Fantasy Two Worlds Collide

She laughed. "You'll also have to make sure we actually catch something." She points out with a grin. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam grinned, "I wouldn't worry about that. Caleb has already scouted out a hunting ground not too far from here."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She nodded in understanding. "That is good." Then she smiled to herself as they walked. "I don't know why I am surprised that we will be hunting for food...I keep being reminded how different this place is." She says with another smile.

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked, "We are out of home, in thr wild, what do humans do when they are in this kind of situation?"

 

[FangAndOzy]

"Well I mean when necessity arises they hunt. But most humans are not in this kind of situation. Or if they are they prepare accordingly for it." She says. Though she doubted most humans were ever in a situation like this. Soldiers perhaps but even then she didn't know. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked, "So they do hunt for breakfast? I don't understand what is strange about us doing it in that case."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She laughed quietly. "Because it's not normal in the human world...at least not where I'm from." She says as she followed him. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked, "Humans are so strange, what do you do when you are on missions for food?"

 

[FangAndOzy]

She held in her laugh, smiling more. "We have stores where we buy food." She says. Surely they had shops at least here. So he'd have a general idea what she meant. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam looked at her funny, "So the store creates the food?"

 

[FangAndOzy]

She laughed this time, though made sure to keep it quiet. "No most the food comes from farms and ranches I guess, and then it is sent to different places to be processed into whatever food it can be made into and then it's sent to the stores as the finished product for us to buy."

 

[Matreania]

Adam looked at her like she was special, "That just sounds like a waste and for all you know, they could have you eating plants. Humans are impossibly strange."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She only laughed more. "Some would say the same about your people." She says, playfully bumping her shoulder with his. Then she thought for a moment. "What are eating plants?" She asks. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam shrugged, "The food they feed you. I don't understand how you can eat something you didn't catch."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She laughed again. "Yes well, I suppose seeing it from your point does seem awfully strange." She agrees. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam nodded, as he motioned her to follow, "Come on, I'll show you how we hunt and what." he told her not sure she would understand how.

 

[FangAndOzy]

She nodded, still smiling but more serious now so she could learn. She was anxious to, she wanted to be able to do everything they could. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam took out his claws and smirked as he looked at her, putting them on. "Don't be reckless, you don't have a weapon, so don't try to fight anything, even if it's half your size."

 

[FangAndOzy]

She looked to him curiously. "Would it be better if I stay back and watch?" She asks with a faintly amused and nervous mixed smile. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam nodded, "Probably best, besides, it's not like you could do much other then stay back." He teased, as he started to look around, more seriously.

 

[FangAndOzy]

She smirked and nodded. "Alright, just don't chase it to me." She says as she moved to a good vantage point to hide and watch. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked a little before he spotted a tiger like creature with stand designed fur and two sets of tails. He smirked, "I swear that was lucky."

When Rowan's eyes landdd on the creature, they widened. She had never seen something of the sort of course and she was having a hard time believing she was really seeing it now. 

 

[Matreania]

Adam smirked as he waited for the animal to notice him, it attacked quickly, while Adam stood his ground until the beast lunged at him, before he ducked under it, pushing his claws just in its chest. One strike and the animal was down, dead.

Rowan watched wide eyed. It was a shame to see such a beautiful animal killed but amazing to see how swiftly adam could do it. When she knew it was okay she moved forward toward him
