jaydude jaydude Just an FYI, with your Hand to Hand skill, you always go with the highest one as your base, so for you, the Commando training is the one you have, not Expert and Commando. Does that make sense?

Nearly done with my character. Just got to choose his O.C.C. Related Skills and Secondary Skills, and then calculate his HP/SDC.

I'm thinking for simplicity's sake I'll go with the Veritech Pilot OCC, with Recon MOS, and if allowed with Jack of all Trades, I can take Combat Engineer for a bit of a McGyver factor.

Assuming that's all allowed, maybe OCC Related would be, a Hand to Hand upgrade, Artificial Intelligence, Boxing, and maybe Track and Field or Demolitions... Secondary could be Gymnastics...

As for Veritechs, going with either Alpha or Beta is fine. Though If I arbitrarily need to pick, I'll say Alpha.

Don't forget to add in your combat bonuses for Strike, Parry and Dodge. Hit Points is your PE plus 1d6, and each OCC has its own base SDC to roll in addition to the bonuses you get from your various skills like Boxing or Wrestling.

You can pick any of the Natural Aptitude you wish, just remember that the Combat Engineer MOS will not have all the extra bonuses that the other skills get other than any Iq bonus you get.

Each level of HtH upgrade costs one skill, so from Expert to Martial Arts is one, and if you wish to go even farther to get one of the four dedicated Martial Art styles, it is one more beyond that.

Artificial Intelligence is a cool one, just make sure you check the prerequisites for it so you don't miss anything.

Should have my character done either by tonight, or tomorrow morning.

Just spent an hour and a half coloring this for a PC picture, before realizing it's the wrong fucking helmet.

Still thought you guys might like to see the difference. I could do better, if I was going to put more time into it but I'm not at home so had to do it all on a browser image editor.
Not super proud of it, but thought you guys may like it.

Finally selected all my skills.

Also Sherwood Sherwood , my M.O.S. comes with Mecha Elite Combat Training for VR-050 series Cyclones. Are we going to be allowed to use them in this series? Because they're not mentioned in the Lore thread.

They will be developed later on in the series. In the meantime, your MECT will apply to the 011 Rifleman model Cyclone.

Okay this sheet is going to be a nightmare.
I'm going to cry and drink all weekend to finish it.

Maybe getting expert piloting combat for everything was a mistake.

I don't mind if you copy my format for your character. Just hit quote message, then go in and edit the sheet and plug in your stuff.

I already did honestly but I made some changes.

The big annoyance is that each vehicle will have different combat stats so I need to record and modify them for multiple vehicles.

I am hoping to be able to start out next week.
Can I get some fan art or some writing or something to trade for fucking rifle proficiency.

I'm power armored infantry
Special forces
And pilot for Mecha that use rifles

And somehow none of my four different sources of skills!!!

Gave me rifle proficiency.

I'll take rifles or swords even.

I just chose an MOS that gets no weapon proficiencies while-being infantry

All the Marine OCCs get both WP Rifle and WP Energy Rifle as a part of their everyman skills, along with an extra +1 with all to hit with those two weapons.

The following skills are taught to every Marine, regardless of
o.c.c.
Computer Operation ( +5%)
Math: Basic ( + 10%)
Radio: Basic
Language and Literacy: English: 98%.
W.P. Rifle
W .P. Energy Rifle
Every Marine has a rifleman bonus: All Expeditionary
Force Marines receive a+ 1 to strike with any rifle or energy rifle,
regardless of O.C.C.

I was just moving to edit my question out because I found it.
That is super helpful I was wondering why I couldn't find any class with it.

I'm really trying not to have to read both books cover to cover, but it's looking like I might have to.
