genesis for now he could feel the joy and every inch of happiness that was once within him just leave with every tear, which made him feel worst. The day of his mother's decision to loose it was the day Genesis hadn't smiled nor waved goodbye or even look to his friends once they left or smiled. Emmaus had called a city meeting to alert the citizens of Irradel about the death of the queen to to the rest of the kingdom to cover up what really happened to her that afternoon...

FOUR YEARS AHEAD...

Genesis had woke from his slumber, once again another nightmare of his mother, which was now a common thing for him to have along with waking up drenched in sweat and seeking breathable oxygen. He had not though a single thing, but simply rose up from his bed and grabbed a towel & washcloth from his closet and headed to the bathroom. While in the bathroom had just stood there, letting the warm water hit his lowered head as he leaned on one arm on the wall. He was crying, but it was difficult to tell since the water dripped in the same direction as his tears and he had not sniffled or showed any signs of doing such a thing. He stopped the water and grabbed the burgundy towel that hung over the rack and wrapped it around his waist to exit the shower. He stood in front of the mirror, hair dripping, eyes red and heart rate increased drastically, he was beginning to feel an uneasy feel of anger and the immense weight of blame. He grabbed hold of a glass cup on the counter and threw it to the wall shattering it and all of it's contents. His father was outside his bedroom door once he heard the shattering sound and quickly ran inside and looked to the bathroom to see his son standing in the center of the bathroom, shaking with rage and face twitching with sadness. Emmaus quickly made his way over to his son and knelt down to catch and hug his son once he fell to his knees. "Son..." He spoke holding Genesis close, not minding his wet body and head. "W-why!? Why did she have to loose herself to insanity and temptation? Why father, tell me why!" He shouted, despite his voice was breaking and heart was broken as he bombarded his father with numerous questions and commands to answer his questions in a dramatic tone. He couldn't stand the idea of his mother being gone for this long and he couldn't stand being so stressed out for this long. "Genesis, I-" Interrupted by Genesis. "I have been waking up from horrid nightmares of that woman every night and I just-I just...I can't father...I need." Emmaus placed his hand on the back of Gen's head and laied it down on his shoulder. "Shshsh, Gen I know your in pain, I know what your mother did traumatized you and I know you probably cannot live down what you've been through, but i'm telling you that you must continue your days as a prince and show some pride. We cannot crumble under the weight of such a thing nor can we let it get in the way of out daily lives. Anastasia was not good to you or me for that matter." Emmaus tried his hardest to comfort and sooth his son with his words of advice, but it didn't seem to get to him as he expected it too. "Father...your wrong...you cannot know my pain, you have never experienced what I have and I will never live it down! My suffering...will not be shared between us." He replied, his voice trembling, but stern with a cold hearted tone. He loosened the grip of his father and stood up to leave the bathroom, ignoring the broken glass as he walked through the door leaving his father on his knees completely in shook and confusion as to what he was going to do next...

Genesis had taken a seat on his bed, to dry off his chest and head after putting on black pants with a dark red belt. He disregarded his father when he walked out of the room and remained seated until he was completely out of his sight. Afterwards he made his way over to a small desk which held his necklace and a small box wrapped and decorated with a burgundy ribbon. It was a present his great grandfather gave him many years ago and told not to open until he was mature enough. He had forgotten all about it. Hesitantly he extended his hand towards the box and pulled the ribbon off causing the wrapping to unfold and reveal a a black paper back book which had the words "Μεταπτυχιακό Εφημερίδα" which meant Master's Journal. He couldn't imagine what was inside the book until he flipped to the first page and began reading. It had recorded studies from the last king before his father who had a researcher write down different creature studies who were captivated and turned in to...slaves for human uses. He was amazed by what had happened in the past and once he had came across a page that stated Μεταπτυχιακό Εφημερίδα, meaning Taming the Beast, his eyes had locked onto every word as he slowly read over it and repeating the printed text out loud. "Για μένα ανήκετε , δυνάμεις σας είναι δική μου και μόνο δική μου . Θα μου υπακούσει σε αυτή τη ζωή και στο τέλος μου , έτσι θα είναι για σας..." It didn't click in, but the phrase began to tingle his lips and influenced a potential mistake or a stroke of good luck.

