Fantasy Two Worlds Collide

She laughed quietly to herself and then moved to keep feeding the fire. Soon enough it was plenty big for what they needed. 

 

[Matreania]

When they were done, skinning, cutting and separating the meat, Adam brought over a few slices on a stick, "This wasn't easy, but it'll be really good." he said placing them nearly in the fire, "Great work."

 

[FangAndOzy]

"Hey I've gotta be useful for something." Rowan says with a giggle. "Can I help carry anything over?"

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked, then looked back at Kyle* as he was wrapping everything else up, "Nope, what we don't eat when we are done will just go to the animals."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She nodded in understanding and then looked around. She didn't know what to do with herself. "Is there anything else that needs to be done?"

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked, "You are fine." he told her and sat down with her, "You know, you are fine if you just let us do everything."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She looked to him and sighed as she plopped down next to him. "I feel useless when I just let all of you do everything else." She says with a faint smile. "Though I suppose it might be safer for the rest of you if I wasn't trying to help out so much." 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked, "Well, you could just watch and learn. So you would be useful another day."

 

[FangAndOzy]

"True. But you can only learn so much by watching." She points out with a smile. "I think I can maybe manage that for this trip though." She adds. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam chuckled and nodded, "Yeah,besides you can see what we do and ask for training when we get back. It's a lot easier to learn when you aren't being tracked."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She smiled more. "I suppose I can see the truth behind that." She says. She smiled again, looking from him to the fire. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam sighed, "We should eat and get moving soon. We have a lot of land to cover in a small amount of time and we still have them on our tails. Pretty sure Kyle doesn't want to run into her wife right now."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She nodded in agreement and understanding. "I'll start getting it ready." She says as she got to her feet to move over to the cooking meat to see if it was ready or not. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked as he watched her, "Be careful, it's hot." he warned.

 

[FangAndOzy]

She glanced back at him and smiled a little. "I'll try o be careful." She promises as she carefully started getting the meat ready for them to eat. She only burned her fingers twice but she didn't mind as she gave the others their food first.

 

[Matreania]

Adam watched her careful,before h smiled and thanked her. "You know, while you still need us, it's interesting to watch you."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She raised an eyebrow as she took a seat next to him. "What do you mean?" She asks curiously. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked, motioning to the meat, "This. It brings out your personality watching how you manage serving and who." He pointed out.

 

[FangAndOzy]

She was even more intrigued now. So she smiled and leaned forward a little. "And what about my personality do you notice?" She asks with an amused smile. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smiled, "You are kind and giving." he whispered, kissing her cheek, "That you are caring."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She gave him a small smile, a faint blush creeping over her cheeks. "Thank you Alec." She says gently. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked as he started to eat, "What do you expect? It's what is obvious."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She smiled more and laughed a little. "Well than thanks for being my friend." She says, bumping his shoulder lightly with hers as she also started eating. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam chuckled as he ate, "Of course." he said with his mouth half full.

 

[FangAndOzy]

Rowan smiled and then ate what she had. She finished relatively quick and then focused on making sure everyone else got what they needed before they started off again.
