Fantasy Umbre Vineam (ignore post count, always looking for ppl!)

I quickly took the bottle off of the counter. "Thank you very much." I said sternly before walking over to Dr. Andrew.

I glanced at what he was looking at. "Are you intrigued bythis kind of stuff?" I asked dryly.

I shrugged as i eyed her walking over. "I mean... ive never been here, and it seems to have some interesting stuff, as i can see you agree," i teased but playfully as i glanced over at the vamp girl. "She isnt going to drink my sustainable blood for her, shes going to need to feed soon," i said in a hush voice at her. I didnt keep much from abigail, she had a way of always finding out even if i didnt say.

I didn't bother looking at him. "You know the law. And I would wager that she does now as well." I said simply. "And what do you mean you can see that I agree?" I snapped.

Masika Kakra

Masika was at a nearby bar talking her life away. "Oh, I loooove the radio too!" she was speaking with a handsome demon. She wasn't really aware that he was planning to eat her soul, but little does he know that she has work tonight. "No way! That's my favorite band too!" she clung to his arm and laid her head on his shoulder, "You're one interesting man." She saw how he licked his lips. It made her hungry too. She bit her lip in response.

"Dearest Sister, I would like to venture out now. Please return to Anubis. I was proficient at work today. So far we have obtained 2,534 in profit"

"God dammit!" Masika cursed aloud. The demon sat up straight and looked at her with concern. "Sorry, love. Duty calls," He held on to her arm. 'Let me escort you, mi lady.' She laughed then decided to take this hunk of a man for a stroll. After they exited the bar and passed a few blocks, the demon grabbed and pulled he into an alleyway. "Oh, you naughty boy," she chuckled as he nibble on her neck. Just as she was trying to push him off, he clung harder to her, "I need to go to work!" Suddenly, his nibbles didn't feel so gentle anymore. "Ahhh!!" The demon bit through her neck only to find himself choking on sand, 'What the?!' The demon was in for a surprise. He wasn't hunting no ordinary human. Masika clung her left hand to her neck disdainfully. "You bastard! I'll make you pay!" Her whole body disintegrated into sand and she whirled herself against him ferociously. "You... bastard!!!" She thrashed him from left to right until he ceased his struggling. Masika became one once more and continued toward Anubis. She growled the whole way.

I glanced down at her bag and back up at her. "Nothing. Your secret is save with me." I said playfully just as the vampire walked over looking miserable. "Its like being a lactose intolerant kid in an ice cream shop eh?" I said playfully as i patted her on the head. I knew couldnt smell. Sucks.

I followed his eyes and also looked at the small girl. "Well now, you look the opposite of how you behave. Lovely." I said sternly but then a slight smirk crossed my lips. I didn't do that much. "Braving the dastardly sun with your faithful straw hat?"

Lan stretched his arms, leaning backwards as he lay down on the bed, his beloved computer seated atop his lap. He sighed as he soaked in the softness of the bed. All this comfort his for the rest of his life. He moved to shut down his computer when it buzzed yet again. Cyrus had another job. A big one.

I smirked at Ms. Abigail's comment. "Not like I needed this thing, he made me wear it after all. Hmph!" I looked all around the perfume shop and shrugged. Why was I still with these people? This was just unproductive and I wasn't getting anywhere in my magic studies. I knew wolfie wouldn't appreciate me leaving, but I don't know how I feel about Ms. Abigail. Her rough appearance intimidated me, as if she was the reason I felt forced to stay. Perhaps just another night at the mansion won't kill me, besides, I feel like with enough looking, I can find something good, even if it's something forbidden. I wonder if they'd let me leave their sight though, I may be 13 but I'm not incompetent. I stretched out my arms and waltzed towards the exit.

"I bet you all are having a field with your pretty perfumes, but I'll be taking my leave now!" I waved to the shop lady and put on a pretty smile, pushing the exit open to leave.

I glanced at my invisible watch and nodded my head. "Right! Let us go! After all me and you have a lot to go over... before we head back into the forest," i said glancing at abigail. I knew i wasnt allowed to let subjects go outside the manor walls, lets see how she takes this one.

Both of my brows perked up at his statement. He and I needed a word. I grabbed his hand and pulled him out of the building. "You know you need to create a proper file for her before she's released." I hissed.

But then I glanced over and saw that woman from before. My cheeks turned a slight shade of pink before I looked back to Andrew. "So, I will join you." I commanded.

Pili Kakra

Masika likes to ignore Pili's telepathic calls, but she always came to work on time. Pi was honestly worried. It was time to close the store and Masika has yet arrived. Pili tried to concentrate on Masika's thoughts...Come on! Come on! Come on! She pushed herself to think deep into Masika's thoughts. Atlas, she heard something. She heard breathing. Hard breathing. She sounds hurt! she gasped in fear for her sister. She hurriedly closed the register and placed the extra cash in a safe hidden in the back storage. She turned off all the lights and locked the door of the Anubis store. Pili was flushed with fear. Her hands were all clammy. A cold hand was placed on her shoulder, "Yikes!" she shrieked. It was only a zombie who was summoned by her fear. She sighed in relief, "Help me find Masika please." The zombie mumbled nonsense and walked onward. Pi walked close behind the rotting flesh. The more she thought of Masika, more zombies were surrounding Pi. Suddenly, there was a horde. "Have any of you seen Masika yet?" she asked in a hushed voice. The zombies only rumbled incoherently in response.

