Anthony nodded, "Some weapons need to be poisoned to effect a demon. We have healed but we also have harmful plants that we use to protect and for this plant, it's to keep it alive." he explained as they moved along the path.

She nodded her understanding and followed after him. Her attention focusing on everything they passed. She was interested in everything. It really was helping to keep her mind off everything.

Anthony smirked when they reached a tube with holes along it. Through the holes were two different plants on the same vine, a white one and black one. He smirked, "Bet you won't be able to tell which does what." he teased.

She grinned. "Well immediately I assume

Black is bad and white is good. But then that makes me think it should be switched. So you tell me." She says, smiling more.

Anthony smirked, nodding, "You would be right, the black one is the healing plant and the white is the poison." he assured her as he moved to touch the black flower, "Don't touch the white one. the poison is in its pedals and you'll die if you do."

Rowan nodded, but crouched down next to the flowers anyway. Examining them closely. "They're both beautiful." She says. She got to her feet again.

Anton smirked, nodding, "They are. They both are very dangerous as well. After all, in the wrong hands, they could really destroy a lot and there is very little anyone can do about it."

She nodded some. That made sense to her. "What other poisons are there? Like the more common ones I guess." She says.

Anthony smirked as he motioned her to follow him, "Come on, then.I'll show you as few herbs, they have to be mixed, unlike this one." he told her, "But they have their own space here."

She nodded as she moved to follow him. This was comforting for her and she was glad Sarah had brought her in here. She looked to Anthony and studied him a moment and then looked to the plants around them. "Can I come in here and draw some of this stuff?" She asks him. That maybe wasn't the smartest idea as she was reminded that her sketch book was back in her home. Back where her parents had been murdered. She bit her lip. She would have to figure that out later.

Anthony shrugged, "I don't see why not. Just make sure not to touch anything without someone with you. Some plants are dangerous by the touch." He smiled at her, "The more beautiful they are the more chance they can kill you."

"Sounds like those will be my favorites. They'd probably be the most challenging to draw." She says with a faint smile.

Anthony chuckled, "Maybe. But there are some plain looking plants that are thr same." He smirked, "Why don't you look around and I'll tell you about the ones you point out that interest you. "

She smiled a little and then nodded. "Alright." She says. She bit her lip. Truthfully she wanted to know about all of them, but she knew that would take much longer than they had. "What of that one?" She asks, pointing to a pretty white flower that looked like it had blue veins.

"Lilric they are used for a potion to heal from digestive pain and kidney issues." he explained, "They are usually made into a tea, but if you crush the pedals mix with water with the stem and add the pollen center in the mix, they can be used for clotting and wound care even. It all depends how you use it."

She smiled a little, nodding some. "Lilric." She repeats quietly to herself. Maybe she'd have a chance to come here and draw them all out. Then have Anthony or someone else tell her the names and purposes so she could write it out beside the drawing. "And that one?" She asks. It was blood red with a black stem.

Anthony smirked, "It helps clot blood, it's called Erydoon, It also can be used in a poison to stop the heart. But as a tea, it helps with circulation." he chuckled, "It's one of the few that stick to one organ."

She grinned. "Erydoon." She mutters to herself. She smiled and kept looking around the garden. There were so many she was curious about. "And these?" It was a vine with little yellow and pink flowers.

Anthony smirked, "Arbor vines, they grow Simira, calming flowers. They can only be used as a tea, trying to use them for anything else is just like making sugar, that's all they really do otherwise. the vines, on the other hand, are used for relaxing muscles. Use too much and it can kill, so you have to be very careful with how much you use."

"Anthony." he heard his name being called and a young boy breathing deeply as he stopped nearby, trying to catch his breath, "Anthony, they need you." he said, motioning back towards the infirmary.

Anthony sighed, nodding, "I'll be right there."

"It's important." the boy stated.

"I Will be there, go," he commanded before the boy glanced at Rowan and was off again. Anthony sighed, "I have to go unless you feel like seeing healing in action. You just might be a better healer than a warrior, you can learn a lot more with healing."

She bit her lip. She supposed a part of her hoped none of this would be true still even if she knew that was silly. "I will come." She says. She moved to follow him to wherever their infirmary was. She was genuinely curious about how things would work.

Anthony nodded, as he motioned her to follow him to the infirmary where there were at least two other healers going to one bed, he rushed over and asked, "What's going on?"

One woman looked up at him, as she leaned over a blooding and beaten man, "We got the blooding to slow down but it won't stop. We've tried everything."

Anthony leaned over the man, and looked in his eyes, before he examined where the wounds were, "Get me Arbor and Sifferic."

"But that won't clot the bleeding?" she said confused.

Anthony nodded, "I know, his clotting isn't the problem, his heart is pounding." he said handing the man's hand to her, "Feel it. We need to slow the heart, then we can manage to clot the blood. Everything you have tried is going to start clotting in his blood and he'll die. We need it to know where it is going and it won't when blood is pounding everywhere and not leaving the body." he explained. She nodded before she and the other healer rushed off. Anthony sighed, checking the wounds again, he looked at Rowan, then passed her, "Can you hand me that scissor-like tool there." he motioned to a table across the room, "Quickly, please."

Rowan's gaze had been glued to the man. But as soon as Anthony asked for help she looked to him and nodded once before rushing to the table and grabbing the tool he asked for. Handing it to him quickly.

Anthony took it and focused on a wound close to the sternum near the man's throat. He placed the edge of the scissor-like tool in and pulled out an iron metal that looked like it was bleeding. He looked at it for a moment before he groaned, placing the tool and metal in a bowl near the bed. He moved around the bed and took the tool up again, before he started through each wound taking out small metals, "Pin knives." he commented before he sighed, leaning over the bed, his head hanging, before glancing towards Rowan, "I need you to take this to the science wing." he stated, as he got the bowl on pin knives and handed it towards her, "If you go down the hall you will reach a central area, it's wide with a tall ceiling, if you look up you can see the other floors, turned right and go to the first stairs. Go up three stairs and turn left, it'll be the four-door on your left. This is important that you give to Gal, he'll understand. Tell him they were bleeding, in case they aren't when you get there, okay?"

Rowan looked down at the substance as she took it and then back to him. Trying hard to remember the direction he had given her. She bit her lip and then nodded once. "Okay." She says. Backing up a couple of steps and then moving to leave. She repeated the directions over and over in her mind. Before too long she was reaching what she hoped was the science wing. Though she wasn't completely sure if she had gotten the directions right.

Gal was at his desk when he heard the door, not looking up as he was writing, "Whatever it is, make it quick." he stated as he sighed, going over what he wrote again, before he continued without looking up.