He looked to the desk once more, picked up his amber charm necklace. "This should do..." He clenched the necklace and rushed out of his bedroom, shirtless and within five minutes made his way to the garden where his caged Phoenix was kept. "I need you..."He spoke, addressing the bird in a cool, but somewhat crazed tone. "I knew you were special when I first saw you...now I need your uniqueness." He walked closer and brought out his necklace and opened his book to his previous page. "Don't move..." He begun by first taking the gem apart from the necklace and placed it gently on the back of the Phoenix's neck and looked it in the eyes before stepping back and witnessing the sudden change in it's appearance, from a graceful, ignited bird to a human female with long pink hair, sky blue eyes and appearing bare naked. Genesis quickly averted his eyes and looked to one of his father's Gunnera plant leaves. He tore off the giant leave and brought it through the cage and placed it on top of her body, but exposed the gem that seemed to have sinked in with her skin. He touched it, remembering how the book told him to enslave a creature after the first step and he began to utter the phrase once more. "Για μένα είσαι, τη δύναμή σας είναι δική μου και μόνο δική μου . Θα μου υπακούσει σε αυτή τη ζωή και στο τέλος μου , γι 'αυτό θα είναι για σας..." A hazel colored mist began to wave around his arm and engrave a mark the same color as the Amber gem into his wrist. He looked over the instructions once more to insure he had done it correctly and sharply exhaled with relieve. "It's over now...are you awake?" He asked as he placed his hand on her head and stroked her straight hair, waiting for her to turn and acknowledge him. "What do you call yourself?"

My character is sort of a back up just in case it takes too long to get another human. If nobody joins with a human character that works with yours I'll definitely pair him up with you

@Lima

Aren't they free, however? Perhaps later in the RP, it'd make sense, but I'm not sure that'd work with their lore...

Actually there lore says nothing about how they are free, but I wouldn't mind being captured at first anyways, I especially like your character any how, so would you like being paired with me? you of course are not required in any way to be with my character, just tell me if you would like too, my character might actually help you with your work considering how she is small and silent in her magical form

Magical Creature Appearance: N/A

Gender: Male

Gem(s): 4 amber stones on his spine

Powers:

Can shift certain body parts into dragon counterparts but never into a full dragon.

Summon fire

Command the earth

Are you free or not: not

Personality:

Ignus is quiet most of the time since he's usually just thinking. He's always cheeky and angry and acts like a brat but has a lot of wisdom from his years. He hates taking orders which is why he is decorated with all kinds of scars. He has a deep, intense hatred of humans and has killed many before and will most likely continue doing so.

Bio:

Darkness. That's the first thing he knew and loved. It was everywhere and everything and he bathed in it, and it nurtured him like a lover's embrace. This was his mother and it was taking care of him. His consciousness wandered and he could feel the power growing in him, as well as other things..he ignored that for now. He stayed in this state for so long even he didn't know the time or anything else. Until he felt something reaching out to him. It made his senses leap but he had no way of finding out what is was. The feeling just got stronger until.. he heard it.

"Hello? I can hear you. Your heart pounding makes the ceiling shudder."

The voice was soft, with a trace of something else he couldn't make out. He focused on this voice, and soon he knew he was near the source. He wanted to respond. So he spoke. The words thundered out from him.

"Who addresses me?"

He heard noises of surprise and he could feel the thin separating him from this voice fracture a bit.

"You don't have to yell. I'm just wondering what are you. I can tell you're big, but how can you hide in this mountain."

He laughed at this.

"Hide? I do not hide. I am not able to be seen my your eyes but I do not
hide."

"Seems like it to me. The others are in danger yet you cower like a child."

"I am not cowering, this is my home. Leave me be."

There was a growl, but he still felt the presence. He remained quiet and soon the presence faded. Now the darkness felt..
lonely. He didn't know there were others and they could converse. Hm. He ignored it and once again returned to the oblivion of silence until he felt the same presence again.

"I'm sorry for the other day. I have no rights to bother you in your..home and just accuse you."

He felt a warm sensation at the sound of the voice which he didn't know was happiness at the time.

"I shouldn't have been so rude. But what did you mean by a coward? Who do I need to hide from exactly?"

The voice started spinning tales of meddlesome creatures called humans who were forcing ones like herself (the voice referred itself to this and he had no idea why) to work for them under awful conditions under the rule of King Etwa. It made him uneasy.

"I suppose someone should stop it." He said, but the voice silenced him.