Masika Kakra

Her sight was fading in and out. Her legs felt like the heaviest of stones. Masika never felt this weak. Did the demon take a piece of her soul? "I need.. I need to rest," she leaned against a brick wall of an apartment. She wasn't too far from Anubis or so she thought. She usually loses her sense of direction when she has went through a sand storm. "Pi will find me... Pili will find me," she slid down against the wall. How dreadful I must look... she placed her hand over her forehead as if she's had a fever. No no no! This won't do! I'm not a damsel in distress... she punch her fist against the floor and stood up. I AM NOT WEAK! Masika was determined to reach Anubis on her own, but little did she know she was heading towards the local cemetery outside of Vineam City.

Lan grumbled as he made his way to the cemetery and white mask. He pulled the hood well over his head, using his bionic eyes to navigate his way. His gold eyes were far too unique for him to expose them so the mask had no holes for them. He hated jobs like these. Jobs that required 'Cyrus' to move outside of the net were a pain. He would have shot it down if not for the handsome payout. He hovered over the cemetery in his black board, checking the surroundings with his eyes before descending and searching for the grave they had described. He'd need a long proper rest for his eyes to recover afterwards, another reason why he hated these jobs. But well, money always got him going and his employers knew that all too well.

Doubts were coming to Masika's mind. Where are the buidlings? Why am I suddenly walking on grass? God... I feel so distorted... Sadly, she was too prideful to stop. I don't need help... she thought stubbornly. Each step she took made a loud crunch. The night was silent. She didn't find it too pleasant. In a distance, she saw a shadowy figure. Masika had a funny feeling she shouldn't approach it. I'll just rest here for a bit... she sat on a grave stone and eyed the strange figure cautiously. Suddenly, she widened her eyes and covered her mouth in shock. Wait a minute... AM I SITTING ON A GRAVE STONE?! How did I end up in a cemetery? she sighed exhaustively. She is definitely a lost cause at this point.

Lan tensed, cursing under his breath. He had been so absorbed looking for the grave that he had allowed his defenses to drop and failed to notice the approach of the stranger. Had it been an assassin, even as an enhanced he'd be a dead man. He shifted the attention of his bionic eyes from his grave search to the figure, taking care not to make any noticeable movements. "The things I do for money." He focused his eyes on the stranger. A girl or woman. Not that he cared. The female was seated atop a grave and as he focused in the finer details, he realised with annoyance that it was the grave he was looking for. Was she one of their minions? An underling sent to pass on a message they didn't want in black and white? No. Judging from the hands clasped around her face and the shock in her eyes she wasn't. The collaborators they sent were always calm and emotionally detached. Even if shocked they never showed it, everything they did was intentional, deliberate. She wasn't one of them. But whoever she was, she was in his way. He wanted his money and some lost female wasn't going to stop him from getting it.

"Hmmm." Ms. Abigail pulled wolfie to side, and they appeared to be talking. I could only guess what it was about, but it was obvious. I looked multiple directions in the city and noticed several alleyways, seems like an opportunity of a lifetime if you ask me. Which is good beings I didn't want to have to resort to using my spear at a moment like this. I slipped past the pair as they talked, really hoping they don't notice me. I'm sure Ms. Abigail wouldn't be that pleased. My target was an alley adjacent to the opposite side of the city, and I headed straight for it, trying not to draw any attention to myself.

It seemed she has caught the attention of the shadowy figure... Shit. She pushed herself off the stone and decided to return his gaze. Well, I love mystery men. Let's have fun with this... She shifted her hip to the side and placed her hand on it. "What's a man like you doing in a graveyard?" She certainly hoped he didn't ask her the same question because she would be too prideful to admit she's lost. She wasn't sure if he could see her clearly, but she batted her eyes and slowly moved her other hand from her neck down to between her chest to the center of her belly button. The wind helped with her appeal by swaying her dress stylishly and the moon's light allowed her jewels to shimmer luxuriously. Maybe I'm having a little too much fun... She laughed softly to herself.

I knew she had taken off. I knew i should stop her... but eh. Let her be. After all i have her scent, i can track her now. "You shouldnt worry so much ms. Abigail. I mean we were all young once, roaming the streets alone..." i sighed dramatically locking eyes. "Buying potions to lure others," i said playfully. Heh.

