Yup. 4d6, reroll 1's, take the top three. If you get a 16-18, you add in one more die. If that extra die is a '6', you add in one more d6.

Hey, you have some good numbers there. It could be a lot worse. Sherwood might have said that there was no rerolling 1's, and you'd have a low stat of a 4!