"It's permanent. We have no ways of fighting it. The best thing to do is keep each other safe. So what's your name?"

He pondered this.

"What is a name?" He asked, and the voice made a sound that gave him the warm sensation again.

"It's something you call yourself silly. Just pick a word."

"Hmm, I see. I will be called Dark."

Again, the sound emitted from the voice.

"No no, ah.. I don't know. I will call you Ignus. It means fire, which is like your personality."

Ignus liked that and agreed upon it.

The voice (
she demanded her name was Kiolo and he needed to refer to her as such but he forgot at times) visited Ignus all the time and she talked about lots of things. She told him about the world of color outside of the darkness he was surrounded by and it sounded surreal to him but he stayed silent. She told him she was a fairy, which apparently could fly and were tiny which he had no idea meant but he stayed quiet on that too.

"I want to see you and all these wonders you speak of." Ignus said once, and Kiolo did the thing she called 'laughing.'

"You will one day, and we will have a splendid time."

It continued like this until one day Kiolo stopped visiting.

Ignus thought it was nothing until the time seemed to be longer and he didn't understand. Where could she be?

Then he remembered the stories she told him of the humans. Has she been captured? Ignus missed her company and the happiness she caused him. He needed to find her. He found to the usual spot he sensed her, and it was still cracked from before. And Ignus pushed on it with all the force he could muster.

To Ignus everything following that was an ambush of colors and scents he had no idea meant. To townspeople of the city, they saw the mountains burst and a giant dragon unlike they had ever seen emerge. Ignus reached towards the sky Kiolo had always described and let out a thunderous roar.

He never got to Kiolo though. Forms soon flew towards his head which he had no idea what they were, but they were in fact griffins and other smaller dragons. The humans were all attempting to capture him of course. Ignus thrashed at them but he was cramped in the small space and the small forms were too agile. He felt him getting extremely tired and weak every passing second. The humans were actually throwing arrays of crystals that absorbed easily into Ignus's skin and were weakening him. In a span of an hour, Ignus was too weak and was defeated. He went into a human form that took a while to find in the giant crater he had emerged from and was taken to the king himself. However, when he woke up he wasn't able to do anything. He was bonded to the king who tried making him switch into his other form but nothing happened. The king concluded that so many crystals were used that Ignus was nothing more than a human and he unbonded himself from Ignus. He was locked up in the deepest part of the dungeons underground until he could be of use but was forgotten about. He was forced to go into a deep sleep where he stayed in a death-like coma for decades until the dungeons were accessible by the sewers and had been forgotten about. He was found by a theif who brought him out, looking no older than 25 and sold off for a few coins to a slave trader who saw a gem on his back along with three others. It was particular but he was sold off after being revived. Ignus was disobedient and confused and lashed out and got severely punished. He went from master to master and always ended up back at auctions. He slowly discovered his few abilities but keeps them to himself most of the time.

He regrets nothing except for the fact he never got to see Kiolo.

Extras: his eyes are gold and he has gold marks on his face.

@Halohbottech
Sure

Type: Fox/deer hybrid

Sexuality: straight

Human Appearance:

Magical Creature Appearance:
2W0zXhR.jpg

Gender: male

Powers: Enhanced Speed: The ability to move at extraordinary physical speed. Claw Retraction: The power to extend and retract sharp claws.

Are you free or not: enslaved, need to be paired up with someone (still has to be captured)

If you are enslaved, where is your gem located on your body and what color: View attachment 266122 located on his right wrist (inner wrist)

Personality: Nyx is shy, quiet, easily frightened, and he doesn't talk much.

Bio: "Mama...where are you? Don't leave me..." These were the last things Nyx said before he and his mother were seperated for good. His mother abandoned him in the middle of town. But, little did Nyx know that his mother was supposed to be killed that same day, which is why she abandoned him. She made arrangements for Nyx to be prepared to eventually become enslaved to someone. The man who prepared him was quite abusive, abusing Nyx nearly every day. This caused Nyx to become very quiet, and not like to talk because he feared that if he spoke without being prompted, he'd get whipped by that man. Soon, that man abandoned him as well, and Nyx is currently on his own, without a master.

Name:Ignus

Age: Old as the Earth

Type: Dragon

Sexuality: Heterosexual

Human Appearance:

I can tell you're big, but how can you hide in this mountain.

The voice (