Aurora grumbled to herself as she walked through the Hills of Hyres. She was heading to Savacio's cavern with her new items she had found. Her tail dragged through the dirt, marking it as if she were marking it as hers. Her eyes moved smoothly from tree to tree, examining her path as she walked. The large bat like wings that sprouted from her back were tucked in tightly. She could fly, but the wolf that walked behind her wouldn't be able to follow. Aurora turned to look at the beast, it seemed to be doing ok. Aurora was on the way to deliver the creature to a new client. Let's hope this one listens. Aurora stroked the top of her horns, feeling the sharpness of them. Most through the metal looking structure on her head was a helmet, but it was definitely not. The bone and scale that decorated her head was a part of her, just as the armor like look of her arms. They never came off because they were her. The wolf was falling behind. Aurora stopped and sighed. Why did I train him so far away she growled to herself. She turned, looking at the beast. It sat loyaly as it waited for her instructions. "You need water" she said, looking around for a source of water. A stream gurgled nearby and she motioned towards it, allowing the beast to head off to replenish itself. She leaned against a tree as she waited, staring down the road as she calculated the distance she had left to travel. She rubbed her temples with one of her fingers. "We are going to get nowhere like this..." she muttered, looking at the wolf and wondering if she should retrain another. She didn't have the heart to kill the beast, but this was going nowhere. She wouldn't get to the Cavern until dawn at this rate.

Lan cocked an eyebrow. He was far from being in the habit of taking to strangers on the job, definitely not to vultures like her but this one looked like she wasn't going to leave him alone if he didn't. "Grave visiting. The gave you were sitting on until not too long ago." His voice was laced with annoyance, hoping she'd get the hint that he wanted her gone.

Masika Kakra

Masika blinked absent mindedly at the strange figure. He was visiting a grave? She thought to herself. She then mentally smacked herself in the forehead. I'm such an idiot... She realized she was obviously not going to get results if she flirted with a stranger at a cemetery. He was probably morning or something. Who would be in the mood for sex at a cemetery? Masika bit her nail pensively, "Oh, I'm sorry..." She kick shyly at the grass with her finger still lingering at her lip. "I guess I'll see you around..." She tried to get a good look at him. He seemed to be wearing a mask. Maybe a morning ritual... Or he's just shy... She began sucking on her finger subconsciously, "Mystery Man." She decided to walk back towards Vineam City. She spun around slowly while accentuating the shape of her thighs and walked away with her hips moving rhythmically and sensual.

Lan relaxed under his mask glad the unwelcome stranger didn't press further or linger around. He certainly had no intention however, of seeing her again. Not if he could help it. He knelt down in front of the grave and ran his hands over the carvings on the grave. So this is the code they want cracked and solved...He used his bionic eyes to capture the image, wincing as he felt a throbbing pain hit his eyes. Damn. Overdid it again. He cursed under his breath as he took an unsteady step forward biting his lip. By the time he got back he'd be in hell. He would have taken off his mask so that he didn't have to use his bionic eyes but he couldn't afford getting his identity exposed and after that woman, he wasn't sure who else might be lurking in the forest. He hopped on his board and headed back towards Vineam City, going via a different route from the one he came, the pain growing. It suddenly increased greatly in intensity causing Lan to fall from his board and go crashing back down to the ground. The pain overwhelmed his senses as he fell and the impact knocked him unconscious. Shit.

I ventured through the alleyway, gazing around at the dirt and trash that surrounded the area. It was vile, and that means alot coming a girl from that can't smell. It also didn't help that my thirst for blood had gotten more demanding, I probably had a few hours before I would collapse to malnourishment. And despite wearing a cloak, the beaming sun was brutally intense in heat, making me feel lightheaded.

The alleyway finally came to an end and revealed what seemed to be the forest's edge. Dying oaks lined the perimeter as if they were great walls to the city. But through those trees, I noticed a figure that laid on the forest floor, it was kinda far so I couldn't tell if it was dead or not but my hunger had ceased to listen to my mind's caution. I approached the 'corpse' and knelt down, scanning its body. What caught my eye was his savvy, modern look, as if he came out of some sci-fi movie. Still couldn't decide if he was dead or not, but at this point I didn't care. I shrugged and licked my lips. It didn't matter what he looked like or who he was, what mattered was his potential to be my next meal~!

Did he just... "Did you just imply I am trying to attract someone?!" I snapped sharply, my eyes wide. A mix of rage and fear ran through. A mix of... he knows?! And... he knows! But it is undeniable. And I've never taken myself for a liar.

I huffed a bit and met his eyes. "Please don't say anything." I muttered under my breath. I glanced around. "Wait... where is the girl who stinks?" I asked in a slight curiosity.

Seeing her all flustrated like that kind of took me back. I smirked eyeing her a bit as i leaned against the stone wall of the alley propping one leg up and folding my arm. I shrugged. "Around im sure. Worried?" I asked raising a brow. She was frantic to change the subject. Kind of cute.

Even under pressure my posture was stiff and stoic. "Yes. If anything happens... I'm involved." I said quickly and met his eyes. "Help me find her." I commanded, my tone now harsh.

I grabbed his arm and walked down the ally way, turning from ally to ally.
